Chapter 1285 Your Sweetheart Is a Real Man of Great Power!
Fang Qiu tailed the white-haired guru.
Fang Qiu followed him all the way from a distance and hid well.
Before him…
Even though the white-haired guru had run a long way, he still looked panic-stricken and had not completely calmed down. He kept turning his head and looking around in fear that he had failed to shake off John Doe.
Fang Qiu could tell that he was scared to the marrow.
A total of ten gurus…
In a flash, he was the only one alive.
This was truly too terrifying!
Ever since he became a guru, he had always considered himself superior. After all, all the enemies he had encountered were no match for him. He even had a feeling that he could own the whole world. Even if he met a real guru, his life wouldn’t be threatened in any way. Some gurus who had fought with him had a deep-seated hatred for him, but they couldn’t kill him.
He felt he was invincible. No one in the world could endanger his life.
But now…
He could only watch helplessly as nine gurus like him died one after another before him, even without putting up a fierce struggle to survive!
His long-lost sense of fear crept into his heart.
He did not want to die.
He possessed all-conquering power. If he died, how could he enjoy it?
To stay alive, he had been running desperately!
When he was on the run, he had even carefully set up some anti-trace traps.
Of course…
He feared death and John Doe.
However, what frightened him most of all was his organization!
He hoped he could escape and survive, but he was also afraid that he would become John Doe’s guide and expose something.
Unluckily for him…
The various anti-trace traps he planted were well hidden and easy to trigger, but he didn’t know Fang Qiu had been watching his every move.
Along the way, Fang Qiu avoided all the small traps made by the white-haired guru.
None of his traps had been triggered, and he was getting farther and farther away, so the highly stressed white-haired guru calmed down a little.
He continued moving forward at a constant speed.
Soon…
Fang Qiu followed the white-haired guru out of the rainforest. They returned to the grassland from another direction.
“On the grassland?”
Fang Qiu wondered.
The previous biological base was on the grassland. Was Nirvana Organization’s base also in Africo?
The grassland was flat, so the views were extensive. Fang Qiu had no choice but to widen the distance between himself and the guru.
Fortunately, the breadth of his Consciousness was wide enough.
Even though the guru wasn’t within his range of vision, Fang Qiu could still accurately pinpoint his location!
He continued to follow up.
They had walked a long way.
When they were in the depths of the grassland and the rainforest was out of sight, Fang Qiu felt the white-haired guru stop 25 kilometers away.

Fang Qiu slowed down, approaching quietly.
After a few minutes…
Fang Qiu reached the place where the white-haired guru had paused — it was in a hollow zone in the grassland a hundred meters away.
After concealing himself there, Fang Qiu raised his head and looked forward.
Unexpectedly…
In front of them was a luxurious villa!
Before this and using the biological base as an example, Fang Qiu had thought the Africo base of Nirvana Organization would be deep underground. There would be no buildings on the surface. The organization would hide everything under the vast grassland.
To his great surprise, such a big villa appeared before him!
He was truly amazed…
Fang Qiu gazed at it fixedly. Then, he took out his phone, recorded the position, and quietly turned to leave.
He had become a recultivated guru and followed him all the way here. Yet, it was not the right time to fight because time was running out.
He had to give Jiang Miaoyu the pills in his backpack as soon as possible without any delay.
Otherwise, there would be big trouble over there.
Anyway, he had already taken down the location.
After he delivered the medicine…
It would be his time to take revenge.
Since Nirvana Organization desperately wanted to kill him, then let’s see who would be the first to die!
Fang Qiu was well aware of this.
After this series of events in Africo, John Doe became Nirvana Organization’s sworn enemy. Hunting him down in Africon Savannah was just the beginning.
In the following days, more and more Nirvana Organization members would join together to slaughter him, and their methods would be increasingly brutal!
In this case…
Fang Qiu couldn’t keep dodging like a coward.
The first day he learned about Nirvana Organization, Fang Qiu was irreconcilably hostile toward them. For him, this inhuman and crazy organization shouldn’t exist in this world at all.
In the past…
He had never feared Nirvana Organization even when he was not that powerful.
