Everyone gathers to have breakfast except Akshara.

Swarna: Aru Akshu kaha hai? Woh abhi tak breakfast ke liye aayi nahi?

Arohi: Woh badi mumma Akshu abhi tak sorrahi hai. Kal subah se uske tabiyat theek nahi hai. Kal subah se usse ultiya aur chakkar aarahe hain. Bohot drained out feel kar rahi thi

Manish: Kya uski tabiyat theek nahi hai aur tune bataya nahi.

Arohi: Relax bade papa woh theek hai. Woh mujhe kal batarahi thi ki usse shak hain ki kahi woh pregnant toh nahi isliye woh aaj doctor ke pass jaake check up karegi.

Kairav: Kya sach. Yeh toh bohot achi khabar hai.

Akshara comes walking down the stairs while talking on her phone.

Her look:

Akshara: Sahil Mr.Malhotra se kaho ki humhari meeting 9.00 am ko hogi. Aur 10.00 am ko meri meeting Mr.Oberoi ke saath fix karo. Aaj shaam ko mujhe koi meeting nahi chahiye. Agar koi urgent meeting aaye toh usse kal ke liye fix kardena.

She cuts the call and takes another step when she again gets dizzy and becomes unconscious making her fall down the stairs. Thankfully she didn't get hurt as she was on last few steps. Everyone rushes to her. Kairav picks her up and lays her on the sofa. Arohi gets water and sprinkles it on her face. She gains consciousness but continues to feel dizzy.

Manish; Akshu tu theek hai na tujhe kahi lagi toh nahi?

Swarna: Ha Akshu tu theek hai na? Lagta hain teri tabiyat kuch zyada hi bigad gayi hain, Aru ne humhe bataya hain sab kuch.

Akshara: Mein theek hu, bas mujhe phirse chakkar aarahe hain. Abhi bhi mera sar ghum raha hain. Main apne meetings ke baad jaati hu na doctor ke paas. Aap log tension mat lijiye.

Kairav: Arey aise kaise tension na lu. Akshu teri tabiyat kharab hai, tujhe baar baar chakkar aarahe hain aur aise mein tu akeli bahar nahi jayegi. Mein chalta hoon tera saath. Aaj tu akele kahi nahi jayegi.

Akshara: Arey bhai mein theek aur aap mere saath kaise aasakte hain, aaj aap aur bade papa ko ek bahut important meeting hain na foreign delegates ke saath.

Arohi: Bhai aap tension mat lo mein jaati hu Akshu ke saath, waise bhi maine aaj hospital se chutti liya hain.

Chalo Akshu nashta khane chal, agar tu bhookhi rahegi toh aur chakkar aayenge tujhe.

They go and sit down to have breakfast

They have their breakfast and Akshara and Arohi leave for Akshara's office while Manish and and Kairav leave for Goenka Diamonds.

After finishing her meetings, Akshara along with Arohi goes to City Hospital to do her check-up. The doctor does her tests and says that her reports will be sent to her house by today evening and asks for the address. She gives address of Goenka Villa. They then return home. When they reach home Swarna asks them what the doctor said. They tell her that she will receive her reports in the evening. She then goes to her room to sleep as she still wasn't feeling well.

Later that evening

Everyone ( except Akshara as she is still sleeping )is sitting in the living room room discussing their day while having their evening tea and snacks. At that time the bell rings, the servant opens the door and receives a courier and brings it to Manish.

Servant: Sir yeh Akshara ma'am ke liye courier aaya hain.

Manish opens the envelope.

Manish: Yeh toh Akshu ki reports hain. Aru dekho kya likha hai reports mein.

Arohi takes the reports and reads it carefully.

Swarna: Bata na Aru Akshu ke reports mein kya likha hai?

Arohi: Akshu ke reports positive hain, mein phirse maasi banungi. Yayyyy!

Everyone gets happy hearing this and start dancing. Akshara comes downstairs and sees the dancing happily. Kairav sees Akshara and immediately goes and hugs her tightly and then twirls her around.

Akshara(feeling dizzy): Bhaiya kya kar rahe ho, mujhe aise mat ghumao chakkar aarahe hain phirse.

Hearing this Kairav immediately stops

Kairav: So sorry Akshu, mein bahut zyada excited hogaya. Tu ja aur sofe per beth.

Swarna: Mein aarti ki thaal aur nazar utarne ka saaman lati hoon. (She goes to get the things.

Akshara: Arey par hua kya hain? Aap log itne khush kyun hain?

Manish: Akshu teri reports positive aayi hain. Tu phirse maa banne wali hain.

