"Our universe grants every soul a twin -- a reflection of themselves -- the kindred spirit -- And no matter where they are or how far away they are from each other -- even if they are in different dimensions, they will always find one another. This is destiny; this is love."

While Midoriya explained his plan, Todoroki would not let go of you. Everyone noticed, but they didn't blame him whatsoever – nor did you. He had just spent the last few weeks stressing the hell out over the fact whether or not he would even be able to find you, and now he had you back. No one expected him to step away anytime soon.
"Okay," Iida said once Midoriya finished, "we need to hurry. Bakugou won't be able to hold his own against them for long."
You were just pissed off that you weren't allowed to help. "I don't see why I can't help you guys."
"Well," Kirishima said, turning to look at you as Iida and Midoriya positioned themselves by his side, "first off: You've been through hell and back sitting by those villains against your will, so I think you deserve a break. Second off: We have you to help for backup just in case anything goes wrong. Thirdly: Todoroki is surprisingly stubborn and is not allowing you to become part of the plan, which you're aware of."
Oh, you were very aware. You were a little bit annoyed, but you didn't argue. You knew the effect your disappearance had on him, and you didn't want to give him an even harder time. If you stepping back and remaining by his side calmed him down, then that's what you were going to do.
You and Todoroki watched as Midoriya and Iida powered up their quirks. Walking up to them, forcing yourself to ignore Todoroki's twitch in his hand to grab you, you stood in front of Kirishima. Looking him dead in the eye, you said, "Like Midoriya said: He'll only listen to you up there. As much as it may not seem like it, he's fond of you. He respects you and considers you his friend."
Kirishima nodded, a determined look in his eye. "I got him, (Y/N)."
Hesitantly, you nodded your head and smiled. "You do."

Stepping back to Todoroki, you gave them all a thumbs-up. Hopefully, Bakugou would catch on to what they wanted him to do.
You watched the next few events intently from behind a ruined wall with Todoroki and Momo. You watched as Midoriya and Iida blasted off toward Bakugou. You watched Todoroki create his wall of ice, acting as a ramp for them to slide up and gain momentum. As they launched into the air, you found yourself stepping forward, your eyes on Bakugou the entire time. "Come on," you mumbled.
You saw Bakugou's eyes flick up to them. You heard Kirishima's shout, louder than a cannon, "COME ON!"
Before you knew it, Bakugou was jet-packing through the sky. As soon as his hand gripped Kirishima's, you cheered, your hands flying up gleefully in the air.
"The villains' eyes are on them," Todoroki said, turning to you and Momo. "Now's our chance."
You nodded, sending one last glance back at your friends literally zooming through the air. You saw Compress flying through the air toward them with the help of Magne's quirk. You halted in your steps, about to assist with your quirk, went Mt. Lady came out of nowhere and stopped him with. . . With her face.
You weren't gonna question it. If she wanted to use that method, she could go for it.
You saw the League come back to their senses, gearing up to use their own quirks. But the yellow blur bouncing around gave you more than enough confidence that your friends would be fine. Gran Torino kicked the shit out of their heads, and you had to refrain from laughing.
"(Y/N), let's go!" Todoroki said, and you blinked back to reality, taking Momo's hand and following Todoroki, his hand placed on your back as he lead you out.
As you guys made it back to the city, you saw that it was completely crowded. You spotted Bakugou, Kirishima, Iida and Midoriya, and you ran over to them. Before any of you had a chance to say anything, you all looked around you, seeing that everyone was looking up at the big screen on one of the buildings. Frowning, you looked in the same direction, and you felt your stomach drop.
There All Might was, looking like he was on the verge of death. You had caught him as he hit his final blow to All for One, defeating him in the process. The impact had sent a ton of rubble and stone everywhere, obstructing everyone's view to see if he was still okay.

Upon seeing what was in place of All Might, everyone collectively gasped. You were shocked to the core. This wasn't the big strong man everyone had looked up to. This was a much smaller, frail man. That could only mean that his bigger form was apart of his strength quirk—
Your eyes shifted to Midoriya.
You looked at his clenched fists. The scars on them. His sudden growth in muscle. The fact that he suddenly gained a quirk.
Closing your eyes, you shook your hand. For fuck's sake, were you stupid or something? Did no one else know about this?
Looking at his face, including Bakugou's, you felt your heart clench as they watched their hero. Somehow, you all knew the same thing. As he pointed on the big screen and said, "You're next."
This was the end of All Might.

