??? Pov:

So I get held captive for follwing my Knight-Hood? They took away a warrior's sacred item, HIS WEAPON! And now they stripped me of my armor... Earth sucks. All because I was hungry and an old loser didn't wanna feed me.

Currently I'm being held in a weird cell... It's at least warm, and it has a bench.

But anyways

From the corner of my eye I saw the sheriff who was with that stupid wolf.

Tom: "Alright then, who are you? Why are you here? What are you?"

???: "The name's Lane..."

Tom: "Alright then, Lane, do you understand as to why you've been arrested?"

Lane: "No?"

Tom: "It's because you committed an arm robbery. Do you know how wrong that is? You could be put in jail for a long time."

Lane: "Okay... And? Why should I care? I'm special! I'm the one and only Lane! The Lynx. I can do things you can't comprehend..."

Tom: "I'll just say it. What are your motives?"

Lane: "I just want to get back in contact with my friend, we got seperated on our way here."

Tom: "Sure... How about this. You seem pretty young, I'll take you to my house where you'll follow -MY- rules. And after that we can go find your friend."

Lane: "What do I get out of it? And why should I say yes?"

Tom: "Listen, Kid. I'll take good care of ya, you'll get fresh food and a place to sleep."

Lane: "And if I say no?"

Tom: "Then you could face possible crime charges and be put in a damp cold cell."

Lane: "Hmm... Fine..."

Tom: "Alright then, I'll get you cleared and we're outta here. Just next time keep in mind, don't mess with my town."

Lane: "Alright."

Cut to Y/n being driven home by Maddie

Y/n: "Hey, Maddie."

Maddie: "Yeah?"

Y/n: "Did Tom tell you anything about what we saw down there?"

Maddie: "Nothing new, yet. Why are you asking?"

Y/n: "Well... Tom kinda got hurt."

Maddie: "Was it bad? He seemed fine on the phone."

Y/n: "It's nothing a few stitches can't fix."

Maddie: "Good."

Y/n: "Yeah.. But what I'm tryning to say is.. Well. I..."

Maddie: "What happened?"

Y/n: "I got in a fight with somebody. And the thing is, I don't think that they're really bad."

Maddie: "What kind of fight?"

Y/n: -guilty- "Uh... It might've been a physical fight..."

Maddie: "C'mon Y/n you know better than that..."

Y/n: "Yeah, but he started it! And he was armed!"

Maddie: "I guess that makes up for some of it. Are you alright though? You sure you didn't get any bruises, or any injuries?"

Y/n: "I'm fine. Although I'm not sure about the offender. I kinda tased him."

Maddie: "Is he alright? Who even is he anyways?"

Y/n: "He's fine. I hope. You see, the thing that's been bothering me is that... He's uhhh, he's kind of the same species that me, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles are."

Maddie: "What?! Is he your age?"

Y/n: "He's around my age, probably a year older than me."

Maddie: "And what type of animal species is he?"

Y/n: "He's a lynx."

Maddie: "Hm. If he's around your age we might consider talking to him."

Y/n: "Are you sure? I know he might not be bad, but he still attacked me!"

Maddie: "Come on Y/n... Didn't Tom shoot Sonic with a tranquilizer? Besides, the Holidays are around the corner, it wouldn't hurt to take them in."

Y/n: "I guess you're right."

You took off your hat as you both reached your stop, home.

Maddie: "Alright Y/n. We'll announce our new "friend" Later. Alright?"

Y/n: "Alright."

Maddie: "Alright, c'mon lets go inside."

You two walked inside as Maddie held your hand like a little kid. She always has been the mother type, and she always will be...

Sonic Pov:

HAHA~! I exclaimed as I hit Tails with a pillow

Tails: "OOF! No fair! You're fast... How am I supposed to hit you?"

Sonic: "I dunno, just get fast. Hehe!"

Tails: "If I fly then it'll be unfair for you guys."

