The ear-splitting alarm went off, forcing Hyewon out of her little dreamland. She lazily reached over her phone and immediately turned the alarm off. She looked at the time,

5:30 am, it indicated.

Hyewon groaned but got up. She headed straight towards the bathroom and did her morning routine.

After a few while, she finally finished. And just as she was about to head out of her room, she noticed all the unused makeup in her bedside table.

She pondered for a moment, before deciding to use the cosmetics. Hyewon put concealer under her eyes and gave her lips some tint and finally, a little blush.

After being satisfied with her little makeup-do, she tied her hair in a ponytail and got up.

She picked her bag and phone up and moved towards the living room where she ate cereal. Soon, she went on her way towards the school.

Whilst on her way to school, she turned her phone on only to see a sudden burst of notifications, causing her phone to freeze.

" Hyewon muttered, curious to countless instagram notifications popping up.

She never even received a single notification on any of her social media on a daily basis, so why was her phone suddenly blowing up? After a few moments of staring at her lagging phone, she was finally able to look at what was happening.

And then her eyes widened,

" She shouted louder than she intended to, yet hyewon couldn't care less.

Her followers that used to be just over 163, suddenly raised up to 397. Her first and only post was liked for 109 times mostly from unknown people and comments, along with tags which bombarded her account.

There were many questions in Hyewon's mind. Who the fuck are these accounts? Who the heck are Jungwon, Heeseung, and Sunghoon? And what the hell are they saying?

Hyewon stopped for a moment and took a deep breath. She turned her phone off and started walking again.

I'm not trying to be late at school, I didn't get up so early and took my time with makeup just so I could get stalled by my damn phone and socmeds. Hyewon told herself with the sassy voice in her head as she continued to walk towards her school.

Cliché, but whatever.

Meanwhile, Jay was the first one to wake up, only to see the others still fast asleep on the couch.

Jay whispered as he shook the two boys that were sleeping beside each other.

The two obeyed shortly after having a sense of consciousness, cleaning the mess they've all made last night and making sure that Jake's house was tidy.

The others have gone awake one by one as the three of them had prepared to go to school after hearing the soft fumbles they made.

After a few while, they were all headed towards the school.

Ni-ki groaned.

Jungwon jested.

Jay yelled while the others laughed.

Sunoo changed the topic.

Sunoo continued, scrolling through his phone and showing the stuff he was talking about.

Sunoo said as he looked closely at the only picture of Hyewon he could provide for himself.

Sunghoon muttered, but no one heard it.

Through all the chitchats regarding hyewon, Sunghoon remained silent. They kept on talking about how she actually looks like Sunoo on the angle of her profile picture.

Sunghoon wasn't interested in anything, until he caught someone in his eyes.

He said, silencing everyone out. They were confused about what he said.

Heeseung asked but the latter pointed somewhere.

He precisely described, which made it easier for everyone to distinguish Hyewon is. And finally, they all got to properly see what the girl looks like.

In the distance, they saw Hyewon walking out of a convenience store holding a carton box of banana milk.

Her sun kissed skin was complemented by the natural brown highlights of her hair that the sun rays showed.

She wasn't drop-dead gorgeous, she just looked like a simple student who wanted to blend in. However, no one can deny the fact that she's actually very pretty.

They were admiring her, when suddenly-

"Hyewon! "

To all of their surprise, Jake called the girl. He waved his hands and he smiled widely before running towards Hyewon.

Hyewon looked at his way after hearing her name, surprised to see Jake for the first time. Just like his pictures, Jake is truly a perfect mold of handsomeness.

She remained frozen and surprised, but as he got closer, Hyewon regained herself and smiled back at him.

The two walked together side by side and marched inside the school facility which was just by the distance, talking about something the rest are yet to know.

What is she smiling so warmly for? Sunghoon rolled his eyes, irked to see the girl who stole his seat right by the window.

He was there first, of course he has every reason to get annoyed at her. Thanks to her, he lost the energy to attend classes.
