Roshni's POV

I looked at him through the mirror of his car. I was sitting in the backseat while he was driving back to his place. Mahi was sitting in the front passenger seat.

No one said anything but it seemed that a lot of things were going on in his mind. He had a frown as if he was tensed or was planning something.

I felt bad for him as he was in this situation because of me. If only I had not come into his life, he would have been happy with his Myra.

What nonsense!! He would have never been happy with her as she doesn't love him as I do.

I love him and he at least likes me. I can feel it in his every gesture. I can't let him and myself suffer. I can't let him ruin our life by marrying her.

I tested my point and realised that he was very possessive about me and got jealous very easily.

I need to use that to make him realise that he loves me not that doll.

Today he kissed me very hard. And I swear to god, that I really liked it as it proved that he would not be able to see me with anyone. He was getting more and more annoyed whenever I used the name of any of the men.

I should not say this but I loved to see him getting possessive about me.

Mr control freak could not control his jealousy and kissed me hard in the middle of a public place under the open sky.

I needed him to realise that he can't live without me. That is how would he feel when I would get involved with someone else.

He needs to take a stand in front of his family. How would his family and friends be happy for whom he was going to sacrifice if he would not be happy??

I needed Ron to help me in this as he wanted happiness for his brother who seemed to like Myra.

I just hoped that he would have realised that he would lose me to someone else if he doesn't hurry up.

Even Ron said that Manik ji was getting jealous of everyone around me. I just hope he realises everything and breaks his engagement.

But it would not be easy for him to do that as he could not hurt anyone and would hurt himself instead. But I would have to change that because I would go to any extent to save him from getting hurt by getting into a loveless marriage.

He may or may not accept it easily that he loves me but he can't hurt me too as he really cares a lot for me.

We reached home and went in aunty was surprised to see us back so soon, and she asked about it. Mahi told her that Manik Ji was planning to go back to Surat the next day.

Aunty scolded him and said that he would have to stay longer.

He tried to argue but failed miserably and went to his room.

Manik's POV

After about an hour, Ranveer came to meet Chachi. He smiled as if he was still teasing me which annoyed me.

Lunch was served and he managed to get the chair between Mahi and Roshni. Mahi didn't entertain him much But Roshni seemed to be very friendly with him. I need to be careful or he would be sure that I like Roshni.

He asked a few questions from Chachi and she gave her expert suggestions.

" So girls, though aunty has given her suggestions, I would like to ask both of you too because it is important to take the advice of youth as fashion and youth are inseparable.

They also gave their point of view. I felt that Mahi's suggestions were very good and sound. He seemed to be impressed by her knowledge.

The lunch was over and we all came back to the living room. I wanted Roshni to go to her room or Ron to go away. But both sat down. Mahi was going to her room when Ron asked her to wait.

" Yes?? " She asked.

" When will you start working on our home?? " He asked Mahi but before she could ask something, I asked, " What do you mean? "

" My mom requested her to change the interiors of our home with Megha aunty. She would design the rooms for Raj, me, Roohi and Roohan. " He said, I nodded.

" Mahi? " He asked.

" Maybe next week!"

" I want you to design my room according to my taste. "

" Obviously!! I will consult everyone before changing anything in their rooms. So don't worry! Now may I take your leave, I am very busy. " Mahi said and left. Her behaviour was a bit dry to him.

But that was fine with me. A relief actually!! At least my sister was immune to his charm. Now I would have to take care of Roshni.

" Roshni, please go and pack your bags, we need to go early in the morning tomorrow. " I said.

" But aunty cancelled that program. Didn't you agree to her decision?" Roshni asked.

" Oh, that means you are not going tomorrow? Great! So do you want to meet everyone for lunch or dinner? " He asked.

" I am not sure as of now. Roshni, I will talk to dad, most probably, we will leave tomorrow, go pack your bags. "

" Can't I go later on, I have a... Vihaan... Kingdom... Of dreams? " she asked.

" No!! Go and pack your bags. " I said.

I will do it later on, Ron is here. "

" So? He is here to talk to me not you. Please go and do the needful." She made a face but got up and went to her room.

" So?? Tell me what is going on?" He asked with a smile.

" Nothing I am busy working all the time. You tell me... Where is Raj? Why didn't he attend my engagement?" I asked.

" He was out of the station. Anyway, are you happy being engaged to Myra? Do you love her? "

" Yes! "

" No! You are lying. You seem to be interested in Roshni, you are getting over-possessive and jealous because of her. I saw it with my own eyes. Don't deny it. " He said.

" No, I am protective about her. "

" Ok, so there is nothing between you two?? "

" No!! "

" Great!! So you don't mind if someone has any feelings for her and wants to date her? " He asked.

What the hell! Of, course, I do mind!

" Maybe, Provided, he is decent and well settled. " I said in a cool manner.

" She is quite sweet and pretty. I would like her to be a part of my family. I will talk to my family regarding her and officially ask her hand in marriage." He said.

" For you?? Never!! I would not even suggest that to my enemy, to give the hand of his daughter or sister to you. You are such a playboy!! " I said too soon.

" I was not talking about me. Maybe Raj or Roohan. " He smirked.

" Roohan is too young. " I said.

" So is she. Perfect for eachother! " He said.

" Don't you have any work? Go home!! I am busy!! " I said but he ignored me.

" How about Raj? He is everything you could ask for, almost as good as you. " He said.

" Have you started a marriage bureau? " I was getting annoyed.

" Yes! Not a bad idea, let me fix a guy for her. My first case of marriage bureau. "

" Get lost!! " I said and he laughed again.

" Jealous? " He laughed at me.

" No! "

" You are! "

" No! "

" Fine!! Let's see. I am going to meet her. Do not disturb us for the next ten minutes and I would believe that you are not interested in her. Just don't disturb before 10 minutes not a second less. " He said.

" Don't you dare to flirt with her?" I glared at him.

" It seems you will barge in to her room in less than two minutes. Admit it already, Manik" He teased me.

" Go!! Not a second above ten minutes and don't flirt or I will break your bones and teeth. She is my... "

" I know what she is... Prove me wrong. " He smirked and went away.

Idiot!!!

Why does he want to talk to her so desperately??

What would they talk about??

Ughhh!! I can't bear him for a minute...

Raj!!! Where are you? Come and get your brother from here before I...

I will beat him one day. If I beat him today he would say, I am jealous.

Idiot!!

Enough of all this, everyone is after Roshni, we need to go back to Surat, there I have to deal with just that Hardik, at least I will get rid of all the Romeos here.

Yes, we are going tomorrow even if I have to take her there by kidnapping her.

I looked at the time and started my stopwatch.
