Epilogue IV
Ezma Loren, Great Jungle Basin
Ezma Loren, now the queen of her dominion. Her dominion of course was wherever she happened to be. Seven years ago, sparked the start of her transformation. From when she went from being the weaker portion of an old-world law pact and had been set free. Her freedom of course came in a baptism of fire. One that started with her slaughtering her former companion and confidant Jhamet.
Now she was free. Free of obligations. Free of schemes within schemes. For the past seven years, she made it a point to attack and destroy every dragon she came across. The gods of course were pleased with such events, going so far as to bestow her with a myriad of blessings. Even going so far as to give her a Perfect Unageing Body.
Still, she would have slaughtered the dragons for free if it meant ridding the world of them. She made it a part of her diet to eat dragon meat. So fanatical was she about eating the meat from enemies she slew with her own hand, that she now got ill when she didn’t.
The Gods seeing this, blessed her with an iron stomach and a need to no longer eat any more. She had grown fierce in her mastery of the elemental forces of the world. Now able to summon all four elements with ease and fly at will. She was a demon of the element, that is if other humans could find her. Instead, she spent her time hunting and clearing out most of the monsters within the great Jungle Basin, an area that had been a major area for years. Now the number of dragons here were dwindling, as the native life of the woods and forest once again dared to show their heads and evolve with the massive fields of energy.

While Ezma herself often felt dizzy from her time spent at the heart of the great jungle basin, over time she had built up an immunity. Now she roamed the forest floor like a monstrous princess seeking revenge.
Name: Ezma Loren Race: Human Class: Primordial Elementalist Age (Unageing)
Apparent Age:20
Actual Age: 26
Over time she had even managed to achieve the third tier of evolution. At which time she chose to be an Elementalist, giving her even more control over the elemental forces of nature. She was now well and truly beyond her humble beginnings as a failed oracle. Now she felt she was finally given the power and prestige she deserved. She had finally gotten to the point where she felt venerated with her lot in life, when the gods seemed fit to give her a new direction to travel.
Divine Request: Investigate the Disappearance of the High Wood Elves. Investigate the Disappearance of the High Wood Elves: Details: Immediately to your right is the area known as the great forest. At the heart of the great forest lies the former settlement for the High Wood Elves. Investigate the area and look for any survivors.
With that Ezma felt a burning marker within her mind, directing her to the east. There she felt the pull of something dangerous.
Feeling the sensation of danger caused a wicked smile to crest her lips. It had been many years since she last felt fear, or sensations like danger. This was a much-needed reprieve from her normal routine of destroying various dragons who dared to re-enter her lands. However, she was not the only one to receive such a message, for all around the continent every expert who had obtained the third tier of physical evolution also received similar messages. Each asking to go and immediately check out the disturbance.

Ezma for her part flew. Her divine level control over air, allowed her to push her body at speeds that would cause others to become sick. When she arrived, all she found was a burning crater, and the body of a little girl who had her eyes burned out of her head. Seeing the young girl, Ezma couldn’t help but gain a sense of recognition from the little girl, but no one came to mind.
As she stared on, she focused her mind. Until finally the image of the Sidherthan princess came to mind, but this girl’s body was far too young to be the same girl she attended classes with. Instead, this had to be “the little sister?”

Human in a Demon's Hide
I had recently enrolled in the military as a lowly footsoldier. Oh, before you could proceed any further, let me tell you about myself. I ain’t some patriotic soldier that’ll lay down my life for the sake of my country. Hell no! That shit is for the people with loose screws! I had only a few goals when I joined the army: March into battle, kick ass, and earn me some cash! Achieving glory on the way wouldn’t hurt. I just need the money to feed my little brother and sister. Their world is all I want to protect. The glory is for washing clean the stains that my father left on the family name. We became such a joke in the country that our mother abandoned us. I don’t know if he really did betray the country, but I don’t care. For my little siblings to suffer the same mockery and humiliation that I did is unacceptable! To protect the smiles of my only family, I would do anything. Yet, life knows to shit on you when things are just getting good. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, author-san here! This is my first story, set up in a fantasy world. It's based on the medieval and steam era where magic is rare and alchemy is used widely used as a weapon by people. There would be lots of action, adventure, betrayal, tragedy, romance, etc. ahead. Warnings-The mc is a bit mean and foul-mouthed, introvert. There would be strong language and lots of monologue narration by the MC. The stories are fast-paced and progressing faster. The chapters update would be unstable, depending on my daily life. You would get fast updates... or slow. Also, English isn't my first language. So don't expect perfect grammar :( P.S. - I would like some constructive critique and feedback! It fills my motivation gauge and increases that rate of chapter/week. (/>3

I Don't (August Alsina)
"Just tell me you love me, man." He said. I thought about and after what he said, my love for him died. There was no love. He wasn't the same man I fell in love with. He was different. He changed and I didn't love this new guy in front of me. "I can't." I said. He looked at me, tears in his eyes. "Don't do this, man. You love me, baybeh. I know you do."I bit my lip, trying hard not to cry in front of him. "August," I gulped, cursing myself because the tears I said I wouldn't shed, were shedding. "I don't love you anymore. I don't."