Akshara gets very happy hearing this.

Akshara: Kya Sach?

Swarna comes and does her aarti and wards of the evil eyes from her.

Swarna: Akshu beta tu kuch khale tune dopahar ko bhi kuch nahi khaya. Aisi halat mein jyada der bhooka nahi rehna chahiye.

Arohi: Mein jiju aur Neil ko call karke yeh good news deti hoon.

Akshara: Rukk Aru tu unhe kuch nahi bataegi. Woh agle hafte aarahe hain na tab mein unhe suprise dungi. Issliye tu please unhe kuch mat batana.

Suddenly Abhimanyu comes there.

Abhimanyu: Kisse kya nahi batana hain

Everyone is shocked seeing him there all of a sudden. Arohi secretly passes the reports to Kairav and he hides it in his coat pocket.

Akshara: Abhi tum achanak yaha kese? Tumne call bhi nahi kiya ki tum yaha aarahe ho.(In mind: Acha hua yeh Abhimanyu pehle nahi aaya nahi toh woh humari baate sunn leta.

Abhimanyu: Kyun mein yaha nahi aasakta? Kya mein koi nahi hu tumhare liye

Manish: Arey nahi Abhimanyu beta Akshu ka woh matlab nahi tha . Tum bura mat mano.

Abhimanyu: Relax bade papa main toh bas mazak kar raha tha. Waise tum kya bol rahi thi, kisse kya nahi batana hai?

Akshara: Arey kuch nahi ham toh bas aise hi idhar udhar ki baate kar rahe te.

Abhimanyu: Accha thik hain. Lekin yeh kya Akshu jabse tum maike aayi ho tabse tumne mujhe ek bhi call nahi kiya. Mujhse raha nahi gaya issliye tumse milne keliye yaha aagaya. I missed you so much Akshu.

He goes and hugs her tightly. She immediately breaks the hug. He finds it wierd but shrugs it off.

Akshara: Abhi tum ghar jao, bohot thak gaye honge na tum. Mein parso wapas Birla House aajaungi.

Abhimanyu: Accha thik hai Akshu mein jaata hoon. I will miss you.

He bids bye to everyone and leaves from there.

Akshara: Accha hua yeh Abhimanyu yaha se chala gaya.

Next day

Goenka Villa

12.00 pm

Everyone is sitting and having their lunch.(except Arohi as she is at work)

Kairav: Akshu dopahar 2.00 baje humhe nikalna hoga Jodhpur jaane ke liye. Aaj ek bohot bada auction party hai diamonds aur precious jewels ka. Toh mein ussme jaraha hoon. Tujhe bhi invitation mila hoga na toh tu mere saath hi chal saath mein jayenge.

Akshara: Ha bhai mujhe bhi invitation mila hai isliye maine apne PA Sahil se kaha hain ki meri taraf se woh jaaye. Mein aapke saath aati hoon. Badi mumma humhe aate hue der raat hogi toh aap humhara khana mat banana aur darwaza unlocked rakhna, kisiko jaagne ki zarurat nahi hain.

2.00 pm

Kairav and Akshara are ready for the party.

They leave for the auction party by car.

After 5 hours they reach the auction party venue.

In the party

Kairav and Akshara enter the party.

Mr.Khurana: Good evening Mr.Goenka. Good to see you here.

Kairav: Good evening Mr.Khurana. Kaise hai aap? Aur business kaisa chal Raha hai?

Mr.Khurana:Mein thik hu aur business bhi achha chal raha hai. Aap kaise hain? Aur yeh aapke saath yeh itni sundar ladki kon hain? Pehle kabhi dekha nahi inhe.( eyeing her from head to toe but the duo doesn't notice it)

Kairav: Mein thik hu Mr.Khurana. Yeh hain meri choti behen Akshara. Aur Akshu yeh Mr.Daksh Khurana hain humhare business associate.

Akshara: Nice to meet you Mr.Khurana.

Daksh: Same here Ms.Goenka.

Like this the party goes on and soon the auction starts. Akshara's PA Sahil wins the bid on her behalf for a rare red diamond and a blue diamond and many more precious stones.

Kairav doesn't win any bid as what he wanted was already won by Akshara's company. Daksh comes to the duo with drinks.

Daksh: Yeh lijiye Mr and Ms Goenka. Yeh aap dono keliye drinks.( Kairav takes it but Akshara doesn't.) Don't worry sirf cold drink hain alcohol nahi.

Akshara: No thank you Mr.Khurana.

Daksh: Please Ms.Goenka I insist.

