Help me make changes in myself not based upon my opinions, but based upon my commitment to love and make this world a better place. Let me not be so married to the things I think that I am not willing to listen to the thoughts of others. Help me not to be so concerned with my own heartbeat that I refuse to hear the heartbeat of another. Please let me know my own worth and not discount the worth of those who disagree with me. Move me into this day with peace and clarity. When chaos comes remind me that it will pass.
