Next morning, Ilario met Letitia in front of the main gate. She prepared a carriage for their trip to Multa.

“We don’t need a carriage, Sister” Ilario said.

“I forgot to tell her. Luna, Solaris, can you show up to her?” Ilario used ‘Telepathy’ to talk with Luna and Solaris.

Both of Luna and Solaris showed up themselves in front of Letitia. She had a great shock after saw 2 big wolves standing beside Ilario.

“I’m Luna. Nice to meet you, Letitia” said Luna kindly, her voice was calm.

“I’m Solaris. Nice to meet you,” said Solaris energetically as his personality.

“We will travel by riding on them. We have to reach to Multa within today, Sister” said Ilario, he smiled at Letitia. He felt amusing of her reaction after she saw both of Luna and Solaris.

“Where is your luggage?” Ilario asked.

“Hah?” Letitia asked. The appearance of Luna and Solaris still shocked her.

“Your luggage, Sister” Ilario repeated, he must hold himself not to laugh at her.

“Ah, right, luggage,” Letitia said, she moved her luggage out from carriage.

Ilario kept her luggage inside his bracelet. We went out of the castle gate.

“Do you know the way to go to Multa?” Ilario asked.

“Yes, I have been there 2-3 times,” Letitia said.

“Okay, please ride on Luna and tell her the way to go there. Choose a way that have less people, we will go faster in that way,” said Ilario, he activated “Invisible”. “Don’t worry. I activated ‘Invisible’ for us, no one can see us unless they have more magic power than me.”

Multa Territory was a small territory which lies in the west of Sapientia Empire, near Ferrarius Mountain. Its size was around 1 in 3 of Fortis Territory.

We travelled past Mercatura, Scientia and reached to the city of Multa before dark. We found the best inn in the city for having dinner and taking a rest at night.

The next day, we went to the suburb village near Ferrarius Mountain. We looked for the location as the details from Noe. The environment around this location could be called countryside, there were many small villages but most of the area were farmlands.

We followed the map until we reached to a small village. Ilario could see many old smithies, it could say that this village was a blacksmith village.

We went into a weapon shop that Noe has put a mark on the map.

“What are you doing here?” A dwarf asked them rudely. He was in his early forties, short, fat, curly brown hair, brown beard, and brown eyes.

“I would like to meet a person who made this dagger knife,” said Ilario, he showed him his dagger knife.

“Why are you looking for him?” A dwarf asked, unwelcome tone of voice.

“I like his weapons. It’s really great quality,” said Ilario honestly.

“Just that?” He asked Ilario, his voice has softened.

“I have a business deal to him,” Ilario said.

“Ah…you are an honest child. I don’t like the nobles like you but you are different from them,” a dwarf said, he was friendlier. “It’s me who forged that dagger knife. I’m Aaron.”

“I’m Ilario and this is Letitia,” Ilario said.

“I would like to hire you as an executive blacksmith. We will give you high salary and provide all the materials for you. What do you think?” Ilario asked politely.

“Umm…Even you hire me with high salary, I can do nothing for you. We have a shortage problem with the Mythril Ore. We could not forge the silver ore and other types of metals like human. It was broken before we could finish it,” said Aaron seriously.

“Would you please me the detail of shortage problem?” Ilario asked politely.

“…The monsters were breeding inside the mine, we could not mine the Mythril Ore for months,” said Aaron hopelessly.

“If I can resolve this problem, will you go to Fortis Territory and work with us?” Ilario asked.

“Are you serious?” Aaron asked surprisingly.

“Yes, I’m serious” said Ilario firmly.

“If you can do that much, I will work for you,” Aaron said, he did not believe in Ilario.

“How many pieces of Mythril Ore that you use for 1 sword?” Ilario asked.

“1-2 piece(s) per 1 sword” Aaron said.

“Could you please tell me the location of that mine?” Ilario asked politely.

Aaron drew a map and told him the location of the mines, there were 3 mines nearby. A problematic mine was a mine that has plenty of Mythril Ore. Ilario had intention to go to that mine, he will kill the monsters and resolve the problem at once.

As the details on a map, all the mines are mountain mines. We must fly to the mountain mine for solving the problem quickly. Ilario activated “Invisible” for him and Letitia after we went out of Aaron’s shop.

“Can you activate ‘Wind Dragon Wings’ or any wings?” Ilario asked Letitia.

“Huh? What do you mean?” Letitia asked curiously.

“Like these wings,” Ilario activated “Wind Dragon Wings” to show her.

“No, I can’t. I’ve never learned it,” Letitia said.

“All right. Practice next time,” Ilario said.

“Can we ride on you two? We need to fly to that mountain,” Ilario asked Luna and Solaris while pointing at the mountain.

“Of course. Just hold on our necks tightly,” Solaris said.

“You can activate wind magic power just in case,” Ilario said.

Letitia said nothing and climbed up on Luna’s back. She held on Luna’s neck tightly.

When we flew near to a mountain mine, Ilario could detect the dark energies inside.

“Prepare yourself. There are a lot of monsters inside a mountain mine, their dark energies are really dense,” said Ilario seriously. “How much the progress of automatically activation of yours?”

“I’m not quite sure. I was practicing everyday since you have told me but I have no chance for testing it,” Letitia said.

“All right. You can test all of your abilities today. I will do nothing but back you up,” said Ilario remarkably. He wanted her to practice in the real fight.

“I will try my best,” Letitia said.

We went inside a mountain mine. Ilario detected all the area firstly, the dense energies were coming from underground. Ilario let Letitia kill all the monsters on the entrance floor. Most of them were low level of monsters, Letitia could kill them easily.

