《Cubits Can't Save You Now (In Progress)》Chapter 34: The Watch

At the sight of the strange watch, Snoof simply looked upon its appearance in awe and amazement.
"So, what does the watch do?" Asked Berp.
"I don't know, it just jumped onto my arm." Replied Snoof.
Snoof then tapped on the watch, expecting something interesting to happen, but nothing had happen. He twisted the watch, but then silhouettes of different but unrecognizable creatures began to appear in the green part of the watch.
"Cool, this watch.. actually, I don't know what it's doing." Said Snoof.
Snoof then set down the Mixamajig and twisted the watch a few more times to see the different monsters appear in the watch, and the other four mixels began to walk over to him to watch the monsters in the watch, but then he stopped twisting once he saw a four-armed creature appear in the watch.
"Ooh! Hey Berp, this monster kinda looks like you!" Noticed Snoof.
"Does it only show monsters or will it actually DO something, doofus?" Complained Krog.
"I don't know, I've never even seen this thing before." Shrugged Snoof.
Berp grabbed the watch and looked at it closely.
"Hey, not too shabby! It's pretty good." Complimented Berp.
Berp then tapped on the silhouette, but then Snoof began to transform.. into the monster in the watch? He was now red with four arms, four green eyes, a black square on his chin and the top of his head, the watch's symbol on his stomach, a bright blue jacket with white patches of soft and fuzzy cotton on the edges of the hood and the sleeves, black pants, and white shoes with black squares on the top. Snoof looked at his four hands in horror as he realized, he has became something he was not.
"..Snoof, are you okay?" Asked Berp.

In response, Snoof screamed at his own appearance in horror.
"AAAAAAGH!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!?" Screamed Snoof.
(A/N: This is a reference to a scene from Regular Show.)
"C-calm down, you can probably change back." Assured Berp.
"WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DID YOU DO WITH SNOOF!?" Barked Krog.
"As soon as Krog shuts up, that is." Muttered Gurggle.
"Wait, who are you guys?" Asked a random, boyish yet young voice.
When each of the mixels looked towards where the voice came from, they saw a young boy with brown hair, green eyes, a black shirt paired with a white button-up cardigan, white spike shoes with the bottom of them being black, and baggy pants in a very dark shade of green. Slusho and Gurggle looked at the boy, and then back to each other, and then back at the boy.
"Well, che palle! First there's no explanation as to why Snoof got the key, and then we're-a suddenly stranded in some dark forest, but now there's an alien standing right-a here! We're clearly set up for trouble." Complained Gurggle.
"Wait, I'm not an alien." Corrected the boy.
"No, no, he's got a point. We did just crash-land onto his tribeland-.. wait, but we didn't have a ufo, and.. okay, I think I'm getting myself into a loophole." Replied Berp.
"Well, if you're not an alien, then who are you?" Questioned Krog.
"Uh.. I'm Ben Tennyson, and I'm a human." Introduced the boy.
"Oh, that's cool! I'm Snoof that's Krog, and.. wait, you didn't introduce me to you guys, didn't you?" Replied Snoof.
"Well, not really now that I think about it." Said Slusho.
*Commercial Break*
Cut to a bird's-eye shot of the six cartoons in the crater.
"So, what did you come here?" Asked Ben.
"We weren't even trying to." Corrected Krog.
"Yeah, we were escaping from this weird slime that ate our tribemates." Replied Slusho.
(A/N: This chapter ain't done yet so just wait.)

A mercenary that happens to be a princess of fae, but prefers to stay in a well-known établissement instead of staying in the Sidhe. Moira. Being half a dragon doesn't really help getting along with snobbish elitists at her mother's court. Like all sidhe she likes to strike a good deal... Which has led into many a disaster... Though she always tends to get by, especially when she gets home to the Tavern on the edge. The mentioned établissement is run by the formidable Barkeeper and jack of all trades Tora, who happens to have a very interesting past. Which involves more than one sinister secret... Now add to the mix a totally clueless elven girl - a mortal, not a fae- on the run. Lunara. She has unknowingly struck a deal with the devil - quite literally. Now unable to handle the consequences on her own she enters the tavern on the edge. An epicenter for magic and the only place where she might find help. She talks Moira into helping her out. A race against time begins as the deal's symbols appear on Lunara's skin. The journey leads to the dwarven empire, the sidhe and wherever the crossing leylines under the tavern may lead. This fiction belongs to the same universe as Ancient Blood. English is not my native language, so please don't be harsh. This story is an adaption of an idea, that we, a friend of mine and me, have developed over a few months while taking a break from learning. Some parts were written by Emberspark. Thank you for allowing me to work with your ideas and letting me publish this as a whole. Updates... I will try to frequently update both of my fictions... Well in case you are interested I post it on Scribble hub, too. I really don't steal from myself 😂
