Manik's POV

Raj was waiting for her, and they both went out. I kept standing there, I felt some pain in my chest and I could not breathe.

Shit!!!

I can't let her go with Raj. But how do I stop them?? Just no one listened to me, everyone wanted them to go on a date including both of them.

But it is wrong, she is my girlfriend. How can Raj go out with her and how can Viren support them?

That's because they don't know about us.

Viren had gone to the guest room and I needed to go and talk to Roshni, she is too insecure at the at the moment I need to make her understand how much I love her and that I was saying all that so that Raj does not fall in love with her.

I can't let her go out with him... What if Raj and Roshni like each other and agree to get married and Raj tells his parents??

His parents would fix their marriage as well, I have been trying to get out of my engagement and yet I have not been able to talk to them and break it, how would I will break hers??

No!! I need to stop them before it is too late.

I tracked her phone as when I had given her a new phone, I activated a track on her phone. As I was really concerned about her safety.

So I checked and found out that she had gone to Pal lake garden. I changed my clothes and rushed there.

Once I parked my car there, I rushed in to find them and in about 10 minutes I found them. They were quite far from me. But I could see them clearly across the bridge and pathway. I slowed down a bit to understand what was going on.

They were having a serious discussion. Roshni was saying something very seriously. It seemed as if she had already told him about me, why else would she be so serious? Even Raj was listening very carefully. He must have been shocked to hear that and must be annoyed with me for getting engaged to Myra.

All of a sudden he said something to her and she was shocked as if he said something very weird. She seemed to be confused.

What did he say??

He seemed to have repeated what he said earlier and this time he was grinning like a fool.

Raj was behaving strangely.

Roshni was surprised by what he said and he was still grinning saying something.

Why was he so happy all of a sudden?? Did he, propose to her??

I would beat him if he has done that.

He said something and she shook her head, smiled and got relaxed.

They both were smiling and looked relaxed in each other's company. I started going towards them again. They were laughing and all of a sudden he asked something and Roshni got tensed. But he insisted and she started telling him something and was crying.

Oh, God!! Why is she crying? Was she telling him that we loved each other?

Oh, no! I had to tell this to all of them. I would have told them more tactfully.

And then he became very angry all of a sudden and they kept talking for 2 more minutes and he hugged her.

That's it. Enough !!! I can't wait any longer.

I ran to them and punched him.

" What the hell!! " Raj said and turned to punch me back and saw me.

" Manik?? Why the hell did you punch me?? " He asked.

" What do you think you were doing?? " I asked pulling her away from him.

"Manik Ji!! Why did you hit him?? " She asked.

" What was going on, Raj?? " I asked.

" We were talking, what is your problem?? " He asked.

" How dare you touch her?? " I glared at him.

" She doesn't have a problem with it, why are you shouting?? Roshni, I just hugged you, do you think there is any problem with that? " He asked her.

" No!! " She looked into my eyes and said.

" Roshni!! What does that mean??"

" I only mean what I say. I don't have any problem if he hugs me." She said.

" Roshni?? How can you... "

" How can I?? How could you?? Your Chachi came and went away and you didn't do anything. Your Chachu even asked you if it was ok for you to get married in a week. And you told him to do whatever they wanted. Congratulations!!! You are getting married this week. Well, I am ready to get married to Raj Ji. Now it's up to him." She said.

" You know, why I could not say anything and I didn't even hear when chachu asked me that? I was more concerned about what Viren was saying to Raj about you, as I was getting tense. " I explained.

" Fine, you marry Myra, I will marry Roshni. " Raj said.

" Shut up and stay out of it. " I said.

" Why should I shut up?? We have been sent here to take this decision if we can spend our life together. And after talking to her, I feel that she is such a wonderful girl. I think we can go ahead. I am going to tell my parents. " Raj said and I punched him.

" Manik Ji!! Stop it!!" She said.

" You stop it!! You know everything, don't you?? Why don't you understand, I wanted to talk to Chachi... When I came to know that she has come to Surat, I rushed to meet her, wanting to find a solution to my problem but I was shocked to see that Viren, uncle and aunty were there as well. I could not say it in front of Viraj uncle. It would have spoilt the friendship between chachu and his friends. I can't do that to them."

" Oh, you love Roshni and want to get married to Myra? " Raj said.

" No!! I don't want to marry her. Please give me some time. Raj, please, don't do that I love Roshni, at least you try to understand. I had to tell them but I could not Myra is Viren's sister. You know how he behaved earlier. I can't break the friendship between all of us. Then there are other very pressing issues, I could not react to. " I explained.

" Yeah, of course!! You are the only one who is facing the pressure? Do you even know, how much I am suffering?? Everyone has already boycotted me as they think that I seduced you as I am a gold digger, I trapped you. No one is talking to me, except for Hardik. And you have a problem with that as well. "

" Roshni... I am sorry. But I already told you the repercussions if we go ahead. "

" Yes!! And I can still bear with it. But I see no commitment from your side. You don't want to spoil the friendship between your chachu and his friends and you don't want to spoil your relationship with your friends as you think that your group might break, so the only option which is left is that you break my heart and marry Myra as your family and friends want. " She said and turned to go.

" No!! Why don't you understand my issues?? Raj, please try to make her understand, I am finding a way to solve all the issues. It takes time. " I explained looking at him. He nodded.

" Roshni!! Listen... " Raj said.

" No!! I really respect you a lot. But please don't stop me. I have had enough! For god's sake, I am sick of everything. Please forgive me for I am taking out my frustrations on you. But please, don't stop me. "

" Roshni please try to understand. "

" No there is no need to make me understand anything, I have already understood. Don't bother about me. From this moment, I free you from any kind of responsibility. You don't need to be my guardian or anything. I will file a petition that I don't want any guardian. Mr Manik Shah, I relieve you of anything that is...was between us. Please don't ever come to meet me. I can't tolerate this drama anymore. Please, don't ever talk to me again. " She said and rushed away.
