We reached our mansion,

I had already sent a message to Viren that I am reaching my home in half an hour and he should come home with his parents. It was very urgent.

I think I should go in first without Roshni. " I said.

I walked into our huge drawing room. Everyone was there, waiting for me.

As soon as Chachu saw me he came running to me and embraced me.

" How are you, son?? I hope you all are absolutely fine. None of you are injured, right?? Where are Mihir, Shaurya, and Roshni?" He asked. Mom, dad, and chachi all rushed to me and hugged me one by one.

"Everyone is fine Chachu. They are here... "

" Hey, Mehul... Why are you saying all that?? What happened? " Viraj uncle asked with concern.

"You all were asking me why had he not come back from Surat till now and I told all of you that there was a big emergency and he could not leave before things were solved. Well, I didn't tell you the whole truth. " Chachu said.

" What do you mean by that?? There was no emergency? Did you tell lies? " Mom and chachi asked.

" Relax!! I didn't lie, I just hid a few facts... He could not come even if he wanted to as he has been facing a lot of problems. He and Roshni were trapped by some old rivals who were seeking revenge on our family... They wanted to kill both of them and take revenge. I am glad they came back unharmed though they were surrounded by armed men. Now everyone is under arrest. " Chachu said to all of them. He was explaining things to all of them but he didn't know the whole truth.

" What?? How? What happened?? " All were shocked and asked simultaneously.

" Wait, chachu... Let me tell all of you. " I said and looked at Shaurya and Ron for support and then at Sujal and Viren as they were going to get very angry.

" The day after Chachu, Viraj uncle Viren and Ron... I mean Raj came to meet me in Surat, and I got to know that Roshni was abducted. One of her friends helped the kidnappers to kidnap her and they took her to another city." I said.

" What?? How is she? Where is she? Why didn't you tell me? " Ron came forward and asked me.

" Relax, Ron!! She is fine! Gone inside, but will be here soon. "

" Relax? You know that she is like my sister, why the hell didn't you tell me if you could tell Shaurya?" He was annoyed.

" I didn't tell Shaurya as well, Mihir did that, he happened to meet Shaurya just before he was coming to us and told him because he was asking many questions and Mihir was a bit tensed about us. "

" And of course, he doesn't like me much... So he didn't even think of me. But you knew that she is my sister, you could have called me. I swear, I would have left everything. " He said.

" She is fine, Ron! Calm down! We will discuss it later on. Can I continue? " I said and he nodded.

" That day, I called up Roshni to talk about something but she didn't answer any of my calls so I got worried because even if she is in college and can't call back, she sends me a message and calls back later. So I went to her college to check on her as her life has been under threat.

They had tried to kidnap her earlier as well but I managed to save her those times. Well, of course, she wasn't there, was already kidnapped. I didn't get any call but I called a private investigator, we both found out that one of the boys from her class helped the kidnappers because she trusted him. I had put a tracking device on her phone earlier as she was in danger, so we found her even before they could call me for ransom." I said taking a deep breath.

" Thank God!! " Some of them said.

" We found her but we could not go inside like this, as we didn't know how many people were there. So my investigator went to spy on them and we got to know that it was much bigger than we thought it was. They didn't want her for ransom, they wanted to seek revenge on her as well my family. They were trying to trap me and my family as well to get money and more importantly revenge. They wanted to sell or kill her and extract not only money, from me but kill me as well. We managed to get her out of their trap but there were 15- 20 armed goons around us, with instructions to shoot us at sight. "

" Shit!! " My friends looked very angry and all the elder ones looked a bit scared and shocked.

" Those people had killed Roshni's parents also years ago. It was almost impossible to get out of there unharmed. But luckily, there was a fair in the city and they held a community wedding there, it was our only way to get out of there." I said.

" You all are absolutely fine?? Mom asked.

" Yes, I am really thankful to God that he sent my investigator, Shaurya, and Mihir for help and that we all are absolutely fine. And all of them are behind the bars..." I explained.

My friends and the elders came to hug us.

" Thank God! We are so relieved to hear that. All's well if it ends well. Now please get ready for the rituals... It's your wedding day and so many rituals are still to be done. " Chachu said.
