At this moment, a blue portal formed in the hq lounge and disappeared revealing two beings.
Alex tapped his wrist deactivating the suit.
"Did you see that....."Joseph said excitedly as he removed his costume and mask," he was all like what's going on Oh no! "
They both laughed when they recalled the robber's shocked expression.
Tammie, who was seated at the counter drinking a can of beer, said," hehe..... I bet you loved it. But this is just the beginning. You just faced off against ordinary people. Wait till you meet the real deal. That's when you'll know it isn't as easy as it looks."
"Why you ruining our fun Tammie?"Joseph pouted," We know that but let's just have our glory for this short moment. That's all we ask. "
Tammie laughed at the angered boy infront of her but she latter gave in," Alright alright! Suit yourself. "she raises her arms in surrender.
" Where's uncle Ralph? "Alex asked after surveying the surrounding.
" Mmm.. "Tammie wiped the bear on her lips,"He has something to attend to. But he told me to tell you that he said you should work on your telekinesis as soon as possible."
Alex raises one brow up as he placed his hands on his waste;"Why couldn't you say he said I should improve my telekinesis? Why you have to say all that?"
"Hehe, just wanted to play around bur anyway, yeah, that what he said." she laughed.
"Alright then, I'll be headed home now."
"Hold on a bit. Stay a little longer let's play." Joseph said hurriedly picking a game pad from the couch and handing it to Alex.
Alex wanted to reply but he kept his words to himself when he realized he had nothing better to do at home.
So he gave in and played with him for two hours before heading back home.
"You look good." Alex's mom said when she walked in to Alex's room and noticed him standing infront if a mirror organizing his bow tie.
Alex didn't look back as he could see through the mirror. "Thanks mom."
Jessy walked to Alex and turned him around to help him with his red bow tie.

"Oh you grow up so fast. It feels like yesterday when you were just a little boy and I had to carry you everywhere."
"Your embarrassing me." Alex blushed.
"Hmm. Perfect." Jesy said as she held both Alex's arms to take a final look at him.
She gave him a kiss on his forehead then walked to his bed and picked up the blue coat and handed it over to him.
"Love you mom."
"Love you son."
And with that Alex left the room with a smile full of life.
But before he could turn exit through the door, he turned back and asked, "Mom, where's David."
"Hmmm. David. I don't really know where he is. I think his hanging pit with his friends or something. He's been gone since morning."
"Hmmm. Alright then bye. Love you."
He went down the stairs, exited through the door and the first thing that greeted him was David leaning against a blue sports car.
"David get off someone's car before they see you." Alex cautioned.
"And what if I don't."
Alex walked over to David; "Then it would be a pity seeing you being yelled at in this suit your wearing." Alex came to a realization, "Why are you in a suit in the first place?"
And the answer got was a laughter from David.
"Why are you wearing a suit too?"
"Why you answering a question a question?"
David raised one brow with a playful smirk on his lips, "See... You just answered my question with a question."
"Screw you." Alex sighed before saying again, "Anyway, I'm headed to a friend's birthday"
"Good. I hope that answers your question." David stepped a side and opened the door to the driver's seat, "Get in" and entered car.
Shock plastered on Alex's face; "Whose car did you borrow, David?"
"It's my car. So are you coming? Are you not coming"
"Where did you...."
"Alright suit yourself, I rhino you would rather prefer walking there." and with that David ignited the engine and drive off.
But just a second latter, Alex called out, "Wait."
The car's break light lit red as David stopped.

"Alright hurry."
Alex gracefully walked to the other side of the car and stretched his hand out to open the passenger's door.
But then his bratty brother steppes on the pedal leaving his hand hanging.
"Aghh.... What's wrong with you?"
"Sorry, stepped on the pedal by accident. Alright you can come now." David poked his head out the window with a playful smirk on his face.
Alex hesitantly walked to the car again and slowly stretched out his hand.
Just as he was a centimeter away from the handle, the engine gave out a loud acceleration sound leaving Alex's hand hanging again.
"Sorry, my bad? It won't happen again."
"Your too much David. I would rather walk then."
And with that Alex walked passed the car angrily and continued ahead.
"OH come on it was just a little prank bro. I won't do it again."
David drive slowly until he caught up with Alex.
This time Alex hurriedly opened the door and stepped in.
His actions bemused David a lot.
Shaking his head as he laughed, David drove off.
" Your invitation please. " At Abigail's gate, the gate keeper dealt with the stream of people coming in.
"Mm" he nodded whenever he validates the invitation card.
This process repeated over and over again.
With luxurious cars arriving from time to time. There was no need to check their invitation.
David was no exception.
Driving to the parking yard, David parked his car there then steppes out with Alex and walked to the entrance of the mansion.
"Ah... Thank you for coming." Abigail's parents stood by door welcoming the guests with brilliant smiles.
"Ahh Alex, good you're here, Abigail has been waiting for you." Abigail's mom said with a wide smile.
"David, so glad you could make it. It's too bad Henry and Jessy couldn't come."
"They know each other?" Alex wondered to himself. Not bothering to dive into it any deeper, he proceeded inside to a table reserved for Abigail and Julie a friend.
This place looked a whole different from the way he left earlier that day.
It now looked like a giant hall in a five star hotel set for a big occasion.
Alot of faces he didn't know and never heard of where present.
"Hmm....they sure have large connections."
"Ah.... David." Shone spread his arms wide when he saw David.
"Shone...." David also imitated the gesture with a wide smile as they boy swung their right arms until they met in the middle forming a hand shake and their left shoulders tilting and bumping into the other forming a slight hug.
"Glad you could make it." they both retracted with wide smiles.
Alex got a little bored as he sat at the table all alone.
Promtly standing up, he wandered around the mansion.
Where he caught sigh of Shone and David and some other mysterious boy about his age.
Walking up to them he called, "David."
"Hmmm." David turned around letting Alex in on the circle.
"Uhh.....Shone, Trevor, my brother Alex." David introduced.
"mmm. So Alex here is your brother." Shone smiled as he stretched his arm out for a hand shake.
"Yes..." Alex said shaking Shone's hand then Trevor's.
"Where does he get all these weird friends from?" Alex thought to himself when he looked at the deep and cold eyes of both Shone and Trevor.
He tried hacking into their minds but failed.
He tried for the second time and failed again.
Of all the people out there, these three were the only people he couldn't read.
"So.... Why does Trevor look so depressed?" Alex asked.
In reply, the three burst into laughter.
Shone sipped on the shampain he held on his right hand as he looked at Trevor waiting for him to answer himself.
"It's nothing. Let's just say I've been places you don't want to know about." Trevor replies with a playful smile.
Alex seemed to wonder for a bit as he recalled something.
Staring deep into Trevor's eyes subconsciously he asked, "What are you?"
"Hmmm?"
"What are you?" Alex looked at each of them, "You're all the same."
"What do you mean by that?" Shone slowly lowered the glass of champagne from his lips.
But then the next answer they got seemed to shock them, but they didn't express it."