Sonic: "C'mon, live a little! Bend a few rules here and there!"

The two kept jumping around with pillows until...

Sonic: "OH MY-! TAILS DUCK!"

Tails: "Wha-"

Sonic quickly grabs Tails by the arm as Knuckles then forcefully smashes a pillow onto a wall which was in the direction of Tails

Knuckles: "Did I win yet?"

Sonic: "It's a pillow fight not a physical fight!"

Tails: "That could've been me..."

Knuckles: "Like the people from Earth say, learn and live!"

Sonic: "I'm pretty sure that it's Live and Learn..."

Tails: "I don't get it..."

Sonic: "Me neither. Hehe!"

Sonic: "Knuckles! Look behind you! Vines of grapes!"

Knuckles: "Where?"

Sonic then grabs a pillow and smashes it onto Knuckle's face.

Knuckles: "Hedgehog!"

Sonic: "Wuh oh."

Knuckles: "For Grapes!"

Knuckles then punches Sonic in the face with a pillow which blows up into cotton and fabric creating a mess

Sonic: "OW! THAT HURT!"

Tails: "Sonic, are you alright?"

Sonic: "Sort of... But the pillow isn't."

Out of nowhere we hear the door open.

Sonic: "Oh. QUICK! PICK UP THE MESS!"

Sonic quickly picks up all the cotton and Tails grabs a piece of the fabric and stuffs it under the couch

Maddie: "Sonic, Tails, Knuckles! We're home!"

Sonic: "Who's we?"

Maddie: "I brought Y/n with me."

Sonic: "Wasn't he out with Tom?"

Y/n: "I was, but Tom had something more important to do."

Sonic: "Huh, I guess that's what it's like being a parent... Busy."

Maddie: "Alright then... Are you guys hungry?"

Tails: "Yes!"

Knuckles: "Yes."

Sonic: "No."

Maddie: "What about you Y/n?"

Y/n: "Eh... I don't really feel too good right now, kinda sore. I'm going to bed."

Maddie: "Alright."

Maddie: "So what do you guys want to eat?"

Y/n Pov:

I walked away from the others, the fight left me feeling nauseous for some reason. Maybe sleeping it off'll solve it.

As I walked up the stairs I felt a sharp pain in my chest, my vision went yellow like Dead-Eye... It's been so long since this happened, normally it's always been a bad thing.

I started silently coughing as I walked up the attic stairs. Cough by cough I felt weaker, until the final cough and I blacked out.

There my body was, lying alone in the middle of the room alone, hat slightly moved and revolvers knocked down on the ground.

???: "Hey! It's you!"

Tails Pov:

I saw Y/n heading to his room, he looks different, less energetic than usual... Maybe he's sick? Or maybe I worry too much...

My thoughts were racing until Maddie spoke and cut off the thought-train

Maddie: "So what do you guys want to eat?"

Tails: -Smiling- "Ooooh. Can you make us something we haven't had before? I really like your food!"

Maddie: "Sure thing! It'll take a while, you guys can go play around while I get the food ready. Alright?"

Sonic: "Okay!"

I tapped Sonic's shoulder to notify to him that I wanted to talk

Sonic: "Hm.?"

Tails: "Do you know what's up with Y/n?"

Sonic: "No idea... He seemed a bit pale, maybe he's just sick."

Knuckles: "Fox, if you're so worried. Why not check on him?"

Tails: "Am I even allowed in your room?"

Sonic: "Go ahead, just don't check my closet."

Tails: "Alright!"

Sonic: "Look at 'em, young love-birds. They're just waiting for those special words." Sonic says Sarcasticly

Knuckles: "And still no grapes..."

Cut back to Lance and Tom

We see Tom in his sheriff car driving Lance to the Watchowski residence, currently they're going across a bridge

Lance: "So what's special about Earth?"

Tom: "There's good people, food, and a lot of space."

Lance: "Huh... So you said that there's more like me, right?"

