CHAPTER 209: One-sided Suppression!
Jay's previous attack crossed the threshold of Tier-4, almost nearing the damage output of a Tier-5 lifeform.
For someone as powerful as the Plasma Predator, culling the thousands of Alpha Chosen and the Tournament Manager shouldn't have been an issue.
But a single abnormal individual had begun to flare up with a power above its own.
If it were any typical Tier-4 High-Phase monster in its place, that would have been a fatal injury.
If not for the Fiend Bloodline regeneration, the Plasma Predator would have given up on fighting Jay and fled from there at the earliest moment possible.
The breakneck speeds at which Jay could traverse made it a nigh impossible feat to escape.
It could only safeguard the thumb-sized core from Jay's deadly attacks. The blasted part of the forearm regrew halfway in just a second and needed another for a complete recovery.
But before that could happen, Jay appeared beside the monster and swung his left arm, aiming for its head.
The Plasma Predator once again shielded itself but with the arm that wasn't blasted apart earlier.
The exchange again resulted in a loud sound blast, followed by a shockwave bubble, further extending the cracks throughout the Colosseum.
Just like the last time, Jay was again sent flying by the explosive impact of his own punch.
But, unlike before, he didn't wait to land on the ground and instead used on the giant monster to propel himself towards it while still drifting away in midair.
With the Plasma Predator being heavier than Jay, he was pulled towards the monster and not the other way around.
Either way, it didn't matter since the results would end up colliding with one another. Once Jay was close enough, he balled his fist and punched out at the monster's head.

The other party shielded its head once again with the arm that regenerated just a moment ago.
Jay's punch shattered it once more, and he used the skill even earlier than before and propelled himself towards the giant monster before landing another hit, which resulted in blasting the other arm as well.
This tale has been pilfered from Royal Road. If found on Amazon, kindly file a report.
Jay repeated the process a couple of times more, and the Plasma Predator was left with no arms to shield itself.
The speed at which Jay attacked had surpassed the rate at which the monster's body regenerated, but that came at a cost for Jay.
The collision impact has left both his arms shaking uncontrollably as blood oozed through his pores.
Even the Centauri Kavach over his fists kept tearing apart from the explosive impact of his punches.
Although Jay's Health regeneration was higher than his peers, it wasn't enough to recover himself from the overbearing rebound of the explosive impact.
His arms became so numb that if not for the pain, he wouldn't be able to discern if he still had his hands.
Still, Jay pressed on regardless of the pain and the self-harm. Once again, he went for the head, and the monster used its tail, but that, too, was shattered into bits and pieces.
The Plasma Predator tried its best to evade the next punch that headed towards the head. Alas, it couldn't outrun Jay.
Soon, his fist bombarded the monster's head, smashing it into smithereens. The shockwave bubble produced by that was like the last push needed for the cracked Colosseum to fall apart.
The cracks extended all over the massive structure until no corner was left unturned. That led to structural integrity failure and the Colosseum collapsed onto itself.

Regardless of allies and enemies, everyone's attention on the Tournament Island turned towards the commotion brought by the Colosseum's collapse.
Another loud sound spread like a thunderclap, and a shockwave bubble followed right after, clearing the dust that rose from the collapsed Colosseum.
Amidst the ruins stood two individuals, one with bloodied arms and a pale complexion, while the other had its head missing with nothing more than half-grown arms and a newly sprouted tail.
Felarial and Seath had long stepped out of the Colosseum's bounds, escaping the trouble of finding their way out of the rubble.
Even Felarial was petrified by the outcome, much less the others who were watching the spectacle.
The all-powerful monster could barely be recognisable with the extent of damage dealt to it. Still, it didn't fall and kept flailing its half-grown arms around with no head to sense the enemy.
But none of those attacks landed on Jay as he breezed through them and countered with his explosive punches, continuously destroying the regrown parts.
Just like a cockroach, it didn't die even without a head, and its body functioned as usual. The monster's head regrew along with its arms and tail, albeit at a slower pace.
Jay noticed the octahedron core he was searching for was not in the head. So, he shifted his focus to the chest and trunk area.
Meanwhile, the army of monsters started mindlessly charging towards the Colosseum ruins as if they were being beckoned by something, completely ignoring the Alpha Chosen.
It didn't take a genius to understand the Plasma Predator was calling for the monsters, ordering them to run to their deaths by attacking Jay.
As soon as Olivia realised this, she conveyed that to every Alpha Chosen and instructed everyone to keep the monsters at bay and not let the monsters reach Jay no matter what.
They had to ensure Jay wouldn't be hindered so that the Plasma Predator wouldn't have enough time and room to regenerate itself.
She could discern that whatever Jay was doing to burst out with insane power was most likely for a limited duration and might exhaust himself any moment from then.
If he couldn't take care of the giant monster by then, the consequences would be unbearable.
