《Would You Rather?》Wedding Day~

"Hurry up Fuyu, I promised Michi we would arrive earlier to the wedding reception so we could witness her grand entrance or something." Senju, my lovely fiance yelled from the hallway as I was in the middle of an intense battle with my tie, trying to make it cooperate with me.
"And what is that supposed to imply?" I asked out of curiosity, wondering how Michi was planning to steal the spotlight from someone else big day. I stuck my head out of the bedroom, only to witness Senju shrug her shoulders not being sure of it herself.
"She did mention it was supposed to be a surprise, and it's not like I will pry the answer out of her..." She inched closer and helped me by tying the tie for me.
"...But since it's Michi we are talking about, I wouldn't be the least bit shocked if she chose to ride her horse all the way from the countryside, just to seem cool." I nodded my head, agreeing that this was indeed a possibility until I realized a slight problem with this hypothesis.
"But isn't she already five months into her pregnancy? I don't think riding horses in such condition is ideal, especially for such a long distance."
"I guess you're right, even during the previous weekend I saw her, her stomach didn't seem any bigger, so this fact kept slipping my mind. She also never seems to complain about any symptoms...so reminders don't come often." I kissed her forehead to show my thanks, but couldn't stop feeling bad for Keisuke, since he was separated from his wife during such an important period of their life.
When Michi found out she was pregnant, she joked about providing the baby with the crispest air she could find, and moved away from Tokyo to the countryside where her grandparents lived. No one could change her mind otherwise, not even Keisuke.
I tried to be generous and give him some time off work, during his school summer break, since this was his last year in the university, but he coolly banged his chest while proclaiming in the most confident tone, that the longer time they are separated from each other the more Michi would miss him. Suddenly I received a flick to my forehead.
"What was that for?" I asked.
"I told you to hurry so stop thinking about Keisuke and let's get going."
"How did you-?" I asked her but received a knowing smile.
"We been together for so long, how wouldn't I know?"
Once we finally left and were heading to the venue sitting nearly inside my car, Senju expressed.
"Hopefully you won't mind if I will be the one catching the flowers this time around." I shook my head to convey my words, it was about time, all of our closest friends were happily married.
"Great... Emma caught them at Michi's wedding, then it all went down like a chain reaction, followed by Yuzuha, Akane, Momo, and then Hinata... it should be my turn today."
"Still can't believe how a bouquet of flowers had such tremendous enough power to tell the future, it has to be related to Michi somehow." Senju just rose a brow at my speculations.

"Why does every mystical thing has to be related to Michi in your head?"
"I mean think about it, she probably said a chant before tossing it five years ago and the power still carries over, to this day." She started laughing at my silly assumptions.
"She really did a number on you Fuyu, for you to be brainwashed this much!" I felt my cheeks becoming hotter, was my case this bad?
"In no time you be yelling with her to make other people bow before her, I bet."
"Now you're making things up, I would never." Once we arrived most of the guests were already there, we walked towards Keisuke that was chatting with Kazutora and his wife.
"So where is Michi at? I was under the assumption you two would come together." He just shook his head in denial.
"Last time I heard from her was yesterday and she was still in the countryside."
"Isn't that town couple of hours away from Tokyo, how is she planning on coming in time exactly?" As we were discussing it, we took notice of approaching helicopter sounds.
"Is it me or is it coming closer." Some of the guests started to cover their ears due to the noise.
"Who in their right mind is approaching a church with that thing?" Kazutora asked but it seemed like the person's name came to us simultaneously.
"Michi." Most of us said in unison before we saw a rope descending. All of the guests looked in wonder, questioning the sanity of the person above.
"Hi!" We heard Michi's voice loud and clear despite the terrible noise her vehicle of choice made. Then she jumped using that one single rope as support. Everyone was stunned by her actions. Once we could talk at normal volume Keisuke ran to her side.
"Why would you do this? You're pregnant, stupid." I guess that was the only appropriate situation for him to be calling her that.
"I always wanted to do something so badass, how was it? Is that what you thought when you saw me jump from that thing?" She asked while a smile was glued to her face.
"No, I thought my heart would jump out of my chest." Perhaps that was the reason Keisuke decided to let Michi move to the countryside, less dangerous stuff for Michi to take advantage of.
"Ohh look who we have here... who is that hottie?" It looked like Michi was looking behind Keisuke's shoulder when saying it, which caused him to look behind.
"Who?" Only for her to say.
"You stupid." before kissing his cheek, causing me to turn to Senju begging for her attention.
"What?" Then she looked in the direction I was glancing at, her eyes landing on Michi.
"Ahhh I get it... You're the most handsome person in this venue I have seen." I just smiled widely at her compliment.
So while the preparations were proceeding we decided to go talk with the other guests, but right off the bat, a wild South jumped out.
"Michi! You're strong, let's fight!" Someone was in high spirits, but Michi just rose her brow probably questioning his sanity.