Tom: "Yeah."

Lance: "Who are they?"

Tom: "Well, the one that arrested you was Y/n."

Lance: "Hm. I don't like how serious he was."

Tom: "He's not always like that, just when he needs to be."

Lance: "And the others?"

Tom: "Well... There's Sonic, he's a blue Hedgehog, there's Knuckles the red Echidna."

Lance: "I've heard of the red one. He's pretty popular.."

Tom: "Really? Huh, weird. There's also an orange-yellowish Fox. He's around Y/n's age. He's the smart one."

Lance: "Nice. Are they welcoming?"

Tom: "Yeah, for sure. Not like they're gonna do anything violent."

Lance: "Alright..."

Cut to Tails

I continued walking towards the attic. what if Y/n's just sleeping? Maybe he wants to be left alone. Nah, I'm just over exaggerating this, right?

As I walked up the stairs for the living room I noticed a wolf holding Y/n's revolvers. The wolf wasn't Y/n, it was a female. She was grey, and she was wearing some weird medieval armor...

Tails: "What? Who are you? Where's Y/n?"

Wolf: "I need him."

Tails: "What for?"

Wolf: "Dead-Eye."

Dead-Eye! That's the thing Y/n has! It's part of his chaos energy.

Tails: "Just put the gun down... I'm sure we can talk about this. Just don't shoot... please?"

Wolf: "C'mon, please. I Just need to talk to him."

Tails: "Where is he?"

Wolf: "He's outside. I left him there."

Tails: "Is he alright?"

Wolf: "He's unconscious."

Tails: "Why?"

Wolf: "I found him like that."

I don't trust her at all... But to be fair, Y/n did look odd...

Sonic: "What's going on up there?"

Wolf: "Shhhh. Don't respond."

Tails: "-I. O-okay."

Please don't shoot....

Sonic: "Tails? I'm going up there if you don't respond..."

Wolf: "Fox, respond!"

Tails: "I'm fine!"

Sonic: "What about Y/n."

Tails: "He's okay..."

Sonic: "I got him a new blanket, I'll give it to him!"

Wolf: "No, no, no..."

The wolf was visibly panicking.. At least sonic is coming up here... But this could cause problems

Cut to Y/n

'What the hell? Where am I?'

Trees rose up from the ground as the world was being set into place

Y/n: "Oh. This... Wait, where are the other guys!"

Y/n: "Hey! Cowboys! Where y'all at-?"

(If you guys don't remember, it's the soirits from chapters in the beginning of the story)

Arthur (Spirit 1): "Kid? The hell are you doin' here!"

Y/n: "I don't know. I kinda coughed and passed out, I was gonna go to sleep, but instead I ended up here..."

John (Spirit 2): "Hey Arthur! Who are you talking to!?"

Arthur: "The wolf!"

John: "He's here? Now?"

Arthur: "Get over here!"

John: -sigh- "Fine."

John just casually made his way towards where we were, it was obvious that these two were still a bit awkward about stuff

Y/n: "So... What the hell am I doing here?!:

Arthur: "Maybe it's a good thing you're here. Did you die?"

Y/n: "No.. I don't think so."

Arthur: "Huh. Well if you did then that's great! You won't have to deal with money! But... You're stuck with John."

John: "Hey! I heard that." He responded slightly annoyed

Arthur: "Relax. John just has bad memories with wolves..." Arthur said cheekishly

Arthur: "Yep. He's the only fool I know who got his face half eaten by wolves, and he came out smarter!"

Y/n: "Huh."

Arthur: "Anyways, c'mon kid. Let's talk in the cabin."

You three casually walked back to the cabin, it's still pretty much the same.

Cut to Tom

Tom: "Alright then... Lance, we're here!"

Lance: "Where is here?"

Tom: "My home. I got a wife, and some kids! Well.. they're adopted."

Lance: "Weird."

Tom: "Who's lying on the grass?"

Lance: "The wolf!"

