A stronger square jaw appeared on the young man as his shoulders widened. He had no facial hair but he was still quite masculine. His short silver hair was now even more pronounced thanks to his more mature appearance.

Will was ecstatic as he felt the raw power Unbound Vector was giving off. He had shrunk the ribbon of light until it was only a metre in length, but he had no doubt that it was as damaging as a True Strike many times its size.

The Great Absolute, Yin and Yang, 3 Circles, 4 Ideas, 5 Combinations, 6 Paths, Seven Stars, 8 Trigrams, 9 Palaces. All spell and martial matrices could be classified under these categories of Energy Maps. The categories of Energy Maps were the templates for every skill in existence.

For example, your Suijin no Ikari comes under the Yin Yang category and the 8 Trigrams category. The rating of skills from G- to SSS has to do with how many types of Energy Maps were used to create the skill.

The system normally handles the complex processing, but under normal circumstances, one is supposed to learn the theory behind the 8 Energy Maps to properly utilize spells. It's like the difference between an athlete who is completely intuitive and an athlete who also understands the underlying science behind their actions. It can make a big difference.

Odin was concerned that Will had gotten too strong too fast without fully grasping his own strengths. This was why he was going to great lengths to empower Will in a manner that didn't damage his future prospects.

Thanks to the knowledge Odin had imparted to him, Will was now much more aware of Higher Senses.

People capable of utilizing Truth in its raw form without having to arduously harmonize technique, energy and intent were called Truthseekers.

Adelda did not show much of a reaction on her face but she could not help but look forward to Will's performance in the upcoming battles.
