Yan Feng was pulverized in one hit, no different than Shu Han earlier. Yan Feng was even more focused on defending himself compared to Shu Han that was deemed being caught off guard earlier. Everyone was obviously shocked to Yi Tianyun’s power for he easily defeated a 8th Layer Star Monarch cultivator! He even defeated a Rock Race cultivator that was well-known for their impenetrable defense out there!

“He is too strong!” A cultivator whispered.

“Yeah, I have seen a Rock Race fight before and no matter how hard his opponent cut on his body, he received no injury at all! The toughness of Rock Race defence was powerful that every race knows about it!” another cultivator said with surprised look on his face.

“Has he already reached the Earth Monarch level?” another cultivator said curiously.

“Impossible! If he already reached the Earth Monarch Level, we wouldn’t miss it! His cultivation was around 7th Layer Star Monarch at best!” another cultivator said with a frown on his face.

Yi Tianyun became the hot topic among them as they were confused about the reason why Yi Tianyun could be so powerful! But they obviously had no intention to fight Yi Tianyun any longer. They didn’t want to spend the next year staying in bed from the injury of fighting Yi Tianyun now! Even if they didn’t die, the injury was still serious enough that they wouldn’t be able to move their body.

The woman that was meditating the whole time even looked around because of the sudden silence, but when she grasped the current situation she went back to her meditation. She wanted to prove that she wasn’t to be underestimated here, but she didn’t have any intention to attack Yi Tianyun at all.

“Little Brother Yi! You really are something else! Rock Race is one of the races with the sturdiest defense out there, but they couldn’t even hold a candle against you!” Lei Zhengyu said excitedly. Lei Zhengyu himself was also a good cultivator, but his cultivation wasn’t as good as Yan Feng earlier.

“If this fight is over, then I officially declare that those who pass the Second day are officially recruited to Heavenly Edict Divine Territory and those who pass the Seventh Day would be immediately recruited to join the Core Disciple!” Gu Yanlong said solemnly.

Everyone looked at Yi Tianyun and the mysterious woman on the side. Both of them would be joining the Core Disciple instead of the regular disciple. Many cultivators were jealous of Yi Tianyun’s feat right now as joining the Core Disciple would surely come with extraordinary benefits.

“Those who were able to withstand the Great Array for more than five days would be recruited to join the Inner Palace Disciple, although it’s not as exclusive as the Core Disciple, their future is still equally bright!” Gu Yanlong said as he smiled at the cultivator that passed the 5th day mark.

Gu Yanlong then guided them through a long walkway where Yi Tianyun saw many cultivators came and went. It seemed that they could take on a Quest from somewhere in this hall. If Yi Tianyun wasn’t mistaken, this place would be a Quest Hall, a place where the cultivators could gain a contribution point for the faction to gain influence.

Everyone obviously wanted to receive a better treatment, so many people would return to this hall sooner than later.

“Official Disciples, get your token over here! Inner Palace Disciples, get your Token over there, and lastly the Core Disciples, take your Token here.” Gu Yanlong said as he pointed his finger towards the respective Token that each group of disciple was supposed to take. Each of this Token was specially made with their name engraved on it.

Yi Tianyun then took a look at his Token and noticed that it was made with a special material. This Token had a similar feature as the Storage Ring that Yi Tianyun used. It could store many items in its large storage space and what was unique about it was that the owner could sense the Token’s whereabouts easily no matter how far it was!

“Your Token serves as your identification, be it for a rescue mission or a simple quest, you can take those mission with this Token. Keep this Token with you at all time because if you lose this Token, no matter what status you have, you will be removed from Heavenly Edict Divine Territory!” Gu Yanlong said solemnly.

“There is more to this! If you deliberately lose this Token, and it’s found by anyone from Heavenly Edict Divine Territory, you will receive a Capital Punishment!” Gu Yanlong added solemnly.

The cultivator’s face suddenly changed as they realised the importance of the Token. This rule was surely a strict one, too strict even! But Yi Tianyun didn’t feel the same way. He knew that no one would be able to take his Token away from him unless he was already dead!

“Then, you all should go to your respective chambers to begin your assessment in your own disciple ring.” Gu Yanlong said as he showed the Official Disciple and Inner Palace Disiciple’s room. “You two come with me.” Gu Yanlong said as he called over Yi Tianyun and the Mysterious Woman earlier.

“Little Brother Yi, congratulation on becoming one of the Core Disciples! I wish you good luck as I don’t know how long will it take before we can meet again.” Lei Zhengyu said as he waved Yi Tianyun goodbye. Although they didn’t know each other that long, they were still the fellow Human Race that were able to join the despite God’s Domain Faction the discrimination they faced.

“You too, Brother Lei! Don’t ever forget the dignity of Human Race!” Yi Tianyun said as he smiled at Lei Zhengyu.

Both of them finally parted ways and Gu Yanlong immediately led Yi Tianyun and the mysterious woman outside of the hall. Yi Tianyun saw many prosperous buildings in the distance and many Cultivators that cam and went inside those respective buildings, even though Yi Tianyun didn’t see anyone with a high cultivation base.

Most of these people were around Spirit King Stage cultivation and it was obvious that these cultivators belonged to the Outer Disciple.

“Yurong, you have a good grade this time! Your father would be very happy with your achievement.” Gu Yanlong said as he talked to the mysterious lady.

“It’s quite alright, but I didn’t reach the 10th Day Record and I don’t even get the 1st Rank!” Gu Yurong said with a somewhat disappointed look on her face.

“Well, at least you managed to join the Core Disciple.” Gu Yanlong said with a smile on his face.

“Uncle gave me too much credit. If it weren’t because of your guidance, I would never reach the standard.” Gu Yurong said gratefully.

Yi Tianyun was a little bit startled as he never noticed that these two were relatives!
