《My Lazy Prince》Chapter 11

The meeting did not last long. Ubuyashiki informed the Hashira’s and I of some demons in the Red Light District.
"Well then, that concludes our meeting." Ubuyashiki said.
We all bowed and stepped outside into the warm sun.
"Okaasan!!! I missed you!!!" Mitsuri exclaimed, while hugging me.
"I missed you too, Mitsuri." I said, while softly rubbing the top of Mitsuri's head. "Infact, I missed you all. Which reminds me…"
I reached into my haori, in search of something that I brought. Mitsuri let go of me to see what I had in store for them.
Aha! I revealed an envelope filled with thousands of yen. "Someone paid me a huge amount of money, for saving their family from demons. So I wanted to treat you all for dinner." I happily explained.
"Waaa!!! Really okaasan???" Mitsuri asked joyfully. I nodded, which made Mitsuri cheer all the more.
"Oi! okaasan!" Sanemi stomped towards me. "You shouldn't be spending money on us! Why don't you save that, just in case you need it in the future!" Sanemi argued.
I stared at the white haired Hashira and smiled. "Don't worry about me, Sanemi. After all, it's my treat." Sanemi stopped, and just glared at me.
He gave me a worried look, which I just responded with a smile. He gave up and walked back to his place.
"So where do you all want to go?" I asked them.
"OH! I know a good place in a nearby village. They say their food is absolutely delicious. N-not that they’re better than you, okaasan." Mitsuri said, trying to not hurt my feelings.
Mitsuri actually did try my cooking, along with everyone else. Let's just say they couldn’t stop crying afterward, due to how delicious it was.
I gave Mitsuri a gentle smile, signaling her that I wasn’t offended.
"Well then, let's head out as soon as possible!" Rengoku exclaimed.
"Dinner will be ok, I guess." Muichiro said.
"Ok, sure." Obanai said.
“How flamboyant! Their cooking better be as flamboyant as I am!” Uzui bragged.
“Oh well, if okaasan says so.” Shinobu said.
“How about you Giyuu?” I asked the water Hashira.
“Anything is fine.” he replied, with his usual emotionless face. I gave him a gentle smile as I patted his shoulder.
"Don't worry, Giyuu-san. Why dont I make some salmon and radish for you one of these days? Your favorite!" I asked, and he seemed to soften up a bit. He nodded and quickly went back to his emotionless face.

"Ms. (Y/N). Before you go, I have something to discuss with you." I turned around to see Ubuyashiki standing behind me.
"Yes, master" I nodded. I turned around to look at my fellow children. "I'll meet up with you all later, ok?"
"Yes, okaasan!" All the Hashiras shouted. They then began to walk out of the mansion, leaving me with Ubuyashiki.
"Now, since they have left. Let us go inside. I'm sure my children would be pleased to see you, Ms. (Y/N)." Ubuyashiki said. I sighed, and looked at the black haired male.
"Master, how many time's to do I have to say, to not call me 'Ms'." I argued a bit.
"It would be rude for me to call you by your name. You are older than me by 100 years." He explained.
"I hate to argue with you, Kagaya. Yes, chronologically I am 120 years old, but Biologically I am still 20 years old."
"Hm, If that’s the case, why do you still call me Kagaya when the others aren’t here?"
"I...well..um, I- oh for heaven's sake!" I started walking inside the mansion, once again. I was irritated that I couldn't convince Kagaya to stop calling me ‘Ms.’
"You're just like when you were a child, Kagaya. Lets just go inside" I fumed with frustration.
I heard Kagaya chuckled, and he soon followed me inside.
"(Y/N)-SAMA!!!" someone shouted from inside the mansion. I recognized that voice anywhere, and before I knew it, I was tackled from the side.
"(Y/N)-sama! Your back!" A little boy with black hair exclaimed happily.
"Well, isn't it nice to see you again, Kiriya." I joyfully hugged the young boy.
"Aniki! Don’t have (Y/N)-sama all for yourself!" Kiriya’s younger sisters complained.
"Kuina! Kanata! How have you been?" l asked, as I stood up from the floor. But I was immediately hugged by both sides, by Kiriya, Kuina, and Kanata.
"We have been fine, (Y/N)-sama." Kiriya said.
"What about you, (Y/N)-sama?" Kanata asked.
"I am doing fine myself." I informed them, as I softly stroked their heads.
"My, you four seem to be having fun." I looked at the woman with snowy white hair, with her 2as her two eldest children.
"Oh, my lady. I hope I haven't bothered you." I bowed my head to Amane (A.K.A Ubuyashiki, Kagaya’s wife.)

