(PPPPUUUMMMM)

In the hallway Alexa punches Uriel in the stomach ; “You idiot, judging by how they reacted, I know you told them your secret.”

“I had no choice, I needed to fight Quetzalcoatl…Besides, they are members of the Mages Association, it was a matter of time…”

Uriel breathes heavily. Alexa sighs with her eyes closed; “You never change do you…”

“What are you doing here?”

“I came here to warn you…”

“Warn me?”

“My mission is to see the birth of the golden key and to observe your actions. If you interfere with the key, I will stop, you understand.”

“So, el Viejo knows about the key huh.” Uriel chuckles. Alexa points a sword at Uriel:

“Be more respectful to my father.”

Uriel and Alexa they exchange a murderous look. Uriel sighs; “Fine, I’m sorry…he is my Predecessor after all…”

“Fair enough…” Alexa withdraws the sword:

“So tell me, who is that soul that's inside you”

Uriel recalls that Alexa can also use the rhythm sense and thinks; “So, she could probably use the Song Field as well…”

“Her name is Marina; I promised her that I would take her to see her children.” Uriel replies, Alexa sighs and puts away her sword:

“Ay Uriel, just like the “vampire situation in Guadalajara.” You are too nice, and El Charro Negro isn’t suppose to be like that…remember that we Charros must be soulless…but as long as it doesn´t interfere with my mission. Do as you like.”

“Alexa, where is your father and why does he want the Golden Key?”

“My father is in Argentina…and in regards to your other question…that’s a secret…” Alexa puts her finger in her lips and makes a cute face closing one eye.

“Now then…I will be going…” Alexa opens a crimson portal similar to Uriel; “Remember that I am the real successor.”

Alexa walks inside the portal and closes it. At that moment, Alejandro and Kasumi walk towards him with Dr. Ortiz.

“URIEL” Alejandro shouts, Uriel turns and sees them. Dr. Ortiz quickly runs towards him; “Uriel Di Fiore…Charro Negro…you must die…”

Dr. Ortiz takes out a knife and prepares to attack him. Kasumi and Alejandro are in shock; “WAIT DOCTOR!”

(SSSLLLAASSHHHH)

Dr. Ortiz stabs Uriel’s abdomen; “UUURRRIIIEELLL!!”

Uriel falls to one knee as blood comes out of his stomach and his mouth; “Damn it, Alexa left me distracted that I let my guard down.”

(PPUUUMMM)

Alejandro quickly runs and grabs Dr. Ortiz from his shirt neck and slams him to the wall.

“What happened?” Marjorie and Ana come out of the room and see Uriel stabbed; “URIEL!” Marjorie and Ana run to help him. Kasumi is in shock upon seeing the situation and makes her katana appear and points it at Dr. Ortiz.

Alejandro with great anger demands an explanation:

“YOU BASTARD, WHY DID YOU STAB URIEL?”

“I’m sorry…I needed to do it because…because he ordered me to?”

“Who…who ordered you to?”

“El Muerto…he told me that I needed to kill El Charro Negro or else he would kill my wife…”

Kasumi and Alejandro are in shock upon hearing Dr. Ortiz’s words. Uriel chuckles; “Sorry to disappoint you but…killing me won’t be that easy…”

Uriel stands up and pulls the knife out of his stomach. Dr. Ortiz looks with shock; “But how? You should be dead? I hit a vital organ…”

“You did…but I can regenerate quickly…” Uriel cleans the blood from his mouth. He lifts his shirt and shows that the cut disappeared.

The girls immediately blush upon seeing Uriel’s six pack with Alejandro crying; “Man…I need to work out…”

“If you can’t die…then, my wife…my wife is going to be killed…” Dr. Ortiz cries. Uriel looks at Alejandro, Alejandro lets go of him. Uriel walks towards Dr. Ortiz and looks at him; “I’m sorry, I’m sorry…I went against my principles…please forgive me…”

“Tell me what happened…”

“I will…”

The night before…

On the night before, at the same time that Uriel had a confrontation with the members of the Mages Association…Another event happened…

“Gyahh, sto please…you’re going to kill him…” Dr. Escobar says as she witnesses El Muerto stepping over Dr. Ortiz. El Muerto begins to speak:

“Now, listen, here are the lists of the students who will go to Xochimilco…I need you to follow my instructions or I will kill you…”

“Y-Y-Yes I will…please, let me go…”

“Excellent, you will help me kill one of your students.”

“Help you? I can’t kill students, it’s against the laws of nature…”

“Is that so…well then, how about if I kill your wife right now…” El Muerto gathers green colored mana in his hand and he is about to attack Dr. Escobar.

“NNNOOOO…” Dr. Ortiz screams, El Muerto stops and chuckles; “Oh so you do care about her…alright, will you do as I say?”

“Yes…I will…but please let her go…”

“Good…don’t forget, I will be watching…” El Muerto disappears. Dr. Ortiz and Dr. Escobar are left with no choice as they see each other with fear.

Dr. Ortiz and Dr. Escoba agreed to do what El Muerto told them…

The next day…

Quetzalcoatl confronted Uriel…Dr. Ortiz got separated from the students as the fight raged on…He was pulled by the water current and saved by El Muerto…El Muerto gave Dr. Ortiz that knife…

“It appears that he isn’t dead…El Charro Negro is alive…” El Muerto comments, Dr. Ortiz looks frightened; “Please, I did what you asked me…let us go…”

“No…I decided to keep your wife as a hostage along with other students…and you…”

El Muerto gives Dr. Ortiz a knife, the knife has purple substance coming out, Dr. Ortiz looks at it; “What is this?”

“Poison, I want to verify something and you will help me…kill Uriel and I will give your wife back…”

Dr. Ortiz with tears in his eyes grabs the knife; “I will…”

Present…

“That man failed, I guess it was inevitable…” El Muerto looks from afar, he opens a portal as he chuckles:

“No matter…we are about to start with our plan and I won’t let…”

Suddenly, El Muerto jumps back as he feels an enormous amount of mana; “This mana…whose there…”

(STEP STEP STEP)

“You know the reception here sucks…but I guess I need to speak to you…calavera” (Skeleton) A girl approaches El Muerto, she walks towards him looking at her phone.

“Who are you?” El Muerto gets into a fighting position…”

“My name is Alexa, and you are an idiot…”

(SNAP)

In a blink of an eye, El Muerto is tied up by threads; “W-W-What is this?”

Alexa moves towards El Muerto who struggles to break free; “It’s impossible to break free from my threads…now then, I want to see your mask…”

Alexa takes El Muerto’s mask off, the moon is covered in clouds making the face hard to see; “Oh, you know I always thought you would be much older…but taking a good look, your appearance is almost the same age as…”

“GIVE ME BACK MY MASK!” El Muerto screams with anger, Alexa chuckles:

“Careful now…you might alert those guys and we don’t want that right…don’t worry…I’ll let you go and give you this back but…”

Alexa walks around and chuckles:

“You will take me with you…”

“What are you saying?”

“You see my papa asked me to look at the Golden Key and I just want to look at its revival…how about it…and in return I will help you…”

“Help me?”

“That’s right…so…what do you say?” Alexa smiles as the rain continues to pour down the area.