Kairav: Lelo na Akshu sirf cold drink hi hain.

Akshara: Nahi bhai please. I'm sorry Mr.Khurana par mein yeh nahi lesakti. Thank you.

Daksh: It's ok . Waise Mr.Goenka bahut bura lag raha hoga na. Aapki business rival AKG ne phirse aapse opportunity cheenli. Apko jealousy nahi hoti AKG se.

Kairav: Matlab, aap kehna kya chahte hai mujhe samajh nahi aaya?

Daksh: I know woh blue aur red diamond aapko chahiye te lekin uss AKG ne higher bid karke aapse woh mouka bhi cheenliya. Aapko gussa nahi aata ki woh aapse saari opportunities cheen rahi hai.

Kairav(smiles): Gussa kyun aayega? Woh mujhse koi opportunity cheen nahi rahi balki woh mehnat se opportunity kama rahi hain issliye mein khush hu uske liye. She deserves it.

The party gets over and the siblings leave back for Udaipur. ( It's night 12.00am )

In car

Akshara: Huhh! Thank God party khatam hogayi. Mein toh bohot bore horahi thi.

Kairav: Bahut tired feel kar rahi ho na.

Akshara: Ha bhai peet(back) mein bahut dard ho raha hain.

Kairav: Kya tu theek hain na, aur yeh achanak dard kaise?

Akshara: Relax bhai mein theek hu. Pregnancy mein peet dard hona normal hain.

Kairav:Acha theek hai. Tujhe abhi rest ki jarurat hain tu car ke back seat pe jaake soja.

Akshara: Arey nahi bhai mein aise hi theek hu. Backseat pein sone jaungi toh peet mein aur dard hoga.

Kairav: Acha theek hain.

2.5 hours later

Kairav has taken an isolated road in a forest area to reach home faster.

Akshara: Bhai jaldi gaadi roko please.

Kairav applies the breaks immediately.

Kairav: Kya hua Akshu? Tu theek hain na?

Akshara doesn't say anything. She immediately goes out and starts puking.

After she finishes she gets back in the car.

Kairav: Yeh le Akshu pani pile. ( Gives her a water bottle, she takes two sips and gives it back to him.) Ab feel horaha hain na.

Akshara: Ha bhai ab theek hai gaadi start kijiye.

Kairav: Ok. Tu apni seatbelt lagao.

Akshara: Seatbelt rehne dete hai na, bohot uncomfortable lagraha hain.

Kairav: Accha theek hain tu aaram kar.

He starts driving again. He suddenly sees that a huge boulder is fallen on the road blocking the whole way( it's a very narrow way). As there were no street lights he couldn't see it earlier. Seeing the boulder he immediately applies the brakes. The car stops with a jerk causing to bang her head on the dashboard. She hisses as she gets a slight cut on her forehead.

Kairav: Akshu tu theek hain, tujhe kahi dard toh nahi horaha hain nah.( Sees the cut on her forehead ) Tujhe toh sar pe chot lagi hai.

Akshara: Relax bhai mein theek hu,yeh toh ek mamuli si kharoch hai. Humhe jaldi ghar jana hain, chaliye chalke iss pattar ko raaste se hatate hain.

Kairav: Tu mat aa mein jaake karta hoon, tu aaram kar idhar.

Akshara: Nahi bhai agar hum dono milke koshish karenge toh pattar jaldi hat jayega.

They go and try to move the boulder out of the way. While pushing the rock Akshara feels a sharp pain in her stomach and clutches it tightly.

Akshara: Ahhhh.

Kairav: Kya hua Akshu tujhe pet mein dard ho raha hain kya? Tu jaa aur ghadi mein beth mein hatata hoon iss pattar ko.

Akshara: Nahi bhai yeh pattar almost hat gaya hein sath mein milke hatate hain isse.

They finally push the boulder out of the way.

Akshara: Chaliye ham chalte hain already bohot late hogaya hain ese toh ghar pahuchte subah hojayengi

They go and sit back in the car. He starts the car and moves out from there. Few minutes later they reached the highway. They were going on it when all of a sudden a truck starts coming in their direction in high speed. Before he could avoid it the truck crashed with their car. Due to the high-speed of the truck the car overturns and falls on the other side of the road upside down.

Imagine Kairav instead of Keerti with Akshara sitting on the side.

One man passing by sees the accident and immediately calls the ambulance. He then goes and removes them out from the car. They were in a very bad state fully covered in blood.Glass pieces pierced in their body. A big glass piece had pierced on the right side of Akshara's neck. Soon the ambulance arrives and takes them to the hospital.

