Someone was knocking at the door, I got out of my bed and opened the door. Mihir was standing there.

"Good morning, Bhai! How are you, are you not feeling well? "

" I am fine, why are you asking that? " I asked.

" You have always been an early riser and today you are sleeping till 9, so I asked as everybody is worried about you." He said.

" Don't worry about me, I am absolutely fine. I am just tired as I could not sleep last night. " I said.

" You are not happy with the engagement, why didn't you let me stop it?? You don't want Myra as your life partner, do you? " He asked.

" There is nothing like that. " I shook my head.

" You have feelings for Roshni??" He asked all of a sudden.

" What? No! " I denied immediately.

" Don't lie to me. Let me talk to dad and uncle. " Mihir said.

" No!! There is nothing between us, there should not be anything. Mind your business. " I said.

" Bhai, please tell me, what is going on?? You are behaving weirdly. " He caught my hand and asked.

" I am fine, just annoyed that they didn't tell me anything before the so-called surprise engagement party. " I said.

" Ok, if you say so... Come for the breakfast. Mom is calling you. " He said. I nodded and we went to the dining table. Everyone was seated there.

I greeted everyone and also took a vacant chair and served some food on my plate, I was about to eat when the doorbell rang.

After a few minutes, Saanjh, Sahaj and Mohak walked in. They greeted everyone.

What were they doing here??

" Good morning beta, come join us for breakfast. " Chachi said to all of them.

What is the problem with Chachi?? They must have had breakfast at their homes. Their mom would not have let them out of their home without having breakfast.

" Thank you, aunty, though, I have had breakfast, and I would not mind eating a few gujrati delicacies. " Mohak said and took the chair next to Mahi and Roshni and smiled at her. She smiled back.

Saanjh and Sahaj also joined us. Sahaj was ogling at Roshni as well.

What was happening? Why was everyone suddenly interested in her??

Was it because she was a very pretty girl but an outsider to our family friends group? I mean, everyone was a bit hesitant in flirting with someone from the family friends group. As it was awkward and had the risk of getting scolded by the parents or brothers of the girl.

Yes, that could be one of the reasons as she was not in blood relation with any of the families. So all of them were flirting with her openly.

" So what brought you here?? " I asked. Everyone was shocked at my question as it was quite rude and direct. And I had never been like that, never talked rudely to anyone.

" Oh, yesterday while we were talking during the party, Roshni happened to mention that she wanted to see Delhi, so we made a program to go sightseeing. We will take her to some of the spots today. " Sahaj said.

" Awww... That's very sweet of you." Chachu said and all the elder ones smiled and nodded.

" Thanks, uncle. So can we take Roshni and Mahi with us?? " Sahaj asked.

" Yes, why not!! " Dad said.

" No!! " I said immediately.

" No?? Why not? It is such a sweet gesture. " Dad asked.

" Please, Let her go with us, Jiju. Please Jiju. " Sahaj and Saanjh said.

" Jiju?? " I was shocked.

" You are engaged to our sister. So you are our Jiju from now on. " Mohak said.

The elders smiled and nodded.

" Whatever!! But she is not going... She has some work to complete." I said as I could not think of anything else.

" What work?? I have nothing at all to do. " Roshni said.

" Don't you have to finish your project now? " I asked glaring at her. I wanted her to understand that I didn't want her to go.

" I told you, my partner, Hardik completed it already. And I really want to see Delhi. Thanks a lot, Sahaj, that you thought of me and making this program. " She said.

" You are not going. " I said firmly.

" But why??" She asked.

" Because I am saying so. I am your guardian. You need to listen to me. " I said.

" I am taking permission from your parents and Chachu, Chachi. You need to listen to them. I want to see the capital of our country, as it is, I am absolutely free now. Can I please go, Aunty? Chachi, please!! " She said.

And Sahaj, Saanjh and Mohak also pleaded with mom, dad, Chachu and Chachi. They all told her and Mahi to go and get ready. They smiled and went to get ready.

I glared at Sahaj and Mohak. But they ignored it. I went to them and asked them to come with me.

" They are going with you, but you better be within your limits. No need to flirt with any of them. Or I will beat you. " I said.

" We won't flirt with Mahi. We know the rules. " Mohak said.

" That means, you will flirt with Roshni?? I will beat you to a pulp. " I asked.

" But she is not your sister... " Mohak said.

" She is my... Responsibility. So don't you dare?" I replied.

" Oh, so you are like her brother, uncle or Dad? But still, you don't have any blood relation with her so you can't stop us from flirting. " Mohak said with a teasing smile.

" What kind of logic is that?? Just stay away from her. " I warned them

" Chill jiju, you are taking this, Guardian matter, a bit too seriously. You are getting settled with our sister. Now let others also try and find their perfect match. As it is we are not supposed to flirt with the girls from our family friends group. As they all have Over-Protective brothers and fathers. " Sahaj said.

" Shut up, both of you. Just be within your limits. And come back within 2 hours. " I said knowing very well that it was not possible to cover even a single spot in 2 hours.

" Not possible... Forget it, we will be back in the evening. " Mohak said.

" You!!! " I wanted to beat him but it was of no use. So I turned and went inside to talk to her.

I saw her coming out of her room and I went to her.

" Why are you going out with them?? " I said.

" Simple, I am going because I want to. " She said. I got more annoyed. I pulled her into my room as I didn't want anyone to see us arguing.

" Can't you see that I don't want you to go??" I said holding her arm in a tight grip.

" I don't care, what you want. Have you ever cared about what I wanted?? So don't expect anything from me. You have no right to say anything to me." she said like a stubborn child.

" But you are answerable to me. " I reminded her.

" It's my personal life. You can't order me in my personal life. I am not marrying one of them, just going for an outing. " She shrugged and said.

" You. Are. Not. Going. Tell them you are not going. " I said.

" I am sorry to burst your bubble, but I am definitely going. Go and order your fiance if she cares to listen to you. " She said looking into my eyes.

" Roshni!! They are not good for you." I said.

" Are you sure, Myra is good for you?? I don't think so. But my suggestion doesn't matter to you. I don't care what you think. " She smiled as if she was challenging me

" I would not have said anything if they were nice and decent. But both of them are playboys. " I explained.

" Don't worry, I will find someone. Hardik is quite good. I met many guys yesterday, Vihaan, Mohak, Roohan, and Siddh all were good. Which one of them, do you think is good for me to date? " She said.

" Roshni!! "

" Bye, Mr Shah!! Have a nice day. " She said and went away.