We went deeper inside a mountain mine and found 3 Minotaur. Ilario killed 2 of them and left 1 for Letitia.

“Cut its head,” Ilario said.

Letitia activated “Wind Slashing” while blocking and dodging its attacks. She had to activate “Wind Slashing” 5 times until she completely cut a head of Minotaur.

“Try to purify the dark magic stones. You need to do it every time you killed the monsters,” Ilario said.

Letitia activated “Water Purify” to purify a dark magic stone, it spent more time than ‘Lumen’.

“You can mix light magic power and ‘Recover’ to make it faster. Imagine that you want to make it clean and get rid of dark magic power,” said Ilario kindly. He thought that she might not be able to activate ‘Lumen’ because she has not enough of light magic power to balance with her healing magic power.

Letitia could purify the dark magic stones faster. Ilario called this magic combination ‘Purum’ the magic power that can purify the dark magic power at rate of 80%.

Ilario led Letitia to underground, there was a nest of Basilisks. They were breeding as Aaron said.

“Activate ‘Resistance’ continually and use this mask,” Ilario whispered to Letitia and gave her a mask. “Prepare yourself. Their skins were thick and don’t get too close to them. Protect yourself and don’t worry about me.”

“Burn them all,” Ilario told Luna and Solaris.

Ilario activated “Solis Breath”. Both of Luna and Solaris used “Light Beam”. We were burning all of them continually, some of them breathed poison but it has no effect to Ilario.

While we were halfway on burning the Basilisks, Ilario heard the sound of fighting from Letitia’s position. He felt the dark energy like The Sicarii that he had fought last time but this one has much more dark energy.

“You two burn them all. I’ll help Letitia,” Ilario said.

A Sicarius was attacking Letitia continually with his speed and forcefully attacks. Letitia blocked and attacked back with “Wind Slashing” but its body regrew at fast rate.

Ilario activated “Light Shield” to protect himself and activated “Lumen” on his sword, he went to help Letitia.

“I will fight him. Activate ‘Water Shield’. It could breathe poison,” Ilario said while he was slashing its body at the vitals area. He aimed at its heart to destroy the first dark magic stone.

After its body got cut off, its upper body transformed into Hydra, 5 serpent heads, but its lower body has maintained in human being form. It tried to bite Ilario after It transformed. Ilario dodged and slashed one of its head. Its head has regrown again.

Letitia had a great shocked with the appearance of half-hydra. She has never seen a real Hydra before.

“Protect yourself. It might attack you anytime,” Ilario warned Letitia and made her being conscious of the situation.

Ilario activated “Solis Breath” to burn it continually, he needed to find out the other dark magic stones. Unexpectedly, it threw 3 dagger knives to Letitia while it was being burned by ‘Solis Breath’.

‘Huh? It attacked Letitia?’ Ilario thought to himself.

Its attack was fast. Ilario did not expect that it can move while it was getting burned.

Letitia was still in a state of shock after she saw a Sicarius transformed. She did not activate magic power to protect herself even she got a warning from Ilario. She got hit on her body directly, moreover the dagger knives were coated by poison, and afterwards she coughed blood. She just realized on the situation and got back to her conscious. She activated “Recover” and “Instant Heal” to recover herself.

“Are you all right?” Ilario asked Letitia while he was increasing his power to burn a Sicarius.

“It’s all right. I just need time to recover myself,” said Letitia calmly. Her face turned pale, she lost her strength and sat on the ground to heal herself.

“Use ‘Purum’ to purify it, then activate ‘Recover’ again,” Ilario said.

“Have you burned all of the basilisks already? I need your help here, Luna” mind communicated Ilario.

“No, we haven’t done. It remained some. I will leave it to Solaris,” mind communicated Luna.

Luna appeared at Ilario’s position.

“Please help Letitia. She got poison,” Ilario said while he was burning a Sicarius continually. Its body regrew slower after Ilario increased his power.

Ilario observed its body. He wanted to know the position of the dark magic stones. Ilario activated “Wind Slashing” to cut all 5 of its heads, he saw 5 dark magic stones at its body near its heads. He activated “Lumen” to shoot at one of dark magic stones. All of its heads, except a head that Ilario destroyed a dark magic stone, have regrown.

A Sicarius breathed poison and thrown dagger knives to Ilario. Ilario blocked and dodged its attacks.

Solaris came to help, he used “Light Beam” to burn a Sicarius.

Ilario activated “Wind Slashing” to cut its head and activated “Lumen” to shoot at dark magic stone one by one continually until it remained one head. It tried to run away but Ilario activated “Earth Wall” to block the way. Solaris was burning it continually. Ilario activated “Wind Slashing” and destroyed the last of dark magic stone. Its heads did not regrow and its body did not move but Solaris burned its body until it had nothing left.

Letitia has recovered, she purified the poison faster because of Luna’s help.

Ilario could detect the dark energies from underground. When we reached to that area, we found nothing but a lot of natural dark magic stones and Mythril Ores.

“We’d better hurry. There might be more Sicarii showed up. I will mine all the Mythril Ores. Luna, please destroy all of dark magic stones. Solaris, please guard us and tell me immediately if Sicarii or Monster Lords show up,” Ilario said.

Ilario used earth magic power to release all the Mythril Ores out of the wall and earth softly. There were a lot of Mythril Ores, it’s might be around a hundred up, Ilario kept it all in his bracelet.

Letitia has no more surprised after she saw a half-hydra with her own eyes.

Luna destroyed all of dark magic stones. We used “Teleport” back to Aaron’s shop. The sky was dark, we spent time to kill monsters many hours. Ilario saw the lights through the windows from Aaron’s shop, he guessed that Aaron might stay in his shop.
