Chapter 815.3: Chapter 815.3 Battle with Qu Yao (part 3)
In the next moment, rays of white lights were launched from the flag, and they turned into a dozen of giant wind dragons that were about 200 meters long. They swept toward the mist like a tide.
Seeing this, the young man with a silver car turned his head to look at the meat cocoons that were already 100 meters in size. He kept away the mechanical wings and made a gesture, the arms of the armor parts transformed into golden cylinders.
There were 3 cylinders on each arm. These looked similar to the red cylinders on Peng Yue’s mechanical armor, but these were more refined and exquisite. The faint silver spirit patterns on them were clearly visible.
A burst of muffled cannon noise!
Heat wave surged out of the 6 golden cylinders. They merged into 2 golden lines that were launched at the gray mist ball.
Luo Tiancheng raised his hand again, and launched one after another symbol into the ancient bronze lamp in his palm. It released a large silver flame at the mist sea in front.
The golden long sword in Liu Ming’s hand flicked, and a dense sword shadows burst out.
A surprising scene appeared.
The huge gray mist, under the barrage of a dozen giant wind dragons, sword shadows, flames and green lamp flames, had dents of different depth. However, the damage they did was quickly recovered after the attack paused.
After this situation only lasted for 8 seconds, the young man with a silver car seemed to have an idea, so he stopped attacking first. He quickly said,
“Conventional methods don’t work. Under the blessing of these strange gray mists, ordinary attacks and wind and fire spells have no effect at all.”
“I don’t need you to tell me!”
The purple-haired man snorted coldly, stopped his gestures and kept away the white flag.
Seeing this, Luo Tiancheng also stopped channeling the ancient bronze lamp with a gloomy face.
Since the results were not great, they were naturally unwilling to waste spiritual power in vain.
Just as the 3 of them stopped their attacks, Liu Ming squinted and looked at the mist ball for a moment. Suddenly, his figure disappeared abruptly.
At the same time, Liu Ming’s faint sound transmission came into their ears.

“Everyone, wait a moment, let me try to see if I can break this thing alone!”
Just when all 3 of them showed a look of wonder, Liu Ming appeared above the gray mist ball in a flash.

At this time, he was in mid-air. With a gesture, a pair of 10 meters silver wings appeared behind him. As black light flashed in his hands, 2 Heavy Water Droplets were being held.
The thick water mist on the surface of the 2 beads flowed endlessly, and there was a faint sound of running water.
Liu Ming flicked his wrists, and the 2 Heavy Water Droplets turned into 2 black light streams that merged with the wings.
“Puff puff!“
As the silver wings flapped lightly, black spirit patterns started to emerge. Clouds of black water mist spread around him with a radius of 100 meters. At the same time, there were blue lights flickering nonstop, and a rumbling sound came.
This mystic art, which combined the beast armor of 8 tentacles sea beastkin with the Heavy Water Droplets, took him several years of training in the illusion before he could realize it. This was his first time using it in real combat.
At this time, Liu Ming crossed his Void Sword while chanting, channeling all his spiritual power into the Void Sword. The wings flapped faster and faster, which couldn’t be seen by naked eyes at all.
“Swoosh“, the Void Sword soared into the sky and turned into a 100 meters long golden sword shadow.
As the sword shadow spun in the air, the black water mist below turned into several black water beams that soared into the sky and flashed into the giant sword shadow.
The golden sword shadow skyrocketed several times at once, turning into a 800 meters gigantic sword. Its texture was solid, and it exuded a terrifying sword intent.
No matter Luo Tiancheng, the purple-haired man or the young man with a silver car, after being swept by this sword intent, their complexion changed drastically; they took a few steps back in unison.
“Slash!”
Liu Ming shouted and tapped in the air.
The gigantic sword shadow descended with a rumbling whistling sound. The space was distorted by its movement.
At the same time, from the depths of the gray mist ball below, Qu Yao’s harsh squeaking sound was heard. Not only she curled her body into a huge meat ball, but the 200 meters mist also shrank in half after being squeezed desperately. It looked even more sturdy.

There was a loud noise.
The gigantic sword shadow burst out a dazzling light after striking on the mist ball. A powerful shockwave spread to the surrounding space.

With a “bang”, after the terrifying slash of the huge sword shadow, the mist ball was finally torn apart and slashed heavily on the meat ball inside. It went in for a foot, but no blood came out.
The next moment, after the meat ball trembled, it squeezed the gigantic sword shadow out bit by bit.
This Qu Yao’s body was so powerful that even such a terrifying cut couldn’t completely break her body.
However, Liu Ming had expected this. He launched a series of symbols into the gigantic sword shadow.
There was a muffled noise in the sword shadow, and a white halo burst out. After a turn, it turned into countless white crystal filaments that penetrated into the meat ball.
“No!”
Qu Yao’s scream was heard from the meat ball. The sword shadow that had been squeezed out suddenly slashed the meat ball in half.
“Swoosh“, half of the meat ball disappeared below the sword shadow with a blur.
When the other half of the meat ball wanted to escape, it was suddenly entangled by the billowing water mist from the sword shadow. Countless crystal filaments flashed, and the minced meat fell to the ground.
“Bang“, the upper body of Qu Yao appeared 100 meters away. Her face was full of disbelief.
Although the strength of this monster was amazing, all her skills were being solved. Now her most powerful defensive skill was also breached by Liu Ming’s sword, the horror in her mind could be imagined.
At this time, the gigantic sword shadow became blurred and dissipated into golden light spots, then a golden flying sword returned from it.
Liu Ming grabbed the 2 feet long Void Sword in his hand, raised his head and glanced at Qu Yao, and said indifferently,
“What are you guys waiting for? If you don’t attack at this time, when will you attack?”
The purple-haired man and others were a little dumbfounded when they saw it, but after hearing Liu Ming’s words, they all came back to their senses.

