An: Hey guys in case you haven't seen the new story of Gabby in Jessica Jones. I'll also put some of the chapters here.

At The Police Station

No one POV

Gabby was sitting next to Hannah and Hannah said "I don't know why she's being asked these questions, she didn't do anything, do you know who she is."

Gabby said "Aunt Hannah, it's fine, go ahead Detective Clemmons" and Clemmons said "Look, I just have a few questions, and then your free to go, your not in trouble, but even Avengers have to answer questions from police."

Gabby said "It's fine, go ahead" and Clemmons said "You came looking for Hope, Helping Jessica Jones, a Private Investigator, why?".

Gabby said "As you said I'm an avenger, she wanted my help looking into Hope virtually, I'm good with computers, when we found her she was laying on the bed,saying she couldn't get up."

Clemmons said "And you used your powers on her" and Gabby said "To help her, I could sense there was something going on."

Clemmons said "And what else, did you see that she was going to kill her parents" and Gabby said "No, not until I saw her in the elevator I tried to get in there, but I was too late."

Clemmons said "Is there anything else your leaving out, why did you come there" and Gabby said "I thought she was in danger, from someone with powers, who was controlling her."

Clemmons said "You know, there's no way to prove that, that video footage could be different" and Gabby said "Maybe, but I know what I saw."

Clemmons said "When you saw her, what did she act like" and Gabby said "She was in shock, she felt grateful to me, for helping her."

Clemmons said "You assumed she was in her right mind, you didn't think to look" and Gabby said "Well, many people assumed, including a lot of police officers who assumed I was killed in a fire for three years even though if they looked more they would know the truth. So we all make mistakes."

Clemmons looked at her and Gabby said "Is that it?".

Clemmon said "Yes, that's it, Thank you for coming in, Miss Anderson, and I am truly sorry for the injustice that you and."

Gabby said "Don't, nothing you could have done."

Gabby walked away.

Hannah said "Are you ready?" and Gabby said "I'm good."

FBI Building

Jessica walked up to Gabby and Jessica said "Thank you for this" and Gabby said "It's no problem, you should thank Hannah."

Jessica said "Why don't you talk to her" and Gabby said "I don't know anything about him, but if you want me to, I can."

Jessica said "No no it's okay."

Jessica walked in the interrogation room to talk to Hope and Gabby watched and Jessica said "Start at the beginning. Hope, you were the last one to see Kilgrave alive. Did he tell you anything? Where he's been? Why he's back? Was there anything about the way he looked? Where he took you? Was anyone else there? God damn it."

Hope said "Are you a good jumper?" and Jessica said "Why?".

Hope said " He made me jump. For hours, as high as I could. That was one of my events at school: Long jump. I was number two in the state. He said I was never as good as you. My brother is all alone now. He's twelve."

Gabby sighed and Jessica said " It's not your fault."

Hope said " I know. It's yours. He said you left him there to die. You should have stayed to make sure."

Jessica said " So he's mad. He wants to make me suffer" and Hope said " Mhm. Like he suffered."

Jessica said "How? How did he suffer? From the accident? Is he injured? Hope, I need to know so I can get him."

Hope said "No! He'll control you, too! He'll make you do things! Terrible things!" and Jessica said "Calm down. Hope. I won't let him, okay? I won't let him."

Hope said "You should kill yourself" and Jessica said "Probably. But I'm one of the only two people that knows your innocent."

Jessica walked out and walked up to Gabby and said "Can you talk to her? I feel like right now, it might be better if she talks to you."

Gabby said "Um, Jessica, I'm sorry about" and Jessica said "It's fine, look, you can understand where she's coming from, you can help her. She'll let you in."

Gabby said "Okay."

Jessica walked away and Gabby walked inside.

Gabby sat down and handed Hope a glass of water and Hope said "I saw you on the news, when the news came out that you were alive, and were an avenger, He looked at you, and smiled."

Gabby said "Did he?" and Hope said "I didn't understand why he was smiling, you were a little girl, tortured for so long. your close to my little brother's age. And yet why would you bring more pain to yourself. Your like him, you have powers like him. He said you were similar."

Gabby said "I do" and Hope said "How?" and Gabby said "I was experimented on, and I got powers because of it."