In hospital

They are admitted in the hospital and their treatment is started immediately.

When the doctor was treating her he realised that she was pregnant.

Doctor: Oh God yeh lady toh pregnant hain. Isske bache ki jaan ko khatra hain.

Few hours later

Morning 8.00am

Doctors are still treating them but they are not stable yet, they managed to save her baby. They are trying their best to save both of them.

Goenka Villa

Swarnish and Arohi have sat down for breakfast.

Arohi: Badi mumma bhai aur Akshu abhi tak breakfast karne keliye nahi aaye.

Manish: Arey beta woh kal raat der se pahunche haina isliye shayad abhi tak sorrahe hai.

Swarna: Mein jaake Akshu ko utha deti hoon. Usse nashta karke apne dawaiya bhi time par leni hain.

She goes to Akshara's room and sees that she is not there in her room. And searches the whole house for her but doesn't find her anywhere and notices that Kairav is also not there in his room. She goes out and doesn't see the car which they took yesterday.

Swarna: Manishji bacche abhi tak ghar nahi pahunche. Mujhe unki bohot fikar horahi hain. Unhe toh raat ko yaha pahunchna chahiye tha. Abhi tak aaye kyun nahi.

Manish: Calm down Swarna, tum ruko mein unhe abhi call karta hoon.

He tries calling both of them. First few tries no one picks the call. He tries to call Akshara again and one of the hospital staff picks the call. Manish puts the phone on speaker.

Manish: Hello Akshu kaha ho tu m aur Kairav? Abhi tak ghar kyun ne pahunche? Swarna bohot pareshan hogayi hai tum dono ke liye.

Staff: Dekhiye jinka yeh phone hain unka bahut bura accident hua hain highway par? Agar aap patient ki family hain toh please jaldi se Jodhpur se Udaipur ke highway par jo lifeline hospital hain udhar aayiye. Unka abhi ilaaj chal raha hain.

Staff cuts the call. The phone slips from Manish's hands. Everyone is shocked listening this news. They immediately rush to the hospital. 2 hours later they reach the hospital. They go inside and ask about Kairav Akshara. They are directed to the ward where they are being treated. They see them injured badly covered in multiple bandages.

After some time the doctor comes out.

Swarna: Doctor mere Kairav aur Akshu kaise hai abh? Chinta ki koi baat nahi hai nah?

Doctor: Kya aap patients ke parivaar wale hai?

Manish: Ji doctor. Woh kaise hain ab?

Doctor: Abhi filhaal kuch keh nahi sakte. We are trying our level best to save them.

Arohi: Doctor Akshu pregnant hain. Uska baby thik hain na?

Doctor: Ji aap fikar mat kijiye. Iss wakt babies ki jaan ko koi khatra nahi hai.

Everyone sighs in relief.

Arohi: Ek minute babies matlab?

Doctor: Shayad aapko pata nahi lekin unhe twins hone wale hai.

Everyone gets happy hearing this.

2hours later

Doctor comes out from the treatment room.

Arohi: Doctor bhai aur Akshu kaise hai ab?

Doctor: Bhagwan ki kripa se ab woh dono khatre se bahar hain. Hum unhe private twin ward mein shift karrahe hain.

Swarna: Thank god. Kya hum unse mil sakte hain.

Doctor: Ji unhe kuch ghanto mein hosh aajayega phir aap unse mil sakte hain. Mein kal unhe discharge kardunga phir aap unhe ghar leja sakte hain.

Police comes there

Manish: Inspector kuch pata chala yeh accident kaise hua?

Inspector: Mr.Goenka humhe ek aadmi ne bataya ki woh subah 4.00 baje uss raaste se jaraha tha jab yeh accident hua. Usne clearly dekha tha ki ek truck wrong side se bahut speed mein jaake unke gaadi ko takkar maara tha jiske wajah se unka major accident hogaya. Iss baat se yeh saabit hota hain ki yeh koi accident nahi balki ek attempt to murder hain. Aapko kisi pe shak hain ki aisa kon karsakta hain.

Manish: Nahi mujhe toh kisipe shak nahi hain. Jab baccho ko hosh ayega tab aap unka statement le lena.

Few hours later

Swarnish have gone to the police station to file a case. Arohi is sitting near Kairav Akshara waiting for them to wake up. That time only Kairav starts gaining consciousness. Arohi immediately goes to him and helps him in sitting up. He starts looking around for Akshara while panicking.

Kairav: Akshu... Akshu kaha hain? Bol na Aru Akshu kaha hain, mujhe uski bohot chinta horahi hain.