“Very well, I didn’t expect you to have this kind of magical power! If that’s the case, we can get rid of this monster.” The purple-haired man laughed wildly. A giant ghost shadow rolled out and charged at Qu Yao in a roar.
After the young man with a silver car smiled bitterly, he moved his arms; the 6 golden cylinders suddenly released golden light, and the overwhelming golden flames shot out.
After Luo Tiancheng’s face looked uncertain for a while, he snorted coldly. He raised 1 hand, and the ancient bronze lamp also released a burst of silver flame.
This time, Qu Yao, who was severely injured, did not dare to tank their joint attacks. After groaning, white mist was emitted from her wounds. Her body disappeared in the mist sea once again.
As soon as all the attacks went into the mist sea, they just went past it as if there was nothing inside.
Such a weird situation caused Luo Tiancheng and others to frown, but before they changed their attack methods, a black shadow had flashed into the mist sea. It was Liu Ming who flew in.
As soon as he entered the sea of fog, the pair of wings flapped quickly, releasing waves of black water mist into the white mist.
In the white mist sea, Qu Yao, who was desperately healing her injuries, suddenly felt an extremely strong water attribute impact. It caused the white mist to tumble, and turned it into a mix of black and white color.
Qu Yao was startled. When she wanted to escape again, she found that her movement was very sluggish and her body became heavy..
At this moment, Liu Ming, who was also in the mist sea, made a gesture. The thick black and white mist had blue lights bursting in it, and the mist sea was cleared immediately.
Qu Yao’s figure suddenly reappeared before the other 3.
This time, without Liu Ming’s reminder, they had already launched all attacks on her.
After Qu Yao screamed again, she spouted dense silk from her mouth. Her body flashed with green light, rock-like green cuticles gradually appeared.
There was a loud blast!
The sharp claws of ghost creature phantasm tore apart the silk like sharp blades, and they caused a burst of clanging sound when they attacked Qu Yao’s head.
These green cuticles were immediately damaged with claw marks.
The golden flames that came shortly after made the green cuticles crack and collapse in a tremor.

Immediately after that, there was another loud bang, and the silver flame that hit Qu Yao’s head made a wave of crackling sound!
TL: Surprisingly, Liu Ming still has so many trump cards, but do they still have enough strength for the subsequent battle?

The Ingress Estate
Jonathon Eucole. Soldier. Scholar. Now an Initiate, the dedication without dedication, he finds himself both prisoner and master of an arcane edifice, the Ingress Estate, which can neither be escaped, nor controlled; only diverted, maintained, and pacified. This is a gothic fantasy story, set in a world in which gods and the afterlife are not only real and known, but were both established in living memory of some of the inhabitants after millennia of arcane warfare with the being who constructed the mundane reality the humans occupy. But this isn't the story of those who colonized the afterlife at the cost of their own humanity, but a somewhat more ordinary man, in somewhat extraordinary circumstances. This is also a LitRPG-lite, which means there's a system of sorts, fragments of which can be observed through Jonathon's eyes. Don't expect level-up screens, or statistics, or indeed numbers much at all, beyond those the inhabitants of the world itself apply to understanding their own reality. It pretty much doesn't matter to the story, I mention it so those who don't want to read LitRPG at all can successfully avoid it here. I don't have any particular plan here, just some ideas inherent in the genre. This is a character concept I toyed with some years ago; an old man, bright of mind but weighed down into apathy, both by his past and his responsibilities for a terrible estate that cannot be left without stewardship. Don't expect any kind of overarching plot or story, because that's really not what this is about. Also don't expect much dialogue. Or character development. Or much of anything, really, because I've planned nothing in the way of an actual book, here. Other relevant information, if you've read this far for some reason: The MC isn't super-powerful to begin with, and probably never will be. He's a veteran with some useful skills, and the insight on how to use them, so can deal with the world's ordinary threats reasonably well, but not too much beyond that. --- Currently on hiatus, as currently the story has a rather poor ratio of effort-to-personal-payoff. I may return to this once I have a clear idea of how to get the stories where I want them. I've started a more standard LitRPG using the same system. But if you like intelligence characters who cleverly min-max their classes, it probably isn't the story for you; it's the story of a rather ordinary guy who winds up in a very similar universe.