Now he was even more courageous. Since there would be a battle sooner or later, why would he wait?
But he had been concerned about the safety of Jiang Miaoyu and her classmate infected with the virus. Otherwise, Fang Qiu would have rushed in directly and turned the place upside down!
“Just wait! I’ll be back soon!”
Before he left Fang Qiu glared coldly at the villa.
He withdrew a long distance away. After ensuring that the people in the villa couldn’t see him, Fang Qiu took out his mobile phone to check his exact location. It turned out he was quite far from the cities along the coast: he had to cross a whole country to reach the coastline.
However…
A city that was not small, was located nearby.
After confirming the location, Fang Qiu made for the city. To avoid exposing his whereabouts, he went straight to the airport and sneaked into a plane.
He first hid. When the plane took off, he came out and found an empty seat to rest.

He had to cross a country to get to her and it seemed like a distance away.
But it was not far away.
The plane landed at the Comores airport in about two hours.
When the plane finally stopped…
Fang Qiu rushed out of the cabin at lightning speed before the air hostesses could even react. As he was familiar with the route, he left the airport quickly.
It was already evening when he arrived at the medical assistance base.
Right now…
The people in the medical assistance base had just finished their dinner and were resting in their dormitories.
Fang Qiu found Jiang Miaoyu’s dormitory easily as he had been there before.
The door of the dormitory was open.
Jiang Miaoyu seemed to have gone out.
Fang Qiu flashed inside and waited for Jiang Miaoyu to come back.
After a few minutes…
“Clatter, clatter, clatter…”
A brisk sound of footsteps was heard.
Fang Qiu looked out.
There, Jiang Miaoyu walked toward the dormitory, carrying a plastic basin filled with her freshly washed white coats.
The moment she entered the door…
Fang Qiu stood up to greet her.
However…
Jiang Miaoyu seemed to be too focused on the clothes in the basin to notice him. After walking in, she turned around and closed the door while humming a tune. Then she took out the laundry from the basin, ready to hang it in the dormitory and leave it to dry naturally.
She let her clothes dry out in the wind. Since the virus was so prevalent in Africo, she would hang them under the sun outside when the weather was better.
Yet…
When she took her white coat to hang it up…
Jiang Miaoyu trembled all over and stood rooted to the spot.
She looked terrified…
However, this expression lasted only a few seconds before she calmed down.
“Surprise! Are you happy to see me?”
Fang Qiu, who saw her expression change, asked with a smile.
“What are you doing here?”
Instantly, Jiang Miaoyu dropped the white coat into the basin and ran to Fang Qiu, her face full of surprise and disbelief.
“Shh, don’t get so agitated.”
Fang Qiu immediately put his index finger to his lips, motioning her to lower her voice.
Immediately, Jiang Miaoyu stopped talking.
“Don’t tell anyone about this.”
With a smile, Fang Qiu brushed back a few strands of hair on Jiang Miaoyu’s forehead and said, “Don’t let others know I was here. You can’t say it now and in the future.”
“Why?”
Jiang Miaoyu was stunned. Then, she took a step back and looked at Fang Qiu from head to toe. When she saw his abashed expression, she immediately frowned and asked worriedly, “Why are you in such a disheveled state? What did you do? What happened?”
“I’m fine.”
Fang Qiu smiled to comfort her and said, “I just encountered a little trouble, but it’s all in the past.”
On the way here…
Fang Qiu tore off the human-skin mask on his face. However, he only had those clothes on him. During the continuous battles on the grassland, he had stayed underwater and even hidden under the buffalo’s belly. It was impossible for him to keep himself neat!
Anyway, he couldn’t…
How could he especially have a change of clothes before he came here? He didn’t bother to do that when he had been in such a hurry.
“Are you sure you’re okay?”
Jiang Miaoyu asked.
“Don’t worry. I’m fine!”
Fang Qiu nodded in affirmation. Then, with a smile, he took off one of the backpacks on his back, opened it, and said, “I’ve found a cure for the mutant Ebala virus. Here it is.”
As he spoke…
Fang Qiu took out a pill and put it into Jiang Miaoyu’s palm.
