should a dream be acknowledged?

or should it be forgotten?

i realized the truth about my backward walks, inside-out windows

that took recognition and effort to realize the dream

but now my ears are empty, and my chest has strange fantasies

holding hands with a princess wearing an earring

silence in bed, wanting nothing more than to hold him in my arms

and to forever wander a false reality behind a screen

should a dream be acknowledged?

or should it be forgotten?

holding my ribcage wishing it was smaller

beg to an unknown god for a chance to be free out of this cage that i live in gleefully

can't talk, won't speak, please don't drive angry

someone slammed into me, i can see them

waiting at the corner

someone's standing there waiting for me to make my move

just turn already!

gritting teeth, i don't want to die today again, i mean how could you say that?

how could you say i would never understand his and your grief?
