Emilia and Sura had soon prepared a picnic of sorts for lunch causing Sura to then surprisingly pull out tables and chairs.. surprising everyone having realized she was always and adorably prepared!

After the picnic had ended Annie, Amber, Noel, Mai, Celie, and Vivian had soon taken both the young prince and the others back to The Celestial Library all the while Kethryllia, Emilia, Aldra, and Suna.

Devyn and Bradley had stayed behind to discuss some matters involving both titles and weddings before then leading to The Celestial Polus Conference and the young prince's birthday several days from now.

All the while Selphie had once again disappeared and the young prince was finally reminded by both Kayla and Katie about poor Maple from The Golden Bank of Aurora who was still waiting.

Before then finally taking the young prince to the lavish golden conference room followed by Noel who had also wanted to tag along after finally giving poor Maple an audience causing the young prince to then both quickly and apologetically hug Maple.

Surprisingly her causing both Celie and Noel to then adorably shake their heads before then taking their seats causing the young prince to then adorably join them.

After hearing talks of cooperation between both The Golden Bank of Aurora and The Starlight Silver Bank once more the young prince immediately handed the matter to Noel much like he had done last time.

Before then discovering Noel was actually also a Chairwoman causing the young prince's eyes to then excitedly sparkle in amazement before then being cut off causing Noel to then quickly send him a mental message.

"Mothe-Mommy has made you an 'acting' chairman for this test! I-I'll teach you everything you need to know during our training sessions! Bu-But for now no cheating!"

"I-I'll still help you interpret your thoughts but I can't influence your decision or do it on your behalf.. I won't be able to take it easy on you in our training sessions either so do whatever you think is for the best!"

"I explained some banking stuff to you on the way here s-so use that too! I-I believe in you!"

Before then adorably nodding having realized both Noel and the young holy prince was communicating through mental messages surprising her to an extent since compared to Polus.

The Continent of Corlestis had truly earned the nickname of being called The Continent of The Gods as compared to Polus and 'some' of the other continents who were still hilariously and ignorantly behind in almost every major aspect.

Causing her to then quickly remember something else once more having remembered what she had learned in her own history books causing her to then helplessly smile.

After about thirty minutes or so minutes of ideas back and forth Maple had finally secured a win allowing 'some' exports to now be tradable exclusively to The Golden Bank of Aurora.

However only if the branch itself is 'deemed' developed enough for them.. with some small exceptions involving the exports of 'some' healing potions and magic books, all-around a small deal.

However, Maple had also offered some things to the table as well including a reopening of an Ancient Elven Embassy.

And several other valuable resources all of which included and along with some Ancient Elven Ruins, and even a mine resulting in The Starlight Silver Bank and The Kingdom of The Elves actually gaining quite a some of assets.

When compared to The Golden Bank of Aurora and The Kingdom of Bronze gained a small yet steady stream of what they view to be priceless health potions with the ability to both heal, cure, and purify poisons, diseases, severe injuries, and ect.

Along with another small stream of masterful magic books decades ahead of anything they currently had allowing their mages and royals to rise to new heights!

However, in truth, the priceless health potions to them were simply both High-Level and Advanced Health Potions that have been stockpiled.

And could be obtained far easier than one would think however still advantageous for them, the same could be said for the expert mage book copies who were also stockpiled meaning both of these things being considered nothing to The Elves..

However, despite this, the young prince had known and felt it was unfair for poor Maple who had actually liked resulting in him making Maple a saint of all things after Aurora threw him the idea during his short brainstorming.

This also resulted in Maple now having a permanent connection to the young prince in some way causing the young prince to then happily agree.

Causing Maple to then happily leave the meeting after a goodbye hug and a promise to introduce the young prince to the children of Polas who were still currently residing in The Celestial Palace ahead of The Celestial Polas Conference.

After leaving the conference room Noel had quickly ran ahead after receiving a mental message from Kethryllia leaving only Celie and the young prince causing the young prince to then happily hug Celie's hip.

Before then remembering something causing him to then excitedly whisper something into her ear surprising her and causing her to then curiously and playfully nod causing the young prince to then happily hug Celie once more.

Before then adorably grabbing her hand and dragging her to The Imperial Quarters surprising Celie before then being cut off causing the seal to then quickly open surprising her even more.

After entering The Imperial Quarters the young prince soon took Celie to Hanah's room causing Celie to then quickly and hesitantly frown having recognized the room causing the young prince to then adorably and gently knock.

Causing the sleepy Hanah who had woken up earlier to then adorably yawn before then yawning even louder signaling for the young prince to come in causing the young prince to then happily open the door.

Before then dragging Celie inside surprising both Celie and Hanah causing the young prince to then happily pounce on Hanah causing her to then both adorably and strangely smile before then helplessly signaling Celie to come over.

Causing Celie to then helplessly nod causing the young prince to then happily hug Hanah even tighter before then excitedly remembering something causing him to then quickly and excitedly whisper into her ear surprising her.

Causing her to then strangely smile.

"I felt that little sparring match earlier! You don't have a memory crystal or recording by any chance?"

Hanah surprisingly asked.

Causing Celie to then quickly pull out a small golden memory crystal before then tossing it to Hanah surprising the young prince and causing his eyes to then happily sparkle causing both Hanah and Celie after seeing this to then smile.

Before then activating the crystal, after reviewing the beginning of the battle where both Mili and the young prince relied on their instincts Hanah couldn't help but strangely shake her head.

"That Mili's eyes are genuine while yours were essentially the much younger and 'temporary' prototypes so of course, his would-be superior.. fortunately, neither of you two knew how to use them!"

Hanah explained surprising the young prince causing Hanah to then quickly continue with the recording, after ten to fifteen minutes or so Hanah couldn't help but nod before then strangely shaking her head.