Hope said "What makes you think anyone will believe me" and Gabby said "I am proof that they will believe you, I have powers that can control people, there's footage of it. I am proof that people can have powers like that and I'm not the only one."

Hope said "There's no hope, you should get out, because he will make you do things, He will break you, in ways that you don't even know."

Gabby said "I won't let him" and Hope said "He will, no matter what you do, He will get to you, Everything, you can never escape it, it will always follow you around. I can never get out."

Gabby looked at her and Hope said "You cannot fight him, you won't win, we're all stuck, we're all trapped, all that pain you can't escape it, you know it don't you, It's impossible to. You don't know that feeling."

Gabby said "I know that feeling, I know that pain and that fear" and Hope said"And are you fine now, are you happy, can you go back to the person that you were, to the innocence you had."

Gabby looked at her and Hope said "You can't, you know it's impossible to get back, It's impossible. You can't ever get out of it, It will always be in your head, you can never leave

The door opened and someone said "That's enough of this."

Gabby got up and Hope cried.

Gabby walked out and held her hand by the wall as she gasped, breathing deeply trying to find her breath.

She heard a voice "You can never get out this is where you belong, I will help you."

Gabby remembered touching the mind stone being hit with the energy and being beaten.

Gabby sighed and gasped and wiped away her tears.

At A Soccer Field

Gabby was looking at Oliver who was playing with the ball and Gabby smiled and she saw a journalist taking pictures of Oliver and she walked up and said "Put down the camera."

The reporter said "Gabriella Anderson, how is it going back to normal life, after being tortured and ."

Gabby said "Delete the picture you took of my brother, and leave, there is a court order to protect my brother identidy as he's five."

The reporter said "Come on, Kid it's a big story, you have to deal with it" and Gabby said "Well, the story you think is so happy, it was my hell. My parents were people, I'm a person, not a story."

He went to take a picture and Gabby threw a sound wave destroying the camera and Gabby said "Get out. "

He walked away.

Gabby sighed and looked back at Oliver.

Gabby looked at him and she walked past everyone who was looking at her and Gabby sighed and Jessica walked up and said "I hate people like that, reporters, they really sometimes have no line."

Gabby said "Yeah, I just I keep trying to get away but I can never" and Jessica said "Escape it, always in your head"

Gabby said "Yeah, did you find anything" and Jessica said "I'm looking into it, look he has a weakness I find it, maybe I can stop him."

Gabby said "I'll help you, I can fight against his mind control, go inside his head, stop him, mind control him."

Jessica said "What do you mean, fight your not immune to it" and Gabby said "No, but look Hope said something, He knows about me, He saw a news report on me, said we were similar."

Jessica said "You have to stay away, I won't let you get hurt, I won't let him hurt you in that way, what he does, He takes things from you, your free will, the way that affects you."

Gabby said "I'm in this either way, and it's too late I've already had my free will taken from me, I know what that's like. I can handle it."

Jessica said "Hope needs help" and Gabby said "The only way we can get her help, is make sure she doesn't spend the rest of her life in jail."

Jessica said "I tried with Jeri" and Gabby said "Let me try. Look, I can convince her, she needs to see that it can happen, I'll show her."

Gabby walked away.

Hogarth's Office

Gabby walked in and Jeri turned around and said "Gabby, what are you doing here, we don't have an."

Gabby said "You do know I can control minds right, and control sound" and Jeri said "Your here about Hope, aren't you."

Gabby said "You have seen footage, the world has seen footage, I threw sound waves at a robot, the world was attacked by aliens, I'm not the only one, I know something who can move things with her mind. You know, the world knows that someone controlling minds it's possible, you have footage of what happened at Hydra, of what I did to people at Hydra."

Jeri said "What you were forced to do, that's different, I can see that you exist, I know that happened to you, do you know what else I know, I know that Hope shot both of her parents, she killed them, she came in there with a gun."

Gabby said "She was being mind controlled, she was forced" and Hogarth said "If you kill someone while driving drunk, you're responsible."

Gabby said "Am I responsible then? Should I be held accountable, for controlling the minds of many people, for attacking people with sound waves, nearly killing them."

