Jades pov:
I snapped awake and sat straight up on my bed. I screamed as tears quickly streamed down my face. Clem came running into my room.
"Jade?! Whats wrong??" She ran over and took my hand.
"L-Lloyd! M-Mr C! H-he...Mr C k-killed Lloyd!" I cried harder. Clem climbed onto my bed and hugged me tight.
"Relax Jade, it was only a dream."
"No! I-it was a nightmare! H-he k-killed Lloyd! My own brother!!"
"Remember to breathe Jade."
I took a few deep breathes, but kept crying.
"Wait, you said Mr C was in your nightmare?!"
"Y-yeah..."
"Jade that means that your nightmare can and probably will be real!"
"WHAT?!!"
"Relax! You can actually change the outcome."
"How? Mr C is a powerful man, Clem.."
"We will need a plan...."
><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
"Oh I got it! You told me that you can talk to Lloyd telepathically right?"
"Yes.."
"I can tell you our exact location and you can tell Lloyd. Lloyd will know exactly where to go and then thats when the rest of our little plan comes in."
"...that would actually work! Thanks Clem!" I smiled. She smiled back and we hugged.
"Are you still fighting his spell?" Clem asked
"Yes, and its getting stronger again."
"Its going to be ok. Keep fighting it. Its what Lloyd would want you to do." Clem smiled then stood up and started towards the door.
"Clem wait!"
"Hum?" She turned around.
"This is gonna sound weird and whatever but.....can you sleep in here with me? Im scared im going to have another nightmare..."
"Yeah of course i can stay in here. It will be like a sleepover!" Clem smiled and climbed onto my bed again. We both curled up besides each other. I held onto her and she held onto me. Clem slowly fell asleep and I did so too.

Hopefully our plan will work...
Lloyds pov:
I yelled and fall out of my bed, tuen landed on the floor hard.
"Ow..."
"Lloyd are you okay?!" Jay and Zane ran over to me and helped me up.
"I-I dont know...It was just a bad dream I guess."
"What was it about?"
"I dont know...its kind of hazzy..All I remember was seeing Jade, hugging him, then seeing Mr C throw something at me....I was dying as he took Jade away from me. I keep remembering Jades face and his desperate cries for me..."
Jay frowned and Zane hugged me. I pushed myself away from Zane and walked over to the window, and starred outside.
"...guys..even if I do die, make sure you save Jade, and take good care of him for me, please." I whimpered as I rested my head against to cold window.
"Lloyd...we dont even know if you'll-"
"Jay, please just promise youll take care of Jade!"
"Ok...Ok Lloyd. We will watch after him IF you do die.." Jay rested his hand on my shoulder. I sighed deeply and kept starring outside.
I watched Jade play in the dirt infront of the monistary. I was sitting on the steps as Jade dragged a stick along the dirt. I leaned back on the steps and shut my eyes, enjoying the gently breeze hitting my face and the sunshine shinning down on me. It started out faintly but the sound became clearer.
Jades sift delicate voice was quietly singing...
"I am a lost boy, from neverland. Usually hanging out with Peter Pan. And when were bored we play in the woods, always on the run from Captin hook. Run run lost boy, they say to me. Away from all of reality...."

"Hey Jade" I sat down besides him "whatcha singing?"
"Nothin...just a song I know."
"Just a song?"
"Its the song Mom would sing to me when I was a baby before she had to give me up...well thats all I remember of the song."
"Mom did like to sing at times...you have her voice."
"Thats what mom said to me. She said I have the voice of an angel." Jade beamed. I smiled and wrapped my arm around his shoulder.
"Your voice is unique. Its like no other."
Jade smiled and sat in my lao and continued to draw lines in the dirt. I rested my chin ontop of his head and watched the sun slide down the sky, making the blue sky turn into a red, orange and pink sky.
*end of flashback*
I burried my face into my hands and tried to hold back the tears. Zane rubbed my back then moved me bacl to my bed. I laid down and curled up under my comforter.
"Get some sleep Lloyd. Were going to go to Mr C's location tommorrow." Jay nodded as he left with Zane. I slowly drifted off to sleep, replaying Jades song in my head over and over.

Lone: The Wanderer [Dropped Version (includes original draft of the rewrite's first volume)]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer? [Goal of 2 chapters per week, the only exceptions being announced breaks or emergencies] A/N: This story is in the middle of a rewrite, so please forgive any noticeable plot holes and wonky chapter numbers. I am working on it every day, so understanding would be greatly appreciated. The new cover art is a courtesy of the very kind and talented ssddx. This novel is a participant in The Writer's Pledge

The Adventurer's Guild(master)
In a world of adventure, magic, and kingdoms, only one man can keep it all from falling apart. As much as he wished that wasn't the case. This is the story of the man who became the guild master of the most prestigious adventurer's guild in the kingdom, and then came to completely regret that decision, as he is forced to keep the peace, file paperwork, and babysit adventurers. The life of a guild master is not as great as it once seemed. Note: The prologue is an extended -probably should have not took it that far- joke and is completely skippable from the rest of the series. This is my first work on this website, or on any website to be honest, so criticism is more than welcome. Feel free to leave comments on any chapter, not just the latest one.
