In an abandoned house.

Daryl walked in and killed the walkers "Clear "

We looked out of the window. Hornsby was walking around outside with troopers by his side. They were looking for us.

Me "How many you think they got? "

Daryl shook his head "Don't matter. Gonna take them out one by one."

I looked at him. 

Suddenly we heard the door opened. 

Daryl pulled me away to hide.

We aimed the guns at the door and who walked in? Aaron and Gabriel.

Gabriel " Look who we found. "

Negan and his wife walked in. 

Me "Where's Maggie?"

Negan " She's with Elijah and the others. hidden and safe. He's good, Maggie. We're here to take out shithead and the dickless brigade."

Gabriel " Well, like I've been saying, we should go back to the Commonwealth first. Get our people out and then deal with Hornsby together."

 Aaron " No, Gabe, he probably already radioed back. You know that. Look, he knows us. We're never getting through those checkpoints. "

Gabriel "And if he has his people go after our families in the meantime? "

Aaron "Carol's there. So is Rosita and Jerry, Ezekiel. We have to hope they can handle it. "

Annie nodded "Me too. "

Negan shook his head "No, Annie, not you too. Only one of us needs to go into the belly of the beast. Hey. I need you to be safe. Besides, I am fսckеd either way. Hey, not gonna get rid of me that easy, okay? Alright. So what's the play? "

On the streets. 

The plan was to kill some troopers. 

Daryl and i had hidden in one of the trucks. Troopers showed up and started to shoot down the walkers Negan had lead to the road. Negan was wearing a walker mask. 

I looked at Daryl whispering "why are you looking at me like that?"

Daryl "you should have stayed with the others"

I asked confused "why?"

Daryl "your leg doesn't look too good......"

Me "you're acting like i've never done the job right while being hurt"

He sighed.

Negan killed one of the troopers while he walkers took care of the rest and threw the guns over to the car Daryl and i were hiding in. 

I opened the door and grabbed the guns and the walkie while Negan got in their car and drove away.

Hornsby and his troopers showed up. 

Daryl and i started shooting at them while hiding behind cars. 

A guy over the radio "We have visual on the stolen vehicle heading westbound. Moving to intercept, two minutes. "

Hornsby "Take it down, then find the rest. "

the guy on the radio "If this gets back to Milton or Mercer, we're eighty-sixed."

Hornsby " We contain this now! Ah! Kill him! "

They were closing in on us but Daryl and i snuck around and got into their car. 

Daryl started to drive towards them. 

My eyes widened "Daryl "

They started to shoot at us. 

my eyes widened "oh shit"

I laid down on the seat while they shot at us. 

Then he he drove away. 

We saw how they chased Negan's car down. 

Me "Daryl, you do realize there is no airbag right"

He kept driving and we suddenly saw Negan's car drive by us and then we crashed into the car that was following him. 

My head his the door and i groaned out. 

Daryl's head had slammed against the wheel "you okay?"

I looked at him "you are bleeding"

Daryl got out the car "i am fine"

I jumped out and saw Negan driving away.

Daryl and i walked down the road.

Suddenly we heard a voice "Check up ahead. "

Daryl grabbed me and we walked down some stairs and hid behind the wall. 

They started to walk past us. 

Daryl whispered "Where are the others? "

I whispered "They'll be here. Daryl, what y... What you did back there... to her...i-"

He shook his head "don't-"

Me "i know what she meant to you"

Daryl nodded "you are right, she meant something to me"

I looked down. 

Daryl "In all those years there was never a moment where she meant more to me than you do"

i looked at him.

Daryl's eyes softened "i will always choose you.....always have and always will. Don't ever think that there won't be a moment where i won't choose you"

I was speechless. 

Suddenly Gabe, Annie and Aaron walked down to us. 

Me " Anything? "

Gabriel "He's dug in up ahead with half his men. We wouldn't get close."

Aaron " The others are flanking us from behind. We should go east before they pin us in. "

Me "Is there any way to get behind him? "

Gabe shook his head "Not without them spotting us. "

Annie "Unless they never see us coming. "

Down in the sewers. 

We were slowly walking through the tunnel, walkers were down here. 

Aaron started to kill walkers. 

This looks like a camp. 

Annie " If we keep going that way, we should come up right behind them. "

There was more growling. 

Daryl looked up "Maybe we can get them to come down here to us. "

Gabe and Aaron nodded before shooting up.

We were hiding behind the camp ruins...we had tied a walked down as bait. 

Aaron slit the kneecaps of one of the troopers while Annie slit the other ones throat. 

We got out of our hide out. 

Suddenly Hornsby and some of his troopers showed up guns aimed at us. 

Daryl showed up behind Hornsby and held a knife to his throat " Drop your weapons! Guns on the ground. Guns on the ground! Tell 'em! Now!"

More people troopers.

Hornsby started to smirk.