"Hey, hello, I'm pregnant." She then pointed at her stomach, but the bump was barely visible.
"Did no one give you the memo big boy to not challenge pregnant women to fights?" It took him a second.
"Ohh right... should I ask Takemichi instead?"
"No, you shall not, why are you trying to pick a fight with the groom?" It looked like she was scolding a child at this point. Then Emma approached our little group.
"Since I'm pregnant too we should have our babies become best friends!" They both squealed at the idea, but a tired Draken was having none of it.
"No, please don't." I guess he didn't want to see Michi nearly every single day at his own house if that was going to become true.
"You have something against our child?" Keisuke fired his shots, causing Draken to gulp as if he stepped on a landmine.
"No of course not." And it seemed like he resolved to change the topic.
"Have you two already found out the gender of the baby?" Michi just smiled widely, as if she was waiting for this specific question to be asked.
"Of course... it's a baby girl." It looked like at that point her child decided to let us know about their presence because some kicking action was witnessed by us all. And from nowhere a group was created to have a chance to hold Michi's stomach.
"It must be caused by some baby fever." Whereas I witnessed Senju sulking.
"Is something the matter?" I aimed the question at her.
"It feels like I'm missing out, their children gonna be best friends... I want to join on the fun." Yes definitely baby fever season, because now Senju was looking at me with her puppy eyes like she was begging me to do something about the matter.
"Um... you can time it with Hinata or Yuzuha instead." I proposed.
"You know what, that's a good idea!" Senju affirmed which was so strange since she never spoke about this topic before.
But then another weird thing occurred.
"Right, because you threw me off I didn't had the time to ask you, what the hell is this about Michi?" Draken pulled out an article that was speculating that our motorcycle star Mikey was secretly dating Michi who was a well-known artist apparently, they were caught by paparazzi hanging with each other last week. In the photo, Michi was feeding Mikey ice cream with a spoon. Classic Mikey, no wonder someone mistook it for an actual date.
"Ehhh... why didn't you tell me anything about this honey, they are trying to portray me as a cheating wife." Michi looked a little bit hurt at the news.
"I trust you Michi, why should I concern myself about how others see you when I know you much better?"
"True but this is enough to sue their asses for defamation... I can make those journalists bow before me."
"And how are you planning to explain this situation?" Draken asked.
"Of course... by telling them he is my baby." I guess everyone here could tell how wrong it sounded, easy way to misinterpretations.
"I will call him my son on life TV." Draken just facepalmed and once Mikey came around, he wasn't going to shy away from expressing himself.
"Yeah, I don't mind calling Michi mom." Even at this age some things never do change.
So the wedding was awesome, I found myself crying a lot during the ceremony, and as Senju predicted she was the one that caught the bouquet in the end. Causing Michi to spawn before us telling us with the most shit-eating grin on her face.
"It's about time, don't worry about the finances I will fill your pockets just so I can finally witness it happening."
"Michi that's a little too much."
"No no Chifuyu you're misunderstanding I'm not doing it for you two, but due to my own selfish reasons. I love weddings, I need to attend one every single year and I set you two as my new targets." We both knew it wasn't true, she just told us this so we wouldn't feel bad, in case we chose to use her money.
"Does it mean you secretly sponsored all the other weddings so far?" Senju question, wait was my previous theory about to be proven true?
"I mean I could have given Emma some money... Kazutora is an immediate family of course he will get the funds from us, Akane's Koko Crunch refused any additional funds since his pride didn't let him seek financial help because he can provide for his sweetheart. Momo's pockets were filled to the brim, which made me feel like a true sugar daddy. And Takemichi didn't need my help whatsoever. And in the future I will sponsor your brothers wedding overseas in Vegas apparently." At least it was partially influenced by her.
Once the wedding was over, however, Michi whipped out a megaphone and let everyone know.
"The party is not over folks!" It looked like neither the groom nor the bride knew this was coming.
"I'm redirecting all the guests to our next venue, Taiju's restaurant." As the owner, he didn't seem surprised it looked like Michi planned it behind our backs.
"What about alcohol?" Takeomi yelled to get her attention.
"Plenty to go by, so let's go party till morning!" Suddenly three buses parked nearby, while a limo came to pick up the pair of our celebration. Michi shortly approached us.
"So what do you think? Pretty neat huh?" Since Taiju's restaurant was more on the high-end spectrum it wasn't often we got the chance to dine there.
"But you're not allowed to drink," Keisuke said probably out of concern.
"Relax honey, I'm the party, not the alcohol I don't need it to have fun you know." And once all the guests that wanted to proceed were packed inside the busses we departed to find ourselves party till morning just like Michi predicted.

I thought writting the chapter from Chifuyu's point of view, just like it was kind of in the manga, was a pretty neat idea :D