Jeri said "That's not the same" and Gabby said "How is it not the same" and Jeri said "You were a child who was abducted, you were 10, you were 11, you were 12, you were 13. You are a child, who was forced, kidnapped and tortured."

Gabby said "And she was also kidnapped and forced, She is not responsible" and Jeri said "Because she was brainwashed, mind controlled. She needs help, not imprisoment. Just do it whatever you can do."

Jeri said "There's nothing to do, Gabby, You can't help her" and Gabby said "You helped me, my case was complicated, I had done things, I had been tortured, yet you still helped me."

Jeri said "You didn't commit any crimes, I was trying to find justice for the people who did the crimes to you."

Gabby said "And you did, you convinced me to press charges against Florida Police Detectives who covered it up who didn't do anything."

Jeri said "Because you deserved that, Look, Kiddo, I get what you have been through, I get that someone controlled you, kept you prisoner, made you do terrible things, and look that it's hard to get back to normal life, to the person you were."

Gabby said "Don't" and Jeri said "Look, I know a lot of really good psychologist, I can reccomend you, Igonring this avoiding this it won't make it go away."

Gabby said "This isn't about taht" and Jeri said "Look you can lie to your aunt, but I see it in you, every time we talk about it, once you had a panic attack here, there was no time for you to deal with it, and when there it is, it's terrifying, now I know that it must be hard, but you cannot."

Gabby said "You can't know, I'm sorry but you can't, and this is not that, I can prove that he exists , I'm enough proof right, I everyone knows what I can do, I can prove that he did this."

Jeri said "If there really was a man who could influence people like that, I would hire him to do all my jury selection."

Gabby said "That's not funny" and Jeri said "I'm sorry, that was out of line, how will you prove that this mind controller is real, you cannot count, you just show that people like that exist, but they could also look at this as an excuse."

Gabby said "I can find out things, that no one else can I know things, If I convince you, will you please represent her? Please."

Jeri said "Your lucky I like you , fine, but how about this, I represent her, and you think about going to a psychologist you need help, Gabby, I know that it must be hard, the flashbacks, the dreams, your PTSD."

Gabby said "You don't, what good will going to a psychologist do, it won't erase it nothing can and ever will, I can't even escape it when I walk down the street, always someone trying to take a picture of the girl that was declared dead, the tortured girl."

Gabby walked away.

Jessica's Apartment

Gabby was looking through the computer and Jessica was looking through reports and Jessica said "Find anything?".

Gabby said "No, I haven't, all these car accidents, this, how is it that terrible people always get away" and Jessica said "The world is a sucky place."

Gabby said "Don't have to tell me that" and Jessica said "Why did you take this case really?" and Gabby said "I wanted to help."

Jessica said "Don't you have other things to do, school or friends" and Gabby said "Why do you want to know."

Jessica said"He's ruined enough lives I'm not going to let him hurt a kid, He takes a lot from you dignity, innocence, sanity."

Gabby said "Yeah, well I already lost that, Hydra beat him to it" and Jessica looked at her and Gabby said "Please don't do that."

Jessica said "Do what" and Gabby said "All the time, everyone just looks at me like that, I can't control the reading mind thing sometimes, but everyone thinks I'm going to fall apart, and I can't, I won't."

Jessica said "I get that."

She takes out one of the articles and begins to have a flashback to the bus accident. In the flashback, she can be seen walking away from a body with bloody hands.

Kilgrave said "Come back here! Jessica? " and she keeps walking and Kilgrave said ". Now, Jessica!".

A bus honks loudly. Kilgrave and Jessica both turn to look at it. It swerves, hitting the body in the road and sending Kilgrave flying.

Gabby said "Jessica? Jessica?" and Jessica said "I'm fine, I gotta go, can I drop you off at your house."

Gabby said "Yeah."

Later

Gabby was at her room typing on her computer and she kept typing on it and Gabby said "The death certificate" and she typed on it and saw the name of the doctor who signed off on it.

Gabby said "Dr. David Kurata, why does it sound familiar" and she searched up the name.

Gabby looked at his phone and gasped as she had a flashback.

Hydra Sokovia Base, 1 Year Ago

Gabby was being forced to lay on a bed as she was being electrecuted and Dr. Kurata connected electrecution shock to her head and started it as she gasped and a Hydra Agent said "Now, let's see how well you do."

