Life is as balanced as a mental patient,

as moods swing like crazy boomerangs.

Despite that, some just can’t take a hint,

waiting for something to first bear fangs.

We recklessly walk the path of our lives,

unaware that it’s a tightrope we navigate.

We are selfish to not care who else survives,

allowing pettiness to fester into deep hate.

I don’t wish to live precariously anymore,

as there’s enough drama in thy little life.

Everyone yearns to find someone to adore,

the ongoing pursuit to find a decent wife.

I do not have the ability to keep trying,

to keep hope is not fair and just lying.