School had been cancelled for a few days. Shit was rough. However, not over. Despite his much less intimidating form, everyone still treated and respected him the same. Many tributes were made in his honour, but no one would ever stop loving their number one hero.
Their number one hero.
It was an entirely different story for the actual stats in the city though.
Boy, were you upset upon discovering Endeavor's rise to the top spot.
You were super proud of Hawks though. He was now the number two hero, which was a big achievement in and of itself (something Endeavor didn't recognise).
You were now staying within the Bakugou household. Until official papers were issued, you were just staying for a while. However, you had already moved in and they were already treating you like you were raised there your whole life.
It was comforting. Knowing you weren't gonna be stuck with nowhere to go. Knowing that you always had people around to comfort and protect you. Mitsuki had said so herself a while ago: She'd raise you herself if she had to.
Surely this wasn't what she had in mind, but you were thankful nevertheless. You were all grieving in the household. Despite not knowing her as well, Bakugou and his father were still upset. However, their focus was on Mitsuki and you.
You were doing rather alright. Not good, but good considering the circumstances. You did a lot of sitting in your room, not really leaving unless it was to go to the bathroom. You would sit on your laptop and watch movies or shows or play video games. Mitsuki would come in every meal time, collecting your old, untouched plate of food and replacing it with a new one.
It was a couple of weeks later that you started reverting back to your usual self. No, of course you weren't over it completely, but you were able to get back to your lessons and start laughing with your friends again.
They were relieved. Everyone was. Most of all Todoroki.
He did his best to help you. Coming over to the Bakugou household everyday and walking into your room, sitting on your bed and silently holding you, either watching you play your games or watch movies with you. He didn't say a word until you had comfortably started talking to him first.
So when you started cracking your jokes and making crack ass comments again, needless to say, he had never wanted to hear them more.
You were able to do your final exams that you missed, and although you missed the training camp, you technically were there. Whether or not that was because you were sent to hurt your teacher was another story.
Speaking of which.
Boy, did you apologise profusely to your teacher. Which was was a wasted effort because he didn't even blame you in the first place. He just claimed that he was 'confused as all hell' and wondered 'what the fuck happened to this kid'. It made you giggle, and, like everyone else, gave him a sense of relief upon hearing the noise and seeing the smile on your face.
Thankfully, you had too many people around that cared about you for you to deal with things alone.
It felt pretty nice.
"(Y/N), did you hear me?" You heard Aizawa say at the front of the classroom.
Blinking out of your state, you replied with, "No, ma'am."
Ignoring your comment, he said, "You passed your final exams."
You felt relief flow through your body, and everyone congratulated you.
"Wait," you asked. "So what happens if you fail?"
"You don't wanna know," you heard Kaminari say bitterly.

The Forgotten Hero
Long ago, in the world of Thyne, the Alliance of the Free Races, a name they had given themselves, summoned a hundred humans from another dimension. Praised as heroes by the people, they rejoiced that they had been able to acquire pure, mana deficient humans that wanted to aid them in their time of need, ignoring the black, archaic slave collars around their necks or the depressed, almost hate-filled expressions that they received when interacting with them. After Ten years of bloody war, the dark races were pushed back deep into their territories. Both sides were near breaking point and desperate to end the war once and for all. In a bargain, the twelve surviving heroes launched a high-risk mission, utilising advanced tactics from their home world to kill the Demon Lord. In exchange, they would be sent home, along with the magically preserved corpses of their comrades, though in truth, they knew that even if they returned, they would never be the same. Legends say that, upon ambushing the Demon Lord in his castle, they finally understood the plight of the world, and in the last act of heroism, sacrificed their lives, sealing him in an eternal prison so his essence would not be able to create another. With the loss of the Demon Lord, and no chance for another to be born, the dark races quickly surrendered and the free races celebrated, honouring the noble sacrifice of the heroes before quickly forgetting about them as they returned to their everyday lives. However, legends are rarely truthful, embellished by the victors in order to earn praise as well as hide the less desirable aspects of their deeds. Trapped in the Demon Lord's throne room inside the Demonic Palace, which even taking a single step on its desecrated grounds is punished by death, two figures remain motionless. They had long run out of insults and threats to trade and now they waited. For what, not even the Gods knew.