Tom: "Y/n! Hey, Y/n! You good?"

No response

Tom: "Stop messing around."

Still no response

Lance: "Maybe you should check on him."

Tom quickly walked up to Y/n who was just laying on the grass

Tom Pov:

Is he alright?

Tom: "Y/n. Wake up. C'mon kid.."

Tom then quickly touched his pulse, alive.

Lance: "Is he dead?"

Tom: "No."

Lance: "Huh. Only time will tell. Hehe."

Weird. What's with the screaming upstairs?

Tom: "Hey, Lance. Watch Y/n for me. I'll be right back."

I quickly ran into the house and walked upstairs quickly

I then shouted out to Sonic

Tom: "Sonic!? What's going on up there?"

Sonic: "HELP!"

I quickly dashed up there and pulled out my gun, I burst open the lock and walked in. Gun in hand and everything

Tom: "What's going on?"

Wolf: "Uh oh..."

Tails: "Tom!"

Sonic: "Help! She has a GUN!"

Tom: "Hey aren't those Y/n's revolvers.?"

Wolf: "Oh god... I just wanted to talk to him."

Tom: "Hands up, gun down!"

Wolf: "Alright. Just don't shoot!"

She obliged and Sonic then quickly scooped up both revolvers and set them on Y/n's bed

Tom: "Hey... Wolf Lady! Step outside. Don't run or you'll be arrested."

Wolf: "Alright. Alright."

Tails Pov:

A huge feeling of relief washed over me, she had that gun aimed at me. Who knows what could've happened if Tom didn't come up here. Then again... she is kind of nervous."

I looked over to Sonic which started a conversation

Sonic: "You alright?"

Tails: "Yeah... Thanks."

Sonic: "Donut Lord really did save our lives today... Then again, I! Sonic the fastest Hedgehog could've done something..."

Tails: "It's okay... Wait!"

Sonic: "What?"

Tails: "Y/n! He's outside!"

Sonic: "Right!"

It felt as if it were my life's mission to check up on Y/n, which of course made Sonic and I quickly zoom down there with our speed.

Tails: "Where's Y/n?"

Sonic: "There! Wait-"

There was another individual kneeling down, it seemed as if they were trying to wake Y/n up... But they were doing a bad job by just waving their hand in front of him...

Lance: "Hey.. You're the two others that Tom mentioned!"

Sonic: "Who are you?"

Lance: "It's Lance the Lynx! I'm here to help out a friend, she needs to speak to some weird 'Dead-Eye' wolf..."

Tails: "That Dead-Eye wolf is Y/n!"

Uh-oh. . . A wave of realization just hit me... What if the wolf lady is this guy's friend?!

Sonic: "What's wrong? And where is Knuckles?"

Tails: -Whisper to Sonic- "Set Knuckles aside for now... The wolf lady is this guy's friend!"

Sonic: "So is he bad too?"

Tails: "Maybe..."

Tom Pov:

Thank god no bullets were fired... The thing is, she seems like she's scared. I can't seem to brush this feeling that she didn't mean to cause any panic.

Tom: "So, what's your name?"

I said while escorting her towards the front door

Wolf: "Why should I tell you? You have me in handcuffs..."

Tom: "Because it's the law."

Wolf: -sigh- "Fine. My name's Cadet."

Tom: "Such a simple name?"

Cadet: "Didn't the others call you Tom?"

Tom: "Fair point."

I said as we walked out the front door

I saw Lance talking to the others, they seem to get along.

Tom: "Well... Cadet. Since you've committed a crime, AND aimed a firearm at my 'kids', you'll be questioned..."

Now that I think about it... I should stop calling Tails a family member, it could get weird since I know the way Y/n looks at him

But getting to the point-

Cadet: "Hey, wait... Lance!? Is that you?"

Tom: "Huh?"

Cut to Y/n in his little mindscape

Y/n: "Alright, Arthur, John. You two are really cool! How did you two become so cool, strong, and legendary gunslingers?!"

