Xu Yue tried the best she could to open her eyes.
"Senior sister," mumbled Xu Yue.
The first thing Xu Yue saw when she woke up was the face of her senior sister's face.
"What is it?" asked Liang Xiaoling with a smile on her face.
"It's nothing," mumbled Xu Yue under her breath.
A few moments ago, Xu Yue felt like a realization of hers was taken away. She could also feel a small amount of restriction around herself.
Xu Yue got up a moment later and looked around her cave abode.
"Senior sister, why am I here?" asked Xu Yue with a slight frown on her face.
"The Grand Elder sent you here," said Liang Xiaoling as she looked at Xu Yue with a smile on her face.
"I understand," said Xu Yue as she breathed a sigh of relief.
"I need some time on my own," continued Xu Yue.
"I understand," said Liang Xiaoling before disappearing.
Xu Yue looked through her spatial bag a moment later. She then took out a special token.
She injected her spiritual sense into the token before waiting for a while.
"What is it?" asked Xu Hui as he appeared in Xu Yue's cave abode.
"What about the rewards from the tournament?" asked Xu Yue, while looking at Xu Hui.
"The rewards from winning the tournament will be distributed through the sects," said Xu Hui as he looked through his spatial ring.
"Even though you got first place, don't expect the rewards to be that good, the amount of luck you gained is actually much more valuable than them," said Xu Hui.
"I won?" asked Xu Yue, unsure if she had even finished the tournament.
"Even though most participants managed to escape before the brunt of the attack reached them, they were still much more injured than you. The only one who wasn't injured was a kid from the Heaven Scrying Palace, when he realized who he had to face, he immediately gave up," said Xu Hui.

"The points from the first round can also be used to exchange with some treasures," reminded Xu Hui.
"Convert all of them into spiritual stones," said Xu Yue impatiently, wanting to be alone for some time.
Xu Hui appeared conflicted as he looked at his Granddaughter.
"You shouldn't keep it all bottled up," said Xu Hui as he let out a sigh.
Small tears appeared at the sides of Xu Yue's eyes, she then appeared next to Xu Hui and hugged him.
"Grandpa, I'm scared," said Xu Yue as she hugged her grandpa with tears in her eyes, before this, she had thought that she didn't fear death, but right now she realized how foolish she was.
"Don't be scared, don't be scared," said Xu Hui as he let Xu Yue cry quietly.
He breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Wu Jing appear, he didn't know what to do right now
Xu Yue ran towards her, she then forcefully hugged her, not letting go in the slightest.
"You can go now," said Wu Jing as she looked at Xu Hui.
Xu Hui then disappeared.
"You don't have to be scared," said Wu Jing as she kissed Xu Yue on the forehead.
"Nothing will happen to you while I'm here," said Wu Jing, as she patted the back of Xu Yue's head.
"Mom," mumbled Xu Yue, a few moments she fell asleep in her mother's embrace.
"You are still so young, whoever did this will pay," mumbled Wu Jing as she looked at her daughter with deep love, which was contrasted with the deep anger she felt right now.
As she said this, a thunderstorm raged in a part of the Painting Region, the thunderstorm continued to grow in both size and power, compared with the storms of the mortal world, this one was millions of times more powerfull.

Wu Jing stood still for an entire day as she waited for Xu Yue to wake up.
"Mother," muttered Xu Yue as her eyes slowly opened.
Wu Jing did not say anything, she just lovingly gazed at her precious daughter.
But beneath the calm look on her face, anger continued to brew, waiting for its target before it could erupt, the more she looked at her precious daughter, the more Wu Jing's fury increased
Xu Yue disappeared from Wu Jing's embrace and appeared right next to her with a small blush on her face.
"I need a maid to take care of things while I cultivate," said Xu Yue.
"I understand," said Wu Jing, before this, she did not give Xu Yue maids as she wanted her to be more independent.
"You can ask Preparatory Disciple Ming Yun," said Xu Yue, in her opinion someone more familiar could be trusted more easily.
A smile appeared on Wu Jing's face as she heard this, she did not probe more deeply about her daughter's relationships, she then left the cave abode a few moments later.
Xu Yue then looked through her spatial bag.
"I need a new one," mumbled Xu Yue as she looked at the completely destroyed robe in the spatial bag and at the comparatively ugly Personal Disciple robe she was wearing right now.
After looking through her spatial bag a little bit more, Xu Yue sat cross-legged. What had happened had caused her to become quite tense and she needed some time to relax.
A day later,
As Xu Yue got up, she seemed much more relaxed than before.
She then quickly exited her cave abode and went towards the Trial Pagoda. Even though the Trial Pagoda was supposed to be a restricted area, nobody stopped Xu Yue from walking next to it.
"Artifact Spirit," said Xu Yue lightly as she stood at the entrance of the Pagoda.
"Enter," responded the ever-so familiar voice of the artifact spirit.
As Xu Yue entered the Pagoda, she appeared in the familiar hall she was in last time.
"Take it out," said the artifact spirit, wanting to have nothing to do with this troublemaker.
As Xu Yue took out the nearly destroyed robe from her spatial bag, it disappeared from the hall.
"Wait for a bit," said the artifact spirit.
An annoyed look appeared on Xu Yue's face as she saw this. She did not have time to tell the artifact spirit how she wanted the robe to look.
Three days later,
As the artifact spirit reappeared inside of the hall, a robe also appeared in Xu Yue's hand.
Xu Yue smiled as she looked at the robe in front of her.
"It's pretty good," mumbled Xu Yue as she examined it.
The robe was quite different than the last one, but even so, it still gave Xu Yue the same feeling.
As Xu Yue exited the pagoda, she felt a small icy kiss on her forehead. After feeling that, she let out a smile towards an empty part of the room.
