We were getting ready to go back to the lion's cave.

Daryl looked at RJ "We'll be back soon. All right? Till then, mind your sister, yeah?"

Judith showed up " I'm coming. "

I shook my head "No. "

Judith "But-"

Me " I need you here. "

Judith "That's crap. This isn't the future my brother wanted. Not what my mom and dad fought for. Not yet. What we're doing could help everyone. Not just us, but maybe everybody everywhere. I want to be part of that. To make what my family believed in real. "

Carol "We've all been so focused on what's right in front of us for so long. You're thinking about what's after. It's a good thing. Maybe we could all do a little more of that. "

I glared at Carol before looking at Judith "All right, but you stay right with me or with Daryl , okay? "

She nodded .

Judith walked to the car. 

Daryl looked at me "she reminds me of someone"

I nodded "She is her father's daughter"

In the train. 

Rosita " Once we're in, the group is gonna move the prisoners into hiding. Hopefully getting Mercer on our side. And as they work on taking out Pamela, we go for Coco heading through here. "

Gabriel "The lower ward? Why not the estates? "

Rosita "More money, more patrols. We don't stand out as much in the wards. We're gonna use this access road, and it should bring us behind the children's house. We're gonna hit it from behind. Yes? "

Gabriel "You know we're gonna get our daughter back, right? "

Judith " He died saving people."

I nodded " Yeah, he did.and i nearly died a lot of times saving our family"

Judith " I wish I had more time with him. I wish we had more time to just remember them. "

Me "We will, Judi"

Daryl "And when this is over, I'm gonna tell you every story I remember, about all the people that loved you. "

I smiled at him before hugging Judith. 

I looked at Daryl and mouthed "thank you"

He nodded. 

A the walls.

Negan "He ain't coming, and we can't wait. "

Carol "It's time for a new plan. "

Princess "Guys, please. Mercer's gonna show up. "

Daryl "We're running out of time. "

Carol "I'm gonna head around, try to find another way to slip in. Be careful."

We nodded and Carol left. 

Maggie "There's only four of them. We could take 'em. "

Rosita "Those guards go missing, clock's ticking on us. "

Judith whispered "Hey! "

I walked over to her and sighed.

Troopers were coming our way. 

Suddenly one of their radios went off "Sector D, gather all available units and report to the East Gate immediately. Mercer needs bodies to deal with an incoming swarm. Stop wasting time. "

The troopers left. 

Judith " I think we're good. "

Daryl nodded "You sure? "

She nodded. 

We went through the locked door and inside.

We were walking through the sewers and climbed up the ladder to a house .

no one was here. 

I shoved Judith behind me.

She asked confused "What's wrong? "

I shook my head "Something ain't right. "

Daryl looked around before yelling " Get down! ( Machine-gun fire )"

Suddenly a gun fire started .

We all hid behind something. 

It was crazy in here. 

They were shooting at us from upstairs. We were shooting back but i don't think we were doing much damage. 

Suddenly i Judith pushed me out of the way and fell to the ground. 

I screamed "no!"

Then i kneeled down to her "no no no no no,Judith. Jude, wake up"

She got shot in her stomach. 

I cried out "no no no on no. Daryl!"

Daryl looked around "we gotta go!"

Pamela suddenly yelled "this is your fault"

I shook Judith "come on, baby, baby, stay awake"

My hands were covered in her blood and my stomach dropped.

Daryl looked at me "Let's go"

suddenly there was this smoke around us. 

I picked Judith in tears and we rushed to the door which was chained shut. 

We rushed out and ran down a street. 

Ezekiel " The clinic's not far now! "

Troopers blocked our way and we took another. 

There was also a car blocking our way. 

I whispered to Judith "stay awake, baby"

They were cutting off our way. 

Carol "They're not following us. "

Magna "Wait! What is that? "

Suddenly we heard growling and groaning. 

Troopers were locking the walkers in our direction. It was a herd. 

Ezekiel "They're penning us in! "

She was pretty much unconscious.

Suddenly i saw a walker climbing up a car. 

Negan's face dropped "what the fuck?"

Suddenly Jules and Luke joined us. 

I looked at Daryl "Daryl "

Daryl looked around "let's go"

Carol "We got that alley. Clear a path! "

They were covering me and Judith. 

Carol "Ken, Go!"

Daryl walked over to me and put a hand on Judith head. 

I looked at him in tears.

Suddenly she cracked out "Mommy, Daddy"

My heart broke.
