Austin's Pov
Requested by: @Lollypop_Puppy
I was sat in the mii channel with Eteled, as per usual. We'd been dating for a while, but I still hadn't told him I was trans. And it was eating me alive.
I decided that now should be time to tell him.
"Hey.. uhm Et?" I mumbled.
He replied, glancing towards me.
"I.. uhm. There's s-something I need to tell you." I answered.
He asked.
"I-I.. uhm. I'm.." I stuttered, sighing. "I'm trans."
There was a short pause.
He said, a twinge of anger in his voice. I said nothing.
He yelled.
"W-well.. I-I mean-"
He groaned, standing up. He deadpanned.
"I-I'm sorry, I just-"
He sighed, stepping closer to me. I backed myself up against the wall in fear.
He snarled, summoning his axe and holding it down onto my throat. I could feel myself shaking in fear.
He paused.
He pushed his axe harder into my throat, making my breath shudder in terror as blood seemed to form.
"E-Et!- W-We can talk a-about this!-" I begged as tears formed in my eyes.
He tutted, smirking down at me as I kept helplessly still. I felt like I couldn't move. I couldn't breathe. I couldn't think.
3rd person
Eteled chuckled.
"W-Wait!!-"
The sound of frightened panting was made audible as Austin sat up in shock from his nightmare.
His eyes raced around the room, desperately trying to prove to himself it was just a nightmare.
After a few moments, his breathing slowed; he gently placed his hand on his neck, checking to make sure it wasn't punctured or damaged.
Besides the old scar, there were no other marks. He sighed in relief, lying against the soft sheets.

The dream replayed in his mind. It wouldn't stop. It wasn't the fact he had yet another nightmare. Or the fact he got murdered by his own boyfriend in the nightmare.
It was why he was murdered was what was bugging him. Because he was trans. He'd replayed that scene in his head a million times, even before he'd had the dream itself, so he wasn't surprised to see it.
But it was still hurtful. At this point he knew that Eteled was okay with him being trans since he'd already come out to him. But still. He couldn't help but be at least a little insecure about it.
He noticed his eyes become blurry with tears. Was he really about to cry over a nightmare? How childish.
But he couldn't help it. He covered his face in embarrassment as tears began to roll down his cheeks.
He sighed, grabbing his phone off his bedside table; clicking on Mii Messages. He knew they had had a little "disagreement", but he hoped maybe Eteled would've gotten over it.
Eteleds pov
I woke up to the sound of faint pinging. I grabbed my phone, seeing it was messages from Austin. I clicked on Mii Messages and looked at what he had written.
"Hey Et."
"I'm really sorry about earlier."
"I don't wanna sound selfish but could you come over to my room please?"
I stared down at my phone, sighing. I groggily got up off of my bed, wiping my eyes and dragging myself to Austin's room. After a few minutes I made it there.
I opened the door quietly, seeing Austin with his face buried in his hands.
I called out, quietly shutting the door behind me.
He leaned up, looking towards me. His face was bright pink, with puffy red eyes and tears streaming down his face.

"Hey." He mumbled, putting on an obviously fake smile.
I asked, sitting down beside him.
"Well, yes. But I also wanted to apologise for yesterday." He replied, scooting over a little to make more room for me.
I smiled, carefully wiping the tears from his eyes.
I queried.
"Uhm.. n-no. I- this is gonna sound so stupid." He chuckled.
I smiled, cupping his head in my hand.
"I uhm.. I had a nightmare." He sighed.
I asked, slightly raising an eyebrow.
"I know it sound childish, but it just got to me.. I guess." He said.
Austin's Pov
He guessed, removing his hand from my face.
"..You fucking mind reader!!?" I yelled, slightly taken aback.
He smirked.
I looked away for a moment, thinking until I realised what he meant.
"Oh, shut up!" I laughed.
He asked. I stayed quiet.
He inquired.
"N-no its just.." I paused. "I came out to you, and.." my breathing sped up slightly.
He comforted, helping me calm down a little.
"..You didn't react well." I mumbled with an almost silent tone.
He interrogated. I said nothing, instead using my thumb to indicate my throat getting slit.
"I know it sounds stupid and over dramatic but I was so scared something similar would actually happen when I came out. Everyone hated me when I was younger. And they w-wanted me dead when they found out I was trans. Some kids even tried to.. t-tried to.. to.." I panicked, my voice getting caught in my own throat.
He assured, trying to keep me from having a panic attack.
My breathing was shaky and fast. He spent a while trying to calm me down. Eventually I had ran out of tears.
He asked. I nodded quietly.
He smiled comfortingly, gently pecking me on the lips. I smiled, giggling softly.
"I love you so much." I chuckled.
He giggled, kissing me again.
"Mhm."
