Zallino melted into a large puddle of molten magisteel, the puddle expanded before Zallino (in his humanoid form) rose from the puddle, and the remainder of the puddle merged back into his body. Zallino created a magisteel fibre robe over his body and a magisteel baseball bat with small neatly spaced out holes all over the hitting part of the bat.

"I shall deal with the insect and bear zlimtnings; Maru you deal with the rabbit ones and Kunai, Xelphia you two provide support," Zallino stated.

"Ok~," Xelphia said while Kunai happily yip.

"You always take the best opponents for yourself," Maru uttered as he wrapped three long, spikey purple Hallucinogenic Flora vines around each of his wrists.

"Well, he is the strongest out of the four of us," Xelphia remarked. Maru rolled his eyes, and the team got into combat-ready stances as the zlimtnings sprung into action. The bearlephant zlimtnling charged at the team shrouding its head in red crackling energy and boosting the speed of their charge.

"How about you knock that off," Zallino proclaimed as he swung his free arm in front of himself while ballooning its size and morphing it into a shield to shield the others from the bearlephant zlimtning's attack. Zallino knocked the bearlephant away while reverting his arm back to normal.

"My turn.". Zallino tightly grasped his magisteel baseball bat and channelled lightning mana through it. Zallino pulled a leg back before he lunged forwards in an instant and zipped past the bearlephant zlimtning, catching it off guard. Zallino made a beeline for the insect zlimtnling, and it crossed its top arms before Zallino struck the zlimtnling with a piercing strike using his magisteel baseball bat. The insect zlimtning's arms slightly cracked under the force of the baseball bat digging into its arms.

The bearlephant zlimtning attempted to turn around, but a normal-chain-sized red Judgement Chain wrapped around the bearlephant zlimtning's neck before it dragged the bearlephant zlimtning to the ground; more Judgement Chains erupted from the ground and ensnared the bearlephant zlimtning to the ground to keep it in place.

Maru scoffed at the bearlephant zlimtning before he jumped over it and sprinted at the rabbit zlimtnings. He pulled his arm back and slashed the Hallucinogenic Flora vine whips at the rabbit zlimtnings; the rabbit zlimtnings sprung out of the way of the vine whips as they whiplashed against the circular walkway. Maru flexed his hands and conjured a volley of swirling water mana lances; he flexed his hands again, and the water mana lances jetted straight for the rabbit zlimtnings.

The rabbit zlimtnings jumped at each other, landing on the bases of each other's feet mid-air, before they kicked off each other and launched themselves in opposite directions to evade Maru's water mana lances. Maru had his mouth slightly agape as he glanced at the two rabbit zlimtnings with an expression which could only be described as unamusedly annoyed.

"Ha! You missed," Mimi (tiny hydra form) said snarkily as she snickered between words. Maru hissed at Mimi, to which Mimi snickered even harder before he was surrounded by a yellow glow, all over his body.

"You'll be able to float now," Xelphia said as she lowered her arms. Maru nodded before he kicked off from the circular walkway and swiftly soared towards one of the rabbit zlimtnings standing sideways on the cylinder-shaped wall of the Ancient Tower energy reactor.

The insect zlimtning's arms continued to crack from the magisteel baseball bat dug into its arms; it pulled its arms downwards, breaking free from the magisteel baseball bat before it leapt back from Zallino. The insect zlimtning touched down on the walkway, before immediately lunging at Zallino and unleashing a flurry of punches at him with its six arms. Zallino deflected the insect zlimtning's punches with his lightning-infused magisteel baseball bat and dodged a few of the punches.

Zallino weaved around the storm of punches, tracking the movement patterns of the insect zlimtning's fist, before he lunged forwards and didn't try to dodge the flying fists, as they followed their original pattern. The insect zlimtning clasped two of its hands together over its head and tried to strike Zallino; however, Zallino elbowed the insect zlimtning in the face, followed by a swift kick to the chest which sent it into the central pillar.

"Woah, that phoenix dude's rufless... so cool," Destiny mused as she also watched Maru combat the wall-bouncing rabbit zlimtnings mid-air using his vine whips and water mana lances.

"Ruthless is the correct word, Destiny, but yes, very cool indeed," Kara uttered. The insect zlimtning pushed itself off the central pillar and staggered forwards until it regained its balance before immediately being sucker punched in the face by Zallino. The insect zlimtning attempted to attack Zallino, but Zallino easily countered it by slamming its head against the central pillar. Zallino glared at the insect zlimtning as a bright white glow shone from his eyes.

"I can't tell if he's messing around or is preoccupied with examining his opponents like... all of the time," Chronia said in disbelief, "Though it's not like I'm opposed to it since it helps with getting info for the Monster Beastiary Catalogue.". Chronia rested her arms and head on Zalroth's head, and let out a long sigh.

"Although the messing around part is not entirely inaccurate; he's actually doing both, my lady," Vivo (in his crow form) stated, as he was trapped in the affectionate bear hug of Kara while she brushed her antennae against Vivo's feathers. Chronia sighed and squished her chin against Zalroth's head as she quietly hummed.

Zallino pulled his fist back, cracking his fingers as he tighten the grip of his fist before he hurled his fist at the insect zlimtning. the insect zlimtning breathed heavily as it watched Zallino's fist rocket towards it; it tracked the first with one of its gem-like bug eyes while the other looked downwards.

The insect zlimtning waited till the last second before ducking out of the way of Zallino's fist, and the fist banged against the central pillar. The insect zlimtning swing kicked the back of Zallino's leg; his leg bent like hot gooey dough until it snapped in half from the force of the kick, and Zallino fell sideways. The insect zlimtning dropped kicked Zallino away and ground its fists together.

"Seems its abilities increased," Zallino remarked as the bits of his severed leg clumped back onto his leg until he reformed his leg. Zallino backflipped and landed on his feet as the insect zlimtning raced towards him. Zallino prostrated himself like a baseball batter and readied his magisteel baseball bat as the insect zlimtning sprinted straight for him.