He forced her up and Gabby threw a sound wave and Gabby gasped as she was being electrecuted as they did that.

Dr. Strucker said "More of this, it was wrong" and Gabby said "You don't need to do this, please make it stop."

Dr. Strucker bent down in front of her and said "Let's try this again, no more complaining" and Gabby said "No no I don't want to, no no."

They beat her and Gabby said "Please stop."

They held her down and Dr Strucker said"Will you behave now."

Gabby gasped and said "Please."

Now

Gabby gasped and breathed deeply and she looked at the computer and tried to find out where he was.

Gabby said "A lecture hall."

Lecture Hall

Dr. David Kurata is teaching a class. Gabby enters and Kurata said "The average score of the multiple choice section was a staggering sixty two percent. So, if you don't know the difference between an allele and a chromosome by now, there's nothing I can do for you."

He notices Gabby, and Gabby fake smiled and Kurata said "

The, uhh... Um... The short essay questions were worth five points each, um... but because there are six questions that account for twenty five percent...".

Kurata suddenly bursts out of the room through the back exit and Gabby gets up to chase him. He leads her through another classroom, a hallway in the school, down some stairs, and into a dark basement. Eventually she loses him.

Gabby sighed and looked around and Gabby eyes turned purple and said "Dr. Kurata? I know you remember me, that's why your running, afraid that I'm here to arrest you, hurt you, you deserve it, you let me get hurt, you know what they were doing to me, and you did nothing, is that why you gave up being a surgeon, is that why your hiding, trying not to be arrested."

Kurata walked up and said "Is he here?" and Gabby said "Kilgrave, that's why your hiding, he's dead according to you, that death certificate you forged."

Kurata said "Is he with you?" and Gabby said "Why would he be with me, I don't even know him" and Kurata said "He had pictures of a woman, Jessica Jones, and pictures of you, He was obsesed, He wanted to know about you, your mother's name."

Kurata comes out of the shadows and Kurata said "I know you hate me, I hate myself for what I did to you, I didn't know who you were, they lied to me, it was killing me inside, I am so sorry, I thought that they were trying to help you, they said you were violent."

Gabby said "All you had to do was look, what did you think was happening, it was Hydra, you didn't think yo look harder."

Kurata said "I'm so sorry" and Gabby said "I'm not here about me, believe me if I was here to arrest you, I would have done it. You did a surgery on the EMT, Jack Denton."

Kurata said "He made me" and Gabby said "What shape was he in? How hurt was he, Kilgrave" and Kurta said "Why do you want to know."

Gabby said "He's hurting other people, I want to stop him, tell me, and I won't tell the FBI that you were there, and knew what was happening to me, I'll let you go."

Kurta said "One of his kidneys had been destroyed in an accident. The other one started to break down. It's known as crush syndrome."

Gabby said "So he grabbed you" and Kurta said "The EMT did. I told Kilgrave that he could survive with one kidney, but he wanted to be made whole again."

Gabby said "Jack happened to be a match?" and Kurata said "Any kidney can work temporarily. He'll have to maim someone else in a couple years."

Gabby said "No weakness. Injuries" and Kurata said "No other weaknesses, injuries?" and Kurata said "The only time I have ever seen a strong will was with you. Ten hours of surgery, Kilgrave watched me the entire time."

Gabby said "He was awake? No anesthesia?" and Kurata said "He did the whole thing with an epidural. He refused to be put under."

Gabby said "He didn't want to be unconscious, but he sleeps, oh my god, Hydra used to be put me under drugs, so they could weaken me, they used."

Kurata said " Propofol or Sufentanil, it shuts down different functions."

Gabby said "That's the weakness, his powers gets weaker" and Gabby texts Jessica and then calls Hogarth office and Gabby said "Jeri Hogarth, please. She's an attorney. You're gonna tell her what happened."

Kurata said "No!" and Gabby said "Oh, yeah, I'm not asking, you either talk to her or you go to prison, you'll be charged with accomplise to Kidnapping, and child abuse."

Kurata said "I didn't know" and Gabby said "Don't care, you still did it" and Hogarth said "Hello."