Arthur: "Well... I wouldn't say legendary..."

Y/n: "An author by the name of Rain Falls wrote a story about his native tribe, and you were mentioned in it! John was also mentioned in it, but that was in the last few pages."

Arthur: "Huh... He became an author.."

John: "I know the guy."

Y/n: "Anyways- Sorry for bringing that up. But, you two are cool and all. But I kind of wanna go back to the real world, they might be getting worried."

Arthur: "I understand. But, you didn't come here without a reason... Right?"

Y/n: "I don't know. I saw the deer thing and then I just passed out."

Arthur: "Hmm. That deer's always suggested something important was gonna happen."

John: "Is there anybody new to your life? Stronger feelings? Anything like that?"

Arthur: "Shut up your wife left you until you proved you were manly enough and built a house for her."

John: "Hey-"

Y/n: "Hehe. But anyways, yes. There is some similar stuff like that going on."

Arthur: "Hmmm. Hey, do you have anything else besides Dead-Eye now?"

Y/n: "Yes! My vision goes blue and I can see these glowing tracks and paths."

Arthur: "Eagle-Eye! Congrats, kid! You unlocked it."

John: "I never really used it."

Arthur: "Would've done you good on that mountain."

Y/n: "So anyways... How do I get back to the real world.?"

Arthur: "We'll send you there in a minute."

John: "So do you guys wanna tell a few stories then send the kid on his merry-way?"

Arthur: "Sure."

Y/n: "I'm all ears."

Back to third person

Lance's ears perked up when he heard Cadet's voice, of course! She's the wolf he mentioned earlier.

Lance: "Cadet?! Is that you?"

He quickly rushed away from Y/n's side and went to go hug his friend

Lance: "Tom, wait! Let her go, she didn't do anything wrong."

Tom: "Hostage situation, armed kidnapping. I don't know... I can't really let her go. Besides, it was to Tails and Sonic."

Lance: "I don't really care about them."

Tails: "Hey-"

Sonic: "Not now, Tails."

Tails just responded with a nod

Tom: "Give them some respect, besides. I can just interrogate your friend then I'll decide whether she's good to go or not."

Lance: "Fine. But it has to be done here!"

Tom: "Why?"

Lance: "The F/c wolf is here. She has to talk to him. It's about his powers."

(F/c is fur if you dont remember and the c is color)

Tom: "Fine."

Tails then went to check onto Y/n

Tails: "Y/n?"

Y/n Pov:

Y/n: "Later, we'll come up with a group name later!"

Arthur: "Goodluck in life boah!" (boy)

John just waved as you walked away from the cabin and slowly opened your eyes

The bright light was blocked by a black figure which slowly started gaining color

Tails: "Y/n?! You're awake!"

I had a hard time comprehending what was going on due to just waking up, so I said the first thing that came to my mind

Y/n: "Huh? Hey there foxy boy..."

Tails: -blushing- "Huh?"

Sonic: "Wait- He's awake!"

Tom: "Kid! You're awake! I'm sorry for taking you to that case. I should've left you here."

You then regained your senses back and understood everything

Y/n: "It's alright... Hey, why am I outside?"

They then pointed to Cadet

Y/n: "What the hell? Why are they here?"

Tom: "I brought the Lynx. The other one basically kidnapped you."

Y/n: "She's a wolf! First time seeing another one besides me... Cool. Ah, my head hurts..."

Tails: "Are you alright?"

Y/n: "I'm fine, I hope... Just a bit-, mixed up..."

Sonic: "Y/n? You're awake! Thank god..."

Y/n: "Hey... Sonic."

You sat there on the cold grass as your older brother hugged you, you looked around while he hugged you and your attention was stolen by the Lynx and the Wolf...

Y/n: -standing up- "Alright... Well, if you guys don't mind I kind of gotta clear things up with those two over there."

Tom: "Be my guest..."