Amane smiled sweetly and shook her head, telling me that she wasn’t bothered. Hinaki and Nichika grabbed Kuina and Kanata, scolding them for behaving improper. I chuckled and looked back at Kagaya.
He signalled me to follow him, and so I waved a quick goodbye to Amane and her kids.
I followed Kagaya to a big room in the mansion. We both sat down facing each other, and he started to speak.
"There has been chaos happening in the south-west of the Entertainment District. People have been disappearing mysteriously. I have a feeling this is the work of a demon." he explained.
"So you want me to find and kill this demon?"
“Precisely, Ms. (Y/N).”
I stretched my arms and bended my neck from side to side. "Very well, Kagaya. I have nothing planned for this week anyway."
Kagaya nodded, as I looked at the purple veins in his forehead. "How’s your curse?" I questioned.
"The doctors say It may spread to my eyes, therefore blinding me."
"Tch!" I said, irritated. "That damn bastard. I swear I’m going to kill him for doing this to you" I spat, referring to that bastard, Muzan Ki-butt your head out of our asses.
Kagaya just remained silent. I clenched my knuckles, while gritting my teeth. I bet my knuckles are going to turn white due to the lack of blood.
Suddenly, Kagaya placed his hand on my shoulder.
"There is no need to worry, Ms.(Y/N). I’m sure the future will be much brighter as supposed to now."
"I hope you're right, Kagaya." I said. Kagaya just kept smiling at me, while I huffed in annoyance. I stood up, and so did Kagaya.
"Well then, that’s all I wanted to talk about. Good luck in your mission, Ms. (Y/N)" I nodded, and we both left the room.
Outside, I saw Kiriya, Kuina, and Kanata frowning. They all seemed to be in a bad mood.
So, I thought of an idea to cheer them up. It was a trick I used on Doma, whenever he frowned.
I stealthy snuck behind the three kids. I then scooped them all up in my arms, and tossed them all in the air.
Laughter and joyful screams filled the entire room, as Kagaya and Amane watched the entire scene.
"My, you really are good at handling children, Ms. (Y/N)." He complimented.
"Indeed, she is." Amane added, walking to her husband’s side.
I stopped tossing the three kids, and smiled at the couple. "Well, I can’t disagree with that." I chuckled. "Afterall, I have been taking care of children ever since I was 5."
Kagya nodded, while I continued to chase Kiriya, Kuina, and Kanata around the mansion. Both him and Amane couldn’t help but chuckle.
It was about time I left the Ubuyashiki residence.
I tried to convince Kagaya and Amane to have dinner with the other Hashiras. But they both declined, saying that they had important matters to assist.
Knowing I would get nowhere, I hugged all of Kagaya’s children and bid a farewell to them.
I soon met up with the other Hashiras, and we all went to the restaurant Mitsuri suggested.
It was an eventful dinner.
I sat next to Giyuu since he looked so lonely. Giyuu really appreciated the kind gesture and our night continued. It was filled with laughter and stories, Mitsuri and Renguko even had an eating competition. Mitsuri ended up beating the flame pillar by one bowl of ramen.
When we all left the restaurant, we decided to walk together.
"Waaa! I’m so full! Thank you so much, okaasan." Mitsuri chimed.
"You’re very welcome, Mitsuri." I answered back.
"Say, okaasan. Why don’t you come to my place, tomorrow? I was willing for you to help train my wives. They’ve been begging me to ask you, since last week." Uzui asked.
"I might need to decline this time, Uzui. I was instructed with a new mission starting tomorrow. Meaning to say, I won't be able to tutor this time. Please tell Makio, Suma, and Hinatsura that I'm very sorry." I apologized.
"What!? Okaasan is leaving again!?" Mitsuri exclaimed.
"I'm afraid so." I sighed. "Is that ok with you, Uzui?"
"No need to say sorry, okaasan. I’m sure they’ll understand." Uzui said. I smiled, and looked up at the sky. The stars and the moon were absolutely beautiful tonight.
"Okaasan!!! Take me with you!!! I want to come with you, on your mission!" the love pillar whined.
We all just laughed, on how childish Mitsuri was acting. Even Sanemi and Giyuu could’t help but smile at the love pillar’s behavior.
I stopped laughing, and slowly brushed my hand on Mitsuri's pink hair. "Next time, Mitsuri. Next time."
