《The Criminals》The End - Part 1

Three years later, in Ruby City, everything has changed from bad into good. There are still people who commit crimes in this city, but the crimes they have committed aren't as big or as many back then when Alex has arrived in this city. And of course, everything has changed in those three years for Alex, Chris, and the rest of the people in this city.
In Luigi's Restaurant, Alex comes back after he rides the same scooter he used in his first days as an apprentice to deliver pizzas to people in this city. When Alex has come back, his neighbour, whose name is Robert, and he is working as a chef at the place where Alex is working, is handing to his co-worker three boxes of pizzas.
"These pizzas have to be delivered to a weird address."
"What is the address?" asked Alex who now got a long beard and greasy hair instead of short hair and no beard because he has been three years since we last saw him.
"It is one of those abandoned Bikers clubs... Who have become right now a Yakuza base and-"
"I know where it is!" says Alex taking those boxes of pizza and putting on his trunk in the back of his delivery scooter.
"You do?"
"Well... You know I was in some bad business before you got hired here?"
"Yeah. You told me at that party in your uncle, or cousin, whatever you called it, that you were an in some big business with Yakuza."
"Aha."
"And you also said you were fighting against them with the bits of help of some ex-Yakuza and bikers."
"And we did destroy them two years ago... Well, mostly those two because after I destroyed the personal guard of this Yakuza I become the second manager of this Italian-American Restaurant."
"And when the restaurant has been established you fired, we become best friends, then you got married to a beautiful woman who is working as a tattoo artist, then you made children, and you made me your Desmond's godfather."

"Yeah... The time flies fast, Robert."
"It does sometimes. anyway, good luck with deliveries, and be careful!" says Robert before he was about to head back into the kitchen and prepare the next meals who will be delivered at the tables or at homes of some peoples who are in homes and some of them think that CoVid is still active after one year since the last case of CoVid has been nine months ago in Chicago when a lady had inherited a bat into a vagina to become an influencer... Jesus! These Gen Z sometimes.
While Alex drives the scooter to the building where Hajima lives, he glances around and notices that everything on the street is much more peaceful and much friendlier than it was a long time ago, when the Yakuza and the mafia clans dominated the city, beat people who asked for a loan and did not pay it for a while, the children hid in the houses to face paedophiles who would penetrate them and then throw them in the trash like a condom used. However, there are still crimes on these streets, but fewer because the police are more involved in their business than when Minoru was still running the Yakuza clan and was still alive... Yes, that Japanese bastard was killed a year ago on that island near Japan because a hitman went there to finish it, a hitman hired by Nigel and Hajima.
After a few minutes of driving the scooter, he stops at a pedestrian crossing, leaves a bald man with a sprained left hand, and a lady accompanying him. That lady is the wife of the man who has put his hand on the other hand in an entirely unusual way that he wants to keep to himself. Alex feels something strange about that man but decides to leave him alone because our protagonist has a mission to do, to deliver these pizzas while they are still warm and good to eat. Only men with sensitive teeth and sensitive tongue eat spicy cold pizza. When those two people have crossed the street, Alex continues to drive his scooter to the Bikers Club. Pardon! Yakuza Base!

Alex parks the scooter on the front of the building who is redecorated from scratch to be a nice building where a businessman could hang out, discuss, or drink a beer with their coworkers. The building now has five floors instead of two, is having new paint, and a much bigger parking lot, and also, two more warehouses where they are hiding the drugs, illegal weapons or cars, but don't worry, police know about this, but this Yakuza is not going to do the same mistake as Minoru, those drugs are actually taking by them from other gangs and deposited there under the Ruby City Police name. A weird idea and combination, but at least they can be safe from jail.
Alex saw some cars parked there, and right when he was about to approach the house, a muscular man, who is wearing a black suit that is used in funerals, opened the door for Alex, and then he says to him in a sad tone.
"You know why you are here, right?"
"Yes." respond Alex when he handed Nigel the pizzas boxes. "These costs fifty dollars." then Alex and Nigel smiled at this inoffensive joke, and he enters the building and heading to the bathroom but not to do his business.
When Alex has entered the bathroom, he takes off his work clothes, put the funeral clothes he had them because Nigel told bout this event this morning when he drank a coffee with his wife, Lucille. When he finished equipping with the funeral suit, he takes a quick inspiration and an expiration breath then comes out of the bathroom and goes to the first floor, the place where Hajima is lying in bed and will be about to be transported shortly to the Cemetery. Also, on that floor is his uncle, Chris, who arrived before Alex. He left his wife Elizabeth as the head of the restoration while he was at an important funeral. When he arrived there he found several people who are in that room and pays their last respect and honour to the biggest Yakuza boss, one of the strongest political man, and also, the man who changed the entire city in just one month, by taking down the corrupt people with big powers and putting honest and intelligent people on important functions.
When Alex has arrived there, his uncle, those three guys who helped him at the docks to clear the last powerful Yakuza, the hacker who worked for Hajima, the daughters of Nigel, and the hobo man, who is actually an undercover assassin who was working for Hajima until he bites the dust, took a look at Alex, and then they smiled at them because he arrived at one of this important moment. Alex goes closer to the coffin where Hajima is put in. He found that it is still opened, and he saw that the poor older man is dead and still looks a lot worse since the last time Alex saw him. I guess the stress he has been through since last year when he became a hero to this city with juvenile men and filled with gangsters. there were also some from televisions and radio to let the viewers and listeners known about the situation.
After when Alex had paid his respects to Hajima by bowing to him in Japanese style and then saying to his body: "Thank you! You can rest now, Hajima!". Then he goes back to his cousin, and he is watching at the rest of the people there who are crying because their criminal and hero, and he also paid attention to the people who were trying to hold their tears to fall from their eyes because one of the best leaders in Yakuza clan from the Ruby City is dead. This is a sad day for Ruby City, to lost such a good and intelligent man who reworked the whole city from the ground.

I'm JUST a Farmer NOT an Adventuerer! (Isekai) Light Novel (Watashi wa tada no nōmindeari, bōken-kade wa arimasen!)
Simple farm life in a simple village is all Aiel has ever known. Monster slaying? Exploring?... Those are things for adventurers, knights, and heroes, aren't they? But what Aiel doesn't know is when one day a cute, but clutzy adventurer accidentally stumbles into his village, his life will never be the same._____________________________________ I've always liked the idea of stories about people who travel to other worlds that are different, yet familiar to what they know. Stories about "what if" world's where things operate like what a modern person would see in a video game. But another more so would be what it is the people we call NPC's actually think. This story explores such a situation on such a world. My story is called: "I'm JUST a Farmer, NOT an Adventurer!!!" A lighthearted comedy Isekai light novel currently ongoing. I really appreciate feedback and take it all under consideration. Everything helps me improve my story. Let me know your thoughts, what you would have preferred to see, or even things you'd hope happen. I always enjoy hearing people's thoughts. I hope you enjoy reading! I also upload on Wattpad: @TakeshiYumiNori And you can find the audiobook version on YouTube: Just type the title "I'm Just a Farmer NOT an Adventuerer!!!