"It's impressive that you incorporated magic into your Dragon Form so early on.. however it was too Low-Level to give you any significant advantage! Speaking of incorporating magic.."

"Remember the 'trick' I showed you for inscribed swords? In your Dragon Forms, you needn't worry about inscription and can simply use it on your claws!"

"However that would've been way too damaging for a simple 'sparring' match so keep that in mind if you were in any real danger.. you could also use it in Flame Bursts, Fire Balls, Bolts, and anything in the fire category!"

"Remember Fire is a Dragon's best friend.. you can also use it and manipulate it for other elements too but that's for another time"

Hanah explained causing the young prince's eyes to then adorably sparkle with amazement before then quickly feeling a burning sensation.

Causing Katie to then angrily yell in the young prince's head.

"Tha-That smelly bully thinks she's smart-"

Katie angrily yelled before then being cut off causing Kayla to then quickly smack the back of her head in the hopes of slapping some sense into this Dragon of 'Supposed' Justice..

"I never thought the much younger me would be such a brat! You do realize those two are among the only people who can actually sense us-"

Kayla warned before then being cut off.

Causing both Celie and Hanah to then quickly frown after noticing the young prince wincing.

"If that brat has something to say then feel free to let her out.."

Hanah angrily scoffed causing Kayla to then helplessly sigh causing Katie to then quickly appear.

All the while causing the young prince to then immediately and happily hug her in the hope of preventing another outburst causing Katie to then immediately pout.

"Smell-Smelly bully let me go!"

Katie adorably yelled causing the young prince to then adorably pin her to the bed surprising her causing him to then adorably and most righteously pout.

"Sto-Stop being a bully! N-No more fights! Or no more sweets!"

The young prince warned causing everyone to then freeze.

Causing Celie to then adorably giggle having realized the young prince had picked up something from Sura all the while the other three were still not sure what he meant by 'sweets' causing Katie to then adorably pout even more in the confusion.

"Wha-What sweets?! D-Do you have any? Don-Don't tease me! Don-Don't you know I-I'm a Dragon of Justice?!"

Katie surprisingly asked causing Hanah to then adorably laugh.

"A brat like you? That's highly unlikely!"

Hanah laughed causing Katie to then immediately fume.

Causing the young prince to then quickly pull out a small plate of chocolate fudge cake Sura had snuck him from his space ring causing Katie's eyes to then excitedly sparkle before then snatching the plate.

Causing the young prince to then adorably pout before then quickly handing her a spoon causing her to then quickly glare at Hanah before then happily diving in causing the young prince to then adorably sigh with relief.

Before then remembering something else causing him to then curiously and adorably whisper into Katie's ear surprising her and causing her to then dismissively pout having her snack time interrupted.

"Smell-Smelly bully.. fine! I-I am a Dragon of justice after all! Hmph! Tha-That bully was right.. but she's an idiot!"

Katie pouted causing her to then quickly disappear..

Along with the cake no less before then being replaced by a confused Kayla causing surprising everyone and causing Kayla to then quickly frown.

"That brat.. I didn't even know she could do that! Must be that strange blessing you gave her.. I want one no-"

Kayla joked before then quickly being cut off.

Causing the young prince to then quickly kiss Kayla's cheek causing a golden ball of light to then enter before then quickly dissipating causing Kayla to then hesitantly nod.

"No wonder.."

Kayla surprisingly mumbled surprising both Hanah and Celie causing Kayla to shake her head.

"I didn't pay much mind to what Celes had said before while I was.. 'still' conversing with myse-I mean Caelin but now I can see why Celes was already quite impressed with 'this' blessing.."

"Katie will no doubt be even more of a nuisance now.. at least now you can bribe her with sweets? Never would've thought that would've worked.. perhaps you can get that 'Sura' to tame her?"

Kayla curiously suggested causing the young prince to then immediately feel another burning sensation causing both a now clean plate and spoon to then appear.

Before then being sent flying into Kayla's direction causing her to then quickly frown before then effortlessly catching them before then quickly disappearing causing the young prince to then adorably sigh with relief.

Before then quickly pouting after putting both the plate and spoon in his space ring in the hopes of returning it to Sura later causing him to then quickly remember something else.

Before then adorably pouting even more having realized neither Katie or Kayla had actually explained anything to him causing the young prince to then quickly feel a burning sensation once more.

"Mo-More cake and I'll consider it! A-A Dragon of justice needs sustenance! An-And a larger serving size you smelly bully! D-Do you not think I'm a Dragon of Justice?! D-Do I not deserve sustenance?!"

Katie righteously asked causing the young prince to then adorably and guiltily nod causing him to then adorably pull out another plate of cake causing Katie to then quickly appear once more.

Before then quickly snatching it.

"Goo-Good! Now I'll tell you! Tha-That smelly bully's an idiot because she left out the best parts! Yo-You know how I let you burrow those eyes? Yo-You can do the same with your eyes, claws, tail, and wings!"

"Yo-You don't have to be in that form to use that stuff! Ther-There's even a normal form like that after you master the other one!"

Katie proudly explained before then diving into yet another plate causing her to then quickly and happily conjure up her adorable little Dragon tail all the while causing the young prince's eyes to then excitedly sparkle.

Before then gently touching her tail causing her to then adorably blush before then gently smacking his hand away with her tail causing Celie to then playfully shake her head.

"That's not practical for him at the moment.. it'll just get in the way of his other studies not to mention that's fairly advanced for him despite already knowing how to transform himself"

Celie helplessly reminded causing Katie to then happily ignore her having successfully taken advantage of the young prince for a delicious piece of chocolate fudge cake.
