One particular user on Twitter posted a thread on reasons why most likely identifies as a lesbian. "She listens to girl in red, King Princess and Clairo, and recommends their music to ? Queer culture." the post reads. Examples of how has responded to fan questions previously have also been stated.
Another Twitter user recalls one time that replied to a comment on an Instagram post using the group's account. The comment reads, "Women are absolutely beautiful and in particular are absolute works of art." "girls are pretty. their lips are kissable. - heidi" was the reply that the fan got from the idol.
With these "pieces of evidence", fans are convinced that is part of the LGBTQ+ community, and fan edits of the idol carrying pride flags have been popping up on social media platforms. Due to the nature of the claims, there are starting to be people who actually believe the rumors, and a number homophobic comments have been made under the idol's social media posts and on her VLive, which she has not addressed.
