I dreamt of world's far away and realities out of reach.
I dreamt of a girl who I could never be and people I could never meet.
I live in these fantasies.
they help me escape from my monochrome reality,
They comfort me with their rose scented smoke screens,
As they intrans me in the illusions of my novel story.
But even if wings blossom from my wishes,
clouds scour the world like steps to my glass house of a destiny.
I will never see beyond this floral curtain hung in front of my windows casting glimmering reflections of flowers.
As I open my eyes to the rising sun casting a pale blue light upon my walls,
I proclaim with a melancholy laugh
"what a beautiful dream"
