《How I Became A Jarl》Treasure Under The Water pt. 3

It looked like there was nothing else in this room. No items, no new paths, or even some kind of writing on the walls. Nothing else to do but to come back to the front door and wait for them. For some reason, this room felt darker and darker. The gate I walked through was also slowly closing. I ran out of here to the room with the weighing pan. I was going to wait for them in front of the door but it looks like there were waiting for me.
[ Cloaked Thief ]
“Drop your weapon… slowly.” Said the man who had a knife by my throat.
[ Eric ]
“...Fine.” Like he asked I slowly lay the weapon down. “Happy now?” In response, he kicked the weapon away and threw me to the ground. I was going to catch a glimpse of his face but he stuck the knife right in front of my face.
[ Cloaked Thief ]
“You look on us, you die. Got it?”
[ Eric ]
“Sure… So, why did you come here?” They didn’t answer me. “You know… my friend died so I’m not in the mood to be on the ground…” Just in case I lied. If they would know that I killed him they would do the same with me.
[ Cloaked Shaman ]
“How did he die?” Said the second man that was standing by the weighing pan.
[ Eric ]
“While unlocking the door some trap activated and burned him alive…”
They both went silent but there were talking to each other somehow. I noticed a shadow of the guy behind me. He was moving his hands in a weird way… Wait… They are talking in sign language.
[ Eric ]
“Not cool guys… Leaving me out of the conversation…”
[ Cloaked Thief ]
“Shut up and wait!” Said the man as he kicked me in the stomach.
They were waiting for something while I was trying to not throw up on the ground that I’m lying on… I heard the gate behind me closing and the room shined in a different color. Earlier it was like bright yellow and now it’s blue. One of them changed weights on the weighing pan. Some gate opened on the other side of the room. On the west side of the compass.

[ Cloaked Thief ]
“Get moving!” Said the man as he picked me up and pushed me toward the opened gate.
[ Eric ]
“Okey! Okay! I’m going…”
Good thing that I lied about a trap. This way they’ll use me to avoid the traps and I’ll just escape when the time is right but first… I’d like to see what they are after. At the end of the corridor, there was a similar gate that was on the east side. This one had differently curved paths.
[ Cloaked Thief ]
“Do your thing and don’t pull any tricks!” Said the man as he pushed me toward the gate.
[ Eric ]
“No need to be so harsh… I don’t want to die just like you…”
With these stars, I made the shape of a half-moon. The moon turned upside down and split evenly when the gate opened. When the gate was similar to that of the east side the room behind it was very different. There was one path toward a platform and an abyss under it. When I looked closer I saw water but it was like a few meters down. A few meters away from the path there were pillars with torches on them but the fire was blue for some reason.
[ Cloaked Thief ]
“Go!” Shouted the man as he pushed me.
[ Eric ]
“I’m going…”
I was slowly walking and looking around if there would be something that I could use to my advantage. They were walking behind me. I don’t know if they heard or felt it but the path feels like it’s crumbling. Part of the path broke and one of them was going to fall if not me… He grabbed my leg. I know you want to survive but don’t drag me with you!
We both fell into the water and when I was falling I noticed that the sword that I took from the other room was also falling. I grabbed it and hid it under my clothes. The water was really cold but it wasn’t that deep. Slightly above my waist.
The guy that dragged me down with him was looking for something in the water. He looked like he was panicking. Without any reason, he just punched me in the face. I almost fell down but I stood my ground. Then he grabbed my face and pulled me down into the water.

[ Cloaked Thief ]
“You have the sword! You have it! Right?!” Said the man as he pulled me out.
I didn’t respond to him because I tried to catch a breath but he tried to drown me again. He was screaming something but I couldn’t exactly hear it. I looked for something under the water to grab because I hit the sword under my clothes and it was too hard to get out. I grabbed something and stabbed the guy in the arm with it. When I surfaced I saw him pulling out a thick bone.
[ Cloaked Thief ]
“Why are bones here?! Something bad must be in this water! Help! Help me! Pull me out!”
[ Cloaked Shaman ]
“Just wait till I retrieve the artifact!”
While this guy was panicking I gave him back for what he did to me so I punched him in the head and followed it with a knee to the nose. It clearly angered him. He picked something from his pocket and tried to eat it. He took so much of it that I saw what he was eating. Some kind of mushrooms.
[ Eric ]
“Are you really using drugs?”
I tried to punch him again but he dodged it and punched me in the stomach and with both hands into the back of my head. Before he could attack me again I resorted to drastic measures.
I kicked him in the balls… I was hoping for some kind of reaction but he just smiled at me and punched me in the face and after that, this fight turned into face-punching. I landed a hit and then he.
One time I tried to deceive him and switched from punch to face to punch into the stomach and somehow I hit him in both places at the same time. Is that this ability? Set In Motion? This time I tried punching him in the face with my right fist and changed it to left. It looked like he was hit from both sides. With slite delay, he was hit twice. I repeatedly used this skill until his face was swollen and bruised. When he was going to fall a door appeared and he fell into it. Once the door closed it disappeared.
[ Cloaked Shaman ]
“That’ll be enough for him… There is no point in fighting you since I can just leave you here without a way back…”
The man disappeared out of my sight and I heard the door shut. Is he blessed or was it a normal spell? Either way… how do I get up there? While I was walking around and thinking I found more bones and got an idea! I’ll stuck them between the bricks and get up to the path! It took me a while and a couple of falls too but I got out.
Now… Let’s hope that doors are still open. I was going to slowly walk there but I heard something moving… The gate was slowly closing itself but it was close to shutting my way out. No more resting for me. I just ran as fast as I could when I passed the gate, the sword fell out of my shirt. I wasn’t going to lose it after all of that. I jumped to the floor and grabbed it. Before the gate was closed I pushed myself away with my legs.
[ Eric ]
“Not leaving empty hended today! Wo ho!” I shouted out of excitement.
Luckily for me, the door was still there open with the ax blocking it to shut. When I got through the door and closed it I noticed Astvar, Tae, and half of the crew looking at me.
[ Eric ]
“Ehm… Hi?”
[ Tae ]
“Umm… Can you… like… Umm… explain what happened?” Asked Tae.
[ Astvar ]
“I also would like to hear an explanation! I woke up with a pain in my cheeks and I would like to know why…”
