《My Superhero Fantasy》Allmooner chapter 6 Three Desires of Men: Sleep, Eat, Sex Part 1

A tiny spark popped up in the darkness of his enclosed eyes. A pure white light came out of his eyes as he finally opened them. A heat wave rippled from the eyes and went through every nanometer of his flesh and bone. Doad could feel the power flowing in him and generating each other like he, himself, is a giant piece of moon crystal.
Sat up from the bed, a sharp piece of another’s memory flooded his mind. “Ahhh!” in a painful groan, he fell to the floor. He had his left hand on his head and his right hand on the ground, murmuring silent words to himself. Suddenly, he stood up and rushed out of the door. The dark green sedan roared under the vividly shining moon and this city of corruption.
Monsterer didn’t really know what was happening, but he did have a guess with that piece of memory he saw. Starting from the rooftop and ending with a sword through the chest, he could still recall every detail from his memory.
He needed to get to that mansion right now. He was different than others. He was not the one shaking in the snow. He was the one that beat the bully’s lip ring out of her mouth. He was Doad the Monsterer.
He could see the manner just a few thousand meters away, but the guard just wouldn’t let him pass the station. “I told you that I have my right to get out of the city,” Doad yelled loudly at the guard as if he was deaf or what.
“Not tonight, sir,” the guard had no emotion in his eyes but stared at the man in the car with pure numbness.
“It’s my fucking civil right!” Doad shouted as he pulled his head back to the car with his left hand rubbing his temples.

The guard stood next to the car, and the man in the car was in the car. The awkwardness only lasted a few seconds, because the three whole capsules of divine crystals that were worth half years of working bought him the pass of the station. Well, those capsules didn’t really worth that much of his work after quitting his job.
Doad parked his car right in front of the black palisade gate of the manner. Looking into the front yard, he couldn’t see a cat passing by. “Why was I always climbing through palisades?” the thought only stayed in his worrying mind for a second. He clumsily jogged through the front yard while attracting every no one’s sight on him. Stepping through flowers of guilt and grass of selfishness, he finally entered the backyard but received no one in sight.
He kept running toward where the memory stopped. There was nothing left on the stone path nor the wall Mooner climbed.
“Shouldn’t there be a spear mark,” Doad looked at the wall where that purple spear landed with the question in his head, then moved his eyes toward the stone lane under his feet. He whispered, “and there wasn’t a single burn mark or left-over.”
“What the hell?” he suddenly raised his voice and turned toward the end of the footpath, the gate of the backyard. He ran quickly toward the palisade gate. The lock of the gate lay on the floor alongside its intact chain.
Doad simply pushed the gate open and walked out of the manner. The forest was not far away from the manner. He estimated the distance to be a few hundred meters, and the area between the two was a manmade plain of grass.
“She took him into the forest,” he pulled his sight down to the gardened grass under him, crouched down, and had his fingers touching the grass on the ground. Looking up again, the clump of high grass a dozen of meters away caught his attention. Those wild grass were out of range for gardeners to lay an eye on.

“Bingo!” he jogged and spotted a whole trail of oblique stalks, which were different from all the other vertical stalks around them. The great unprofessional detective immediately concluded that the witch had dragged Mooner into the forest. Perhaps, she even lived in a cabin or what.
His eyes started glowing again like two flashlights in the lightless woods. Searching for two people in a forest at night with two flashlights wasn’t exactly an easy job to do. If Mooner was the one finding Doad, he could simply mark out the witch’s position like what he did to Oleni, but Doad wasn’t even close to Mooner on magic.
Doad eventually paused his steps in this fruitless forest. He looked around and saw nothing but wood. Finally, he collapsed to the ground, then lay against a thick trunk. “Oh shit. What can I do?” Doad had his right hand on his forehead. He was awakened in the middle of the night and had run for countless meters already. Miraculously, Doad couldn’t feel any hunger or tiredness. Food and beds could possibly be no more necessary to him, but he wasn’t sure yet. Well, he wasn’t in a hurry to find all those out under this severe circumstance.
“Mooner helped me and is my friend. He saved me out of my despair, so it is time for me to save him,” Monsterer stood up with his fist struck into the tree trunk, “Mooner can fly and Monsterer can run!” he again moved his feet, but faster than ever this time.
Shaking in the snow was not Doad nor Monsterer. The true one charged and beat those bitches’ ass into the ground. Well, the last part wasn't always true but for sure he wouldn’t fear.
Like a horse galloping, Doad continued for not sure how many hours or minutes. The eventual scene in front of him was that wooden cabin in an empty field with no trees or tree stumps. “Must be here. That witch and Mooner,” Doad gazed at the cabin and whispered without panting.

Hacking Reality (A teenage Mad Scientist's story.)
Maya Williams was smart. For the first time however, she realized she might be a little too smart. At least if the fact that a gang had kidnapped her was any indication. But that didn’t matter, because she’d show them. She’d show them all!!! Just as soon as the voices in her head could agree on how to get out of this mess. --- Please Note: This is a version of a forum quest I run following a teenage Mad Scientest with heroic tendencies in the same city/setting as my other stories the Huntsman's Quest and Get Ink'd. Meaning that while a majority of the plot is made up by me, the major choices as well as what each chapter is about are usually made by the actual readers in forum votes. Additionally, given how this is essentially a story version of a Tabletop game there is also a background RPG system that while the characters aren't necessarily aware of, the readers can see these stats to know how each chosen 'Action' effects their character's development.
