~With Kai~

Since my match last night, I was feeling a bit of a headache due to the blood loss from the stomp onto the steel steps. I decided to take some aspirin and get ready for today because Hunter said that Kaori, Masami, and I were taking the day off to spend time together, which I thought was a good idea.

I showered, dressed, and went down to have some breakfast with my sister and best friend, but I was feeling something in my stomach for sometime. It wasn't a stomachache or anything.

It was whenever I'm around Masami, I feel my heart fluttering. I think I need to tell her at some point and I think she'll understand, but I have to talk to Kaori about it while it's just the two of us.

Speaking of whom, I saw Kaori walking towards me with a tray of breakfast.

おはよう、カイ。 (Good morning, Kai.)

We hugged as she sat down with me and we started eating.

マサミはどこですか？ (Where's Masami?)

We all enjoyed the water in Tokyo as well as the sand, which felt so good on our feet. While I was enjoying the sun, I saw Masami in her bikini and I felt something in my stomach.

I hugged her as I just cried. I cried into her shoulder and she returned it.

I went into my swimsuit cover and looked for Kai. I assumed he went back to the car, which I think is a bit of an obvious place, but I hope Kai does listen to me.

If he does love me, then I have to tell him the same.

I've been hiding some feelings for him for sometime as well. When I told him that he was more handsome than every girl he went out with would think, I felt heat on my cheeks as I had to hide that from him, but I want to go slow for right now.

I just think after my breakup, it's best if we just put it past us and if we want to end up together, we can do it.

I just hope that our feelings are out of the way and respect each other's wishes.
