《HARRY POTTER:LOVE AND ADVENTURE》WINNING IT

Wow!
I couldn't hold my surprise at the magnificent sight unfolding on the marauder's map.
that was a mistake!
both twins turned toward me with surprise and shock palpable in their countenances. that trance did not last long as they saw who it was.
a mischievous smile played on Fred's lips.
"oh boy" George sighed in exasperation.
"he truly seems to have a crush on us" Fred chuckled sarcastically. with every word, they kept drawing near me with their wands drawn.
the marauders was still lying where they had been. the twin's attention was no longer on it. I needed it to remain that way if I was to succeed in my plan.
however, I knew that this time I was in deep trouble. from the look of things, the twins were certainly intent on doing some unpleasant tricks on me.
and this time there was nobody to rescue me.
for a brief moment, I contemplated screaming and calling for help. someone would certainly hear the commotion. the thought however left my mind as soon as it had come. I was tired of being taunted, and if I run for it or shouted for help, I would be dishing the twins with another line to use against me.
besides, they would certainly retrieve the marauders to hide their mischief, or even worse, a teacher would confiscate it. either way, my chances of retrieving the marauders and completing the system task would diminish greatly.
whatever happened, I had to keep the twins engaged for a while as I tried to find a plan of stealing the map from them.
"Let us not be so hard to please bro, he has been our loyal fan, what kind of people would we be if we didn't give something in return"Fred mocked
"yes bro, that would be so unkind of us, how about the sweets"George answered in feigned solemness.

my adrenaline levels suddenly shot up.
sweets?..no, not the sweets....not that thing that made one's tongues lash out like a panting dog, dumbledor had banned those. filch was supposed to have confiscated all of them and identified the perpetrators
of course the caretaker knew it was the twins, but catching Fred and George in the act was another thing altogether and I now knew why. the marauders had certainly aided most of their mischief
I had to come up with something. and fast.
well,i have always known that I am not a sound thinker amid pressure, the words that came out of my mouth affirmed that.
"hey guys, professor McGonagall sent me to find you, she wants you in her office."
immediately after those words left my mouth, I almost punched myself. how could I have been so stupid? everything had been shaping out well until I mentioned McGonagall.
the twins looked uncertain for a moment before they giggled mischievously.
"well..go tell her we aren't coming...oh oops, I forgot you are our fan. don't worry, we shall tell her on your behalf.
George still looked uncertain.
fred noticed his twin's doubts
"stop it man, she can't have returned, I checked it on the map before"
on hearing this, George retreated to where the marauders was. after studying it for a while, he came back smiling and I knew my last card had failed.he shook his several times in theatrical disappointment.
"We hate liars, it seems a swollen tongue is below your atrocities," George said sternly.
fred pretended to be in deep thought before answering. "you know I heard a little bird say he will be in the quidditch team, how about we gift him contorted bones toffee? that way we shall have one less Slytherin to worry about."

"sounds good bro, let's do it"
And with that, both twins lunged for me and wrestled me to the floor. I suddenly realized the full impact of what they were about to do. they planned to put me in the hospital for a while until our first quidditch match against them was over.
did they have to give me contorted bones for that? I tried pushing them away from me as an image of myself with twisted limps filled my head. I wanted the commotion to be near where the marauders were so at least I could hide it.
I wasn't about to lose on both scores.
but no matter how bad I tried, the twins were too strong for me. Fred was forcing my jaws open. I couldn't believe what was about to happen to me. just what kind of lack did I have.I seem to have a trouble magnet in this world.
As the sweet deadly toffee slipped into my mouth I felt a slow warmth emanate from my robes. a sudden insight filled my soul and in that brief moment, I saw my only way to victory.
to win, I had to lose.

I was, after all, the only one left. Worse, it was entirely my fault. There was red in my ledger that could never be wiped clean. Not while I still lived, anyway. This story follows Eran, a man who became the opposite of everything he had ever wanted to be; in a world where superpowers began to appear in a rare few, his lack of control over his own power relegated him to the role of a terrible villain - the Reaper, named so for the countless lives that he absorbed and made his own, each only furthering his deadly lack of control. Gone mad with guilt and isolation, he strove for a single heroic act - his own demise. Death was less permanent than he hoped. Centuries later, he woke to a changed world and in a body not his own. Unfortunately, his power came with him. Yet this time, things would be different. This time, he had a chance to bring it under control.
