y/n pov.

i woke up my nose blocked and my throat dry from sleeping with it open. i had a slight headache and my ears felt funny. groggily i sat up in my chair pushing a hand into my face to rub the sleep out of my eyes.

"well good afternoon sleeping beauty" scarlett teased a pout formed on my face still tired and foggy from waking up.

"how are you your majesty" chris does a fake hat tip in my direction

"fucking fantastic, bow down to me bitches" i closed my eyes again and leaned into lizzie who i noticed was also asleep. scarlett bursts out laughing making lizzie stir and me get uncomfortable now. after lizzie finished repositioning i got comfy again just wanting to sit with her. i like it when she holds me. i open my eyes to look at the adult children infront of me.

i go to talk but all that comes out is a series of coughs catching the attention of alot of the plane. in the end my throat hurt my eyes were watering and my head felt weird. lizzie stirred at the noise and i felt bad when i noticed she was awake.

"and good afternoon sleeping beautys mother" scarlett began the torment again.

"how was your nap your highness" chris continued.

"as good as it gets on a plane" she said easily waking herself up. she then turned her attention to her arm that she couldnt move. she picked it up with her other hand placing it in her lap as she began to regain feeling. "how are you sweetheart" lizzie then asked me. perfect she didnt know it was me coughing.

"im feeling better" i said she looked at me squinted then shook her head.

"drink some water hun, i have some medicine if you wanted to take it again" i nodded and while lizzie ferreted for it in her bag scar and evans were talking.

"i liked y/ns response better" chris said. when lizzie asked what they were talking about they told her what i said when they asked that. she cracked a smile passing the medicine over.

i started to feel a bit better but still sick. it was around lunch time now and the flight attendants were asking what we wanted passing out the options we had.

"what are you getting sweetheart" lizzie asked me looking over the options. it was already explained that this food would be better and fresh and not the regular plane food but i still didn't have an apetite.

"im not hungry" i said finally figuring out how to recline the chairs.

"you didn't eat breakfast and you cant keep having medicine if theres no food in your system so please just try something small" lizzie asked softly

"ill just have a toastie then" i said quietly pulling the blanket over me wanting to go back to sleep. A because it passes time quickly and B because i dont feel sick when i sleep. i opened my eyes looking at lizzie as she smiles at me she opens her arms slightly motioning for me to come join her. lizzie cuddles are all i need in life. there're just so safe.

i put my seat down the blanket securely around my shoulders as i carefully laydown on lizzie. falling asleep quicker than i would have on my own.

lizzies pov

i wrap my arms around y/n 1 because i know it makes her feel safe and 2 because then i can feel how warm her skin is to see if her fever breaks or not. i was gently rubbing a hand up and down her back as her head laid on my shoulder.

i was just going on my phone looking through things when scarlett shows me her phone. it was a post rdj put up 9 minutes ago it was a photo of him and tom but between their heads you can see me laying with y/n on top of me her head was facing the other way so people dont know its definitely her but the people in the comments were going crazy saying how they were jealous and alot complaining about mommy issues.

marvel said we can start posting photos and stuff with the cast hanging out and stuff as when we get to atlanta there is no doubt the cast will be hounded with paps and interviews as the new movie is getting announced.

we just wern't allowed to post anything on set or in costume which was understandable. 20 minutes later the food gets brought out in trays and handed out. i put y/ns aside not wanting to wake her and ate mine considering i was still relatively upright.

an hour or so later and y/n begins to wake up again. we have just over 2 hours left of the flight. "hi" i whispered brushing the loose strand of hair behind her ear. the braids i did this morning staying in tact.

"hi" she whispered back cuddling into me more before moving to sit in her own seat but still turning to face me. i reach over and grab her food passing it to the teen. she nods knowing she has to eat something either way and starts eating slowly.

y/n pov

i felt better after eating and i wasn't as tired just bored. the others around the plane had gotten bored of socialising and were all on their phones. i grabbed my phone from my bag looking through instagram and the couple of posts im getting tagged in.

the official announcing of the movie happens tonight 12am est. and the only thing im not looking forward to is the hate and people like oh she doenst deserve the role especially people from my school. honestly at this point i think i might either block them all or remove them from my following.

but i guess that would be worse if all my following is, dahlia, the twins then famous people. oh well. i open rdj's post i was tagged in. of course i was sleeping on lizzie. that was a good nap not gonna lie. i scroll through the comments and people are going crazy with theories.

then i see jackson from school. i still have his invite to the dance. it was this week dahlia and i talked about going together before knowing i had to be in atlanta. she said she wasn't one for fancy dresses anyway.

i had a couple people i was closer with from school sending me the post and asking if it was me and i said maybe to a couple people left others on read or delivered. eventually i got bored of going on my phone and dropped it back in my bag. i looked around the plane. half the people were asleep the rest on their phones.

very productive.
