The next day I woke up without Sasha next to me.I rubbed my eyes and went straight to the bathroom.I looked into the mirror to see my eyes red and puffy,from crying.I am not the type to cry over a person's death since I'm used to it given my job.But the fact that the same person who killed my parents also killed another human in front of my eyes made me loose it.

I am just mad at myself that I wasnt able to catch the killer once and for all.Thats why I became a prosecutor in the first place:to catch the monster who killed my parents on that night.The night I will never forget,the night that changed everything.

I sighed and splashed cold water on my face,brushed my teeth and left downstairs.

When I got there,Kaku was in the living room,staying on his phone.He looked at me and smiled,waving.I waved back and walked towards him,sitting on the couch.

"Morning.How are you?"I asked and he put his phone on the coffee table,turning on face me.

"Just sent to one of our men all the footage that we had of the misterious girl at the casino in Osaka to try and track her down."He answered and smiled at me.

"Uhm...Where are the others?Its extremely quiet."I looked around,not making eye contact with him.

"Well...Sasha said she ran out of chips,so she went to the store to buy some.The Haitanis and Sanzu are on a mission in Kyoto.Koko went to check how much money we made in our clubs in Roppongi.Takeomi and Mochi are at Shibuya since that's where Kisaki was last seen."He informed and I nodded.

"And Mikey?"

"He left in the morning to visit the cemetery.He said he won't be back until later tonight."-Kaku

I nodded."So now what?I came down here looking for Sash,but she is out to buy chips,I met you and found out that not only her but also all the others are out.I am pretty sure you have work to do and I am here getting booorreeeedddd~"I sang and earned a chuckle from him.

"I don't."I frowned."I don't have any other work to do.I am free."He said.

"In that case..."I trailed off."What should we do?"I turned my body towards him and so did he,smiling.

"I was thinking about showing you my favourite place in this mansion?"I raised an eyebrow.

"A favourite place?"I repeated and he looked out the window.

"Yeah...A place where I usually spend my time in when I feel sad,angry or just when I want to calm myself down.Actually,it's not really in the mansion,but near..."He clarified.

"You get angry?"I asked deadpanned and he chuckled.

"Well yeah...More than you think."My mouth was open in shock when he got up from the couch and put a hand in front of me."So?Wanna tag along?"

I put my hand in his and got up,letting him walk me to that favourite place of his.

We walked out of the mansion and into the forest.Apparently the mansion was right next to the forest that I never knew existed.We walked for a while,until he stopped in front of a tree.Kaku and I looked up and I widened my eyes.

"A tree house?"I turned to look at him and he nodded with a smile.

"Yup.Come on now."He climbed up and I followed,then we entered the small wooden house.

The inside was small and cozy and there was a small wooden table and two sitting pillows next to it.There were also shelves on the walls,all of them with books and some candles.I don't wanna know what will happen if he lights them up.

"This looks so cute."I said and he smiled.

"Wanna sit down?"I nodded and sat on one of the pillows.He sat across me.

"Do you have any signal here?"I asked.

He shook his head."No."

"Oh well...In case you were to murder me,I guess no one will find me,let alone save me."Kaku chuckled.

"I only murder people it's necessary."I frowned."If I'm sent on a mission and someone interferes,I just try to hurt them enough for them to leave me alone.But if they are stubborn and don't understand,I kill them."He explained.

"But what about. the mission?What if you are told to kill somebody?"I asked,the frown still on my face.

"Mikey doesn't usually send me on mission anyway,but when he does,the missions are mostly me reconnecting CCTV cameras or whatever.We are sent on missions based of off our skills.In my case,I am good with hacking and computers,so I mostly stay in the mansion.The Haitanis and Sanzu are the ones who are sent on those missions where they have to kill people and Takeomi and Mochi are mostly supervising or stealing things.Koko usually stays with Mikey,he is like a secretary."-Kaku.

I nodded."Well that's good to know.I still don't know what skills I have."I chuckled and he smiled.

"Well...You mostly go on missions with the brothers and Sanzu,which are like...The killer trio,which means that you have to kill people...You are also good at torturing them,which is a big plus."He informed and I nodded.

"So I am a killer?"I asked and he nodded hesitantly.

"I mean...Yeah,if you wanna call yourself one.But don't feel bad about the victims.We try not to kill innocent people.All the people that we killed up until now are either rivals,or they owe us."-Kaku.

"Basically you are saying that they deserved to die."

"You can say that."I looked up at him and we made eye contact.I stared at the scar on his face."I got this in an accident when I was a child.My parents died in it and I was sent in an orphanage."He informed and I took a deep breath.

"I'm not gonna say sorry since it doesn't help you much.but just so you know,if you need anyone to talk to,come to me."I gave him a small smile."I do happen to have some therapy skills."

He smiled."That sounds good."I looked in his eyes and then at his lips,then back at him eyes.

None of us said anything.He just leaned towards me and softly pecked my lips.I pecked his back and this time he pressed his lips on mine.Soon we began making out.I was on top of him,his hands on my lower back and my hands on his chest.While kissing him,my hands went under his shirt and I stroked his abs,as his hands went on my cheeks,then softly trailed down my neck and on my back,pressing me against him.

Kakucho suddenly stopped and looked at me in the eye,the both of us breathing heavily from the kiss."Are you comfortable with this?Like...Are you sure you want this?I dont want to make it look forced or anything."

I smiled and pecked his lips,then went down his jawline and neck.

"I'm more than sure I want this."
