《Rubik’s Man: I’m Rich & You’re Dead》Chapter 40 - Big Ass Dinosaur Shotgun!

Main Character’s POV:
‘Inhale… exhale…’
I was enjoying the ocean view on the horizon while standing on the rooftop of Big Red’s mansion, having a smoke to refresh my system. That part of the Valley was closer to the sea. The roads were cut alongside the upper cliff that overlooked it.
“Hmm, looking good.” My mind was still as I continued to drink in the fantastic scenery afield.
“So this is what it feels like to be at peace.” So calm was my nerve that I wasn’t worried about a thing. This moment lasted until I was rudely interrupted by Razi who garnered my attention by shouting at me from below.
“Hey! Down here!” Razi was jumping up and down while waving at me. “Hey! I know you hear me! Stop ignoring me and get your ass down here!”
This woman wasn’t going to stop flapping her lips. Because I didn’t want to be annoyed any further. I hopped down from the roof and joined her in the yard. “What do you want?”
“It took you long enough to get down here.” Razi led me to the grave site of her henchmen. A small tractor was parked nearby a fresh source of upheaved earth. Razi must have borrowed it from the storehouse that the miners used to occupy. I could see that she took the easy route to dig the grave a lot faster. What would have taken her fragile arms days to dig was done in a few hours.
Pointing at the site, Razi said to me, “I’ve finished stuffing the hole with the bodies I brought out, but as you can see it is full and there is a bit left over. What should I do with the remaining bodies that can’t fit inside the hole?”
Hearing this question, I responded, “Isn’t obvious? Just dig a separate hole and tossed them inside. You don’t need a genius to figure that shit out. Don’t you have a lick of common sense? For a woman, you’re really stupid.”
“Hey, I don’t appreciate the insults.” Razi was upset after I bashed her stupidity with my brusque tongue. “I’m not an idiot.” She wanted to say something else but she knew that she would be severely disciplined if she disobeyed my order. Thus, she reluctantly ran off in the direction of the tractor to complete her given task.

“Damn lazy women nowadays.” Just as I was turning to leave that place, I heard Razi’s voice calling out to me again.
“Hey! The tractor seems to be out of gas. What do I do now? I can’t manage to dig by hand again, otherwise, my arms might fall off.”
“What?” I turned to look at her feeble character climbing down from the tractor. She approached me again and started complaining. I never thought having a slave would be this stressful.
“Dammit, step aside. I handle the rest.” I shoved her out of the way and went over to where the pile of rotten bodies were stacked. I took matters into my own hands because I couldn’t stand to be annoyed anymore. It was as if I was raising an incompetent child.
The Enslavement Rubik’s Cube could get someone to do my bidding, but it was all according to a level of understanding of that person. Say for instance that I tell my slave to dig a big hole. My interpretation of big and that slave’s interpretation of big completely varies.
Even if I gave a specific size for the hole, if that slave is incompetent and has no background of mathematical knowledge then they would be at a loss as to what I was trying to convey in the first place. Although this wasn’t the exact case with Razi, she was a handful to deal with I’ll tell you that.
Arriving at the pile of dead bodies, I searched my inventory for anything suitable that could create a deep enough hole very quickly.
“Ah, this should do the trick.” After I made a selection, the cavity in my chest burst open and sent out hundreds of small blocks of cubes which coagulated to form a big ass gun.
--Info-- A psychopath’s ideal two-handed weapon, capable of creating widespread carnage to your adversaries. Required Rubik’s Blood Cube to operate.
“Holy shit! This is one heavy motherfucker.” I spent 120 Skill Points in the Rubik’s Store to purchase this monster gun a while back, but I never got around to using it. “Now is the ideal time to test it out.”
It was no stretch to say that this Dinosaur Shotgun was aptly named. 2 smoking hot barrels extended from the upper handle; the sophisticated texture of its surface was coated with rigid scales; the front end supported a wide muzzle which was the main release port for loaded ammo. This massive destroyer was a primordial beast among guns.

“What the heck is that thing?” Razi was blown out of her mind at the sight of what I was holding in my hands. Her curiosity brought her close to inspection, but I told her to get the hell back, otherwise, she would be blown to pieces.
I couldn’t wait to see what this monster could do. Quickly loading the Blood Cubes in the ammo slot, I got to witness a strange procedure. The handle of the gun started glowing. I watched as the Blood Cubes became liquefied and travelled through a twisting channel around the barrels. After reaching a certain mechanism up top, it evaporated into black-orange steam. This steam didn’t escape the gun, instead, the vapours got stored into a sort of inflated sack whereby it pressurized a type of torque that activated the trigger. The Dinosaur Shotgun was now ready to run wild and who was I to not let it have its wish?
“Show me what you can do, big boy.” I aimed the gun at a clearing just beside the pile of dead bodies. When I pressed the trigger, 2 rotating balls of heat were released that grew in distance. They didn’t have far to travel, so they contacted their target quickly.
Boom!
A loud smoking explosion vibrated the ground with such force that it caused Razi to tumble on her ass. To be fair, I also slipped but I recovered quickly. Taking a gander at where I fired the gun, I saw a crater deep enough to hold more than the stack pile of bodies.
Giving my focus to the Dinosaur Shotgun, I couldn’t help but praise it. “Holy shit, this thing is powerful.” It was more taxing than I thought it would be. The following messages informed me of this.
“No shit.” This gun was a blood drainer for sure. It automatically reloaded itself with my Blood Bank without asking my permission. Fearing that it might take some more, I quickly de-equip it. The Dinosaur Shotgun crumbled into many blocks that returned to my chest.
“My Blood Bank needs to be way higher if I want to wield this gun for a longer period.” After my chest cavity closed, Razi came over with her eyes and mouth staring in shock.
“Hey, what the hell kind of weapon was that? I’ve never seen anything like it before.” Her excitement overwhelmed her fears. I didn’t waste my breath explaining anything to her. Yet she continued to speak.
“You really are an alien, aren’t you? Come to think of it, I haven’t asked your name.” She waited patiently in silence for me to reveal my identity.
Brushing off my suit, I glanced at her and said, “I am, Smoke Pac.”
“Smoke Pac?” Razi’s expression became perplexed. “Where did I hear that name from? It sounds so familiar.” She racked her brain trying to remember where she heard my name.
She was taking too long to figure it out, so I reminded her, “Your father and I used to work together for a good while. That was before the snake helped betrayed me. I made sure to teach that fat punk a lesson after my resurrection.”
“Wait a minute… what?” Razi was shocked to discover the truth. “You are the one who killed my father?” She became so terrified of me that her legs started backing away.
“I thought you knew. Didn’t you tell your henchmen that I killed him?”
“No, that was… I was…” Her speech started breaking up. Hyperventilation was setting in. “I only said that to get them fired up. I had no idea that you were actually my father’s murderer.”
“Does it matter whether you know or not? It’s not like you can escape my grasp. Only excruciating agony and death awaits you if you try.” I threatened.
Razi’s expression became enraged. “I almost forgot how much of a cruel dick you are.” She cursed. “Smoke Pac, I remember hearing my father talking about you. The thing he had to say about you wasn’t in good light. Knowing that you were originally human, makes it even worse. You are a fucking monster!”
“Thanks for the compliment.” Hearing how evil I am was a boost to my character’s ego. No amount of lip reprisal will ever stop me from claiming my vengeance. Absolutely none!