“Really?”
Jiang Miaoyu was pleasantly surprised.
“Mmm.”
Fang Qiu nodded and said, “Yes. One pill can kill all the mutant Ebala viruses in the severely infected patient. I made these pills myself. Now, I’m giving you all these pills. You can give them to the infected patients here first. After they are cured, you can contact the government and tell them about the curative effect of these pills. After that, these pills can be distributed to various countries in Africo.”
“This is great!”
Jiang Miaoyu joyfully took the backpack with great surprise.
She had thought that there was no other way. Worse still, she even began to think about how she would have to accept the reality if her classmate died from the virus.
Little did she think…
Fang Qiu found a cure and even brought the pills.
“I will leave the rest to you.”
Reaching out to touch her face, Fang Qiu said, “I still have some urgent things to attend to. Remember not to tell anyone that I’ve been here.”
“You’re leaving so soon?”
Jiang Miaoyu asked, reluctant to part from him.
“Mmm.”
Fang Qiu nodded and tried to comfort her. “Yes. When the matter in Africo is over, we can see each other every day after we return home.”
“I don’t know what you’ve been doing, but you must be careful.”
Jiang Miaoyu went forward and hugged him, reluctant to part from him.
“Don’t worry.”
Fang Qiu smiled, “Your sweetheart is a real man of great power!”
After that…
He left quietly while no one was looking.
Fang Qiu hid his trace to protect his identity as Fang Qiu, not John Doe. Once others found Fang Qiu had appeared here, they might suspect the relationship between Fang Qiu and John Doe.
In addition, John Doe and Nirvana Organization were at daggers drawn, so Fang Qiu had to be more cautious!

Letters from a Dying World
Times historic are often penned after the fact in the lifeblood of the pitiful, forgotten masses. That roiling, uncountable crush of humanity, they who held the pikes and they who threw down the tyrants. Their veins opened by gazes academic, sharp and cruel, and pecked away at with quills, written out of their own story. The Second Dark Crusade was a time of such poignancy. A time when the light of man waned and flickered, choking in the acrid smoke of its own inadequacy. As befitting of such an age it has been covered more than a capital whore, and so I attempt not to tell that story again. That story of dull, unfeeling analysis. Neither here will you find the browbeating, propagandistic screeds so common in the hands of men, the light of youth still burning behind their eyes. Nay, here I shall attempt to cover fresh ground, not tread on the grave dirt of long dead authors. Here I shall attempt to tell the story of the small lives caught, unbeknownst to them, in the great and torrential downpour that we now call history. Here lies the true story of The Second Crusade. - Loremaster Ip'Qal

Forced Development (What does it truly mean to live a fulfilling life?)
To get things started I would like to admit that this story does not bring much new to the table when it comes to the over-saturated Litrpg genre in terms of things like mechanics and power systems. Then what exactly am I trying to bring to the table with this work? A nice slow-paced novel about people maturing and growing older think of it as the re: zero or jobless reincarnation of Litrpgs. A story that tries to take into consideration how a worldwide system would affect the economics and culture of a world. A story that is much more character-focused than the typical heavy progression-focused novels this genre is known for. The RPG system, like any good power system, is there to actually explore the themes of the story and not just as a plot device for characters to get stronger. This is a story where we will see the growth of the Mc from being a baby to when he dies of old age. With plenty of heart-racing actions and intriguing plot developments along the way. Exploring themes like; What does it mean to improve at something and what does it mean to mature as a person? How does magic, the constant threat of monsters and people so much stronger than the average joe that they can destroy countries affect one's culture both on the micro and the macro scale? How people are affected by the culture in general? Generational trauma Nature vs Nurture Talent vs hard work What is morality, society, and people's opinions on both? What does it mean to be human and what does it mean to be alive in the context of a world with multiple sapient species vastly different from one another in basic biology? All these questions are going to be explored from multiple angles using the system as a catalyst for those discussions. So if any of does questions sound interesting to you what are you waiting for, I'm sure you are going to love this story. PS - Chapter come out every Friday at about the same time.
