"Our universe grants every soul a twin -- a reflection of themselves -- the kindred spirit -- And no matter where they are or how far away they are from each other -- even if they are in different dimensions, they will always find one another. This is destiny; this is love."

You thought you would lose the guts you had that night before, but when you woke up the next morning, you felt confident as hell.
You got dressed and called Todoroki. Not that you needed to get dressed. But just in case he decided to rock up at your house again, you would. When the phone rang for far too long, you were worried he wasn't going to pick up. You were almost surprised when he did, "Hello?"
"We need to talk," you said immediately. "It's been stressing me out lately and I've decided to grow some balls and say something."
"Uhm, sure, where do you want to meet up?"
You felt your heart race, and you laughed nervously into the phone before saying, "I was kind of hoping we could just talk over the phone so I can keep whatever dignity I have left."
"Well if it's big enough to stress you out, then shouldn't we talk face-to-face?" You heard shuffling on the other line, and you assumed he was getting ready.
"Ehe, uh. . . Do we have to?"
"Meet me at the park in ten."
"But I'm twenty away."
"Then put all that training to good use."
And with that, he hung up. Leaving you to run out the door as fast as you possibly could. His training did pay off, but it didn't get you there before him.

You collapsed onto the grass in front of him, and he sighed before moving to sit down next to you. "What do you need to tell me?"
Huffing, you sat up, placing your hands in your lap and looking up at him. He had his long legs laid out in front of him, and he was leaning back on his hands, keeping himself propped up. He was wearing a simple outfit, more simple than his usual style. He was wearing tight black jeans, matched with black combat boots and a loose white t-shirt. The shirt, in which, contrasted quite well with his skin tone.
Hesitating, you pointed out your observation, "Your outfit is a bit different."
He looked down at his clothes before gazing back at you, "I thought I should try something different. Do you like it?"
You had to refrain from yelling out an attracted 'yes', and just smiled and nodded. "It looks good. Although, you do tend to look good in just about anything."
He didn't do anything other than gaze at you, and you felt your face flush under his focused stare. His lips twitched as his eyes travelled over your face before he looked back down at his feet, asking, "What did you want to talk about?"
Remembering, you sat up properly, ignoring how handsome he looked as he unintentionally modelled for you.
Goddammit, this kid literally does nothing and looks like the most godly figure ever.
Sighing, you summoned up your final points of courage and said, "The kisses."
He turned to look at you, eyes innocent and confused, "What about them?"
Bitch.
You ignored the urge to punch him before saying, "What were they? What did they mean?"
"I'm not following."
Bitch, like hell you're not following. Your face is so red I can't even tell you have a scar anymore.

Sighing, you said, "The first one you said was for my benefit. You said you did it because you thought I would have wanted it. And then the second one came out of absolutely nowhere, for no reason. So I'd like an explanation."
He cleared his throat multiple times before shakily saying, "Well, I don't know what came over me. I just. . . Just. . . Kissed you. . ."
You had to refrain from 'aw'ing at his shyness, and instead said, "Both times?"
He sighed before admitting, "That first time was because I was getting annoyed at Kaminari. He seemed rather fond of you lately. He's been giving you lots of looks, and I just don't like it."
Your body tensed at the mention of Kaminari from Todoroki, but it relaxed a little once you realised that Todoroki mustn't have known about Kaminari's crush and confession towards you. "I-I see. And instead you decided to say that you did it for my sake. . ."
You weren't hurt or anything, but you were a little annoyed. This whole time you had been stressing over about something that didn't even exist, but instead it was over another preexisting problem, and could've saved you loads of time trying to stress over that preexisting problem rather than stress double the amount over seperate things.
You feel?
Todoroki sighed, gripping onto your shoulders, snapping you out of your state, "I'm so deeply ashamed of what I said to you. I shouldn't have lied to you like that, and I should have known that it would affect/effect/ you so much. I'm so sorry."
You sighed. You couldn't even be mad. After all, Todoroki acted on something that his gut was telling him, in which the gut was right.
Shaking your head, you gripped onto his hands (in which were still placed on your shoulders) and said softly, "No, I'm sorry. I need to stop overreacting and overthinking. You just acted on something that worried you. I understand."
Which reminds me. I should tell Todoroki about Kaminari's thing for me. We need to be honest with each other.
But maybe not now. Otherwise he might kill the poor thing. Maybe when we're married and joking on the front porch sipping wine. "Hey, honey, I didn't tell you this, but back in high school, Kaminari had a massive crush on me and confessed to me during your battle with Bakugou, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA—"
He'd probably just divorce me.
That's why we gotta trap him with kids.
"Can I kiss you for real now?" Todoroki asked, pulling you out of your demonic plan. You felt your face burst into flames at his straightforwardness.
"Uhm. . . Huh?"
"I thought it'd be polite to ask you this time."
"Well, given that you made out with me after you woke up from a coma that was a result of being being absolutely KO-ed by Bakugou, I would assume that—"
He cut you off, cupping your face in his hands and deeply kissing you. You felt sparks burst alight in your stomach, and you gripped onto his forearms as he moved in further. Kissing him back, you felt the corner of his lips lift as he smiled. Pulling away, he leaned his forehead against yours before saying, "That was nice."
"Mittens are nice."
"What?"
"You don't understand that reference?"
"I—"
"Haha, that was another reference."
"I wanna go home now."
